Mar 9:1 ויאמר אליהם אמן אמר אני לכם כי יש בעמדים פה אשר לא־יטעמו טעם מיתה עד כי־יראו מלכות האלהים באה בגבורה׃
Mar 9:2 ואחרי ששת ימים לקח ישוע את־פטרוס ואת־יעקב ואת־יוחנן ויעלם לבדם עמו על־הר גבה וישתנה לעיניהם׃
Mar 9:3 ויזהירו בגדיו ויהיו לבנים מאד כשלג אשר לא יוכל כובס בארץ להלבין כמוהם׃
Mar 9:4 וירא אליהם אליהו ומשה ויהיו מדברים עם־ישוע׃
Mar 9:5 ויען פטרוס ויאמר אל־ישוע רבי טוב לנו להיות פה נעשה־נא שלש סכות לך אחת ולמשה אחת ולאליהו אחת׃
Mar 9:6 כי לא־ידע מה־ידבר כי נבהלו׃
Mar 9:7 ויהי ענן סוכך עליהם ויצא מן־הענן קול אמר זה בני ידידי אליו תשמעון׃
Mar 9:8 ויביטו פתאם כה וכה ולא־ראו עוד איש בלתי את־ישוע לבדו אתם׃
Mar 9:9 וירדו מן־ההר ויזהירם לבלתי הגיד לאיש את־אשר ראו עד כי־יקום בן־האדם מן־המתים׃
Mar 9:10 וישמרו את־הדבר בלבבם וידרשו לדעת התקומה מן־המתים מה־היא׃
Mar 9:11 וישאלהו לאמר מה־זה אמרים הסופרים כי אליהו בוא יבוא בראשונה׃
Mar 9:12 ויען ויאמר להם הנה אליהו בא בראשונה וישיב את־הכל ומה־כתוב על בן־האדם הלא אשר יענה הרבה וימאס׃
Mar 9:13 אבל אמר אני לכם גם־בא אליהו וגם־עשו לו כרצונם ככתוב עליו׃
Mar 9:14 ויהי כבואו אל־התלמידים וירא עם־רב סביבותם וסופרים מתוכחים עמם׃
Mar 9:15 וכל־העם כראותם אתו כן תמהו וירוצו אליו וישאלו־לו לשלום׃
Mar 9:16 וישאל את־הסופרים מה־אתם מתוכחים עמהם׃
Mar 9:17 ויען אחד מן־העם ויאמר רבי הבאתי אליך את־בני אשר־רוח אלם בקרבו׃
Mar 9:18 ובכל־מקום אשר יאחזהו הוא מרצץ אתו וירד רירו וחרק שניו ויבש גופו ואמר אל־תלמידיך לגרשו ולא יכלו׃
Mar 9:19 ויען ויאמר להם הוי דור חסר אמונה עד־מתי אהיה עמכם עד־מתי אשא אתכם הביאו אתו לפני׃
Mar 9:20 ויביאהו לפניו ויהי כאשר ראהו ויזעזענו הרוח פתאם ויפל ארצה ויתגולל ויורד רירו׃
Mar 9:21 וישאל את־אביו כמה ימים היתה־לו זאת ויאמר מימי נעוריו׃
Mar 9:22 ופעמים רבות הפיל אתו גם־באש גם־במים להאבידו אך אם־יכל תוכל רחם עלינו ועזרנו׃
Mar 9:23 ויאמר אליו ישוע לאמר אם־תוכל אמרת כל יוכל המאמין׃
Mar 9:24 ויתן אבי הילד את־קלו בבכי ויאמר אני מאמין אדני עזר־נא לחסרון אמונתי׃
Mar 9:25 וירא ישוע את־העם מתקבץ אליו ויגער ברוח הטמא ויאמר רוח אלם וחרש אני מצוך צא ממנו ואל־תסף לבוא־בו עוד׃
Mar 9:26 ויצעק ויזעזע אתו מאד ויצא ויהי כמת ורבים אמרו כי גוע׃
Mar 9:27 ויחזק ישוע בידו ויעירהו ויקם׃
Mar 9:28 ויהי כאשר בא הביתה וישאלהו תלמידיו בהיותם אתו לבדם לאמר מדוע אנחנו לא יכלנו לגרשו׃
Mar 9:29 ויאמר אליהם המין הזה יצא לא יצא כי אם־בתפלה ובצום׃
Mar 9:30 ויצאו משם ויעברו בגליל ולא אבה להודע לאיש׃
Mar 9:31 כי היה מלמד את־תלמידיו לאמר אליהם כי עתיד בן־האדם להמסר בידי בני־אדם ויהרגהו ואחרי מותו יקום ביום השלישי׃
Mar 9:32 והם לא הבינו את הדבר וייראו לשאל אותו׃
Mar 9:33 ויבא אל־כפר־נחום ויהי בבית ויאמר אליהם מה התוכחתם איש עם־רעהו בדרך׃
Mar 9:34 ויחרישו כי התעשקו בדרך מי הגדול בהם׃
Mar 9:35 וישב ויקרא אל־שנים העשר ויאמר אליהם איש כי־יחפץ להיות הראשון הוא יהיה האחרון לכלם ומשרת כלם׃
Mar 9:36 ויקח ילד ויעמידהו בתוכם ויחבקהו ויאמר להם׃
Mar 9:37 המקבל בשמי ילד אחד כזה הוא מקבל אותי והמקבל אותי איננו מקבל אותי כי אם־את אשר שלחני׃
Mar 9:38 ויען יוחנן ויאמר אליו רבי ראינו איש מגרש שדים בשמך ואיננו הולך אחרינו ונכלאנו יען אשר לא־הלך אחרינו׃
Mar 9:39 ויאמר ישוע אל־תכלאהו כי אין איש עשה גבורה בשמי ויוכל במהרה לדבר־בי רעה׃
Mar 9:40 כי כל אשר איננו לצרינו לנו הוא׃
Mar 9:41 כי כל־המשקה אתכם כוס מים בשמי באשר למשיח אתם אמן אמר אני לכם לא־יאבד שכרו׃
Mar 9:42 וכל־המכשיל אחד הקטנים המאמינים בי טוב לו שיתלה פלח־רכב על־צוארו והשלך בים׃
Mar 9:43 ואם־ידך תכשילך קצץ אתה טוב לך לבוא לחיים ואתה קטע מהיות לך שתי ידים ותלך אל־גיהנם אל־האש אשר לא תכבה׃
Mar 9:44 אשר־שם תולעתם לא תמות ואשם לא תכבה׃
Mar 9:45 ואם־רגלך תכשילך קצץ אתה טוב לך לבוא לחיים ואתה פסח מהיות לך שתי רגלים ותשלך לגיהנם אל־האש אשר לא תכבה׃
Mar 9:46 אשר־שם תולעתם לא תמות ואשם לא תכבה׃
Mar 9:47 ואם־עינך תכשילך עקר אתה טוב לך לבוא במלכות האלהים בעל עין אחת מהיות לך שתי עינים ותשלך לגיהנם׃
Mar 9:48 אשר־שם תולעתם לא תמות ואשם לא תכבה׃
Mar 9:49 כי כל־איש באש ימלח וכל־קרבן במלח ימלח׃
Mar 9:50 טוב המלח ואם־המלח יהיה תפל במה תתקנו אותו יהי־לכם מלח בקרבכם ויהי שלום ביניכם׃

Mark 9
Mar 9:1 And He said to them, “Truly, I say to you that there are some standing here who shall not taste of death at all until they see the reign of Elohim having come in power:”1 Footnote: 1vv. 2-7.
Mar 9:2 And after six days יהושע took Kĕpha, and Ya`akov̱, and Yochanan, and led them up on a high mountain alone by themselves. And He was transformed before them.
Mar 9:3 And His garments became glittering, exceedingly white, like snow, such as no launderer on earth is able to whiten.
Mar 9:4 And there appeared to them Ěliyahu with Moshe,1 and they were talking with יהושע. Footnote: 1See Mt. 17:2-9, Lk. 9:28-35, Lk. 16:31, John. 5:47, Mal. 4:4-5.
Mar 9:5 And Kĕpha responding, said to יהושע, “Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. And let us make three sukkahs, one for You, and one for Moshe, and one for Ěliyahu,”
Mar 9:6 because he did not know what to say, for they were exceedingly afraid.
Mar 9:7 And there came a cloud overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My Son, the Beloved. Hear Him!”
Mar 9:8 And suddenly, looking around, they no longer saw anyone with them, but only יהושע.
Mar 9:9 And as they were coming down from the mountain, He ordered them not to relate to anyone what they saw, till the Son of Aḏam had risen from the dead.
Mar 9:10 And they kept this matter to themselves, debating what the rising from the dead meant.
Mar 9:11 And they asked Him, saying, “Why do the scribes say that Ěliyahu has to come first?”
Mar 9:12 And He said to them, “Ěliyahu indeed, having come first, restores all matters1. And how has it been written concerning the Son of Aḏam, that He is to suffer much and be despised? Footnote: 1Mt. 17:11, Acts 3:21.
Mar 9:13 “But I say to you that even Ěliyahu has come, and they did to him whatever they wished, as it has been written of him.”
Mar 9:14 And coming to the talmidim, He saw a large crowd around them, and scribes disputing with them.
Mar 9:15 And immediately, when all the crowd saw Him, they were greatly astonished, and running near, greeted Him.
Mar 9:16 And He asked the scribes, “What are you disputing with them?”
Mar 9:17 And one of the crowd answering, said, “Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a dumb spirit.
Mar 9:18 “And wherever he seizes him, he throws him down, and he foams at the mouth, and gnashes his teeth, and he wastes away. And I spoke to Your talmidim, that they should cast him out, but they were not able.”
Mar 9:19 And He answered him and said, “O unbelieving generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring him to Me.”
Mar 9:20 So they brought him to Him. And when he saw Him, immediately the spirit threw him into convulsions. And falling on the ground, he rolled about, foaming at the mouth.
Mar 9:21 And He asked his father, “How long has he been like this?” And he said, “From childhood,
Mar 9:22 and often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if it is at all possible for You, have compassion on us and help us.”
Mar 9:23 And יהושע said to him, “If you are able to believe, all is possible to him who believes.”
Mar 9:24 And immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “I believe Master, help my unbelief!”
Mar 9:25 And when יהושע saw that a crowd came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to him, “You deaf and dumb spirit, I order you, come out of him, and never again enter into him!”
Mar 9:26 And crying out, and convulsing him much, it came out of him. And he became as one dead, so that many said that he was dead.
Mar 9:27 But יהושע, taking him by the hand, lifted him up, and he arose.
Mar 9:28 And when He came into a house, His talmidim asked Him separately, “Why were we unable to cast him out?”
Mar 9:29 And He said to them, “It is impossible for this kind to come out except through prayer and fasting.”
Mar 9:30 And going from there they passed through Galil. And He did not wish anyone to know,
Mar 9:31 for He was teaching His talmidim and said to them, “The Son of Aḏam is being delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill Him. And having been killed, He shall rise the third day.”
Mar 9:32 But they did not understand the word, and they were afraid to ask Him.
Mar 9:33 And they came to Kephar Naḥum, and having come in the house He asked them, “What was it you disputed among yourselves on the way?”
Mar 9:34 And they were silent, for on the way they had disputed with one another who was the greatest.
Mar 9:35 And sitting down, He called the twelve and said to them, “If anyone wishes to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”
Mar 9:36 And He took a little child and set him in their midst, and taking him in His arms, He said to them,
Mar 9:37 “Whoever receives one of such little children in My Name receives Me. And whoever receives Me, receives not Me, but the One who sent Me.”
Mar 9:38 And Yochanan said to Him, “Teacher, we saw someone, who does not follow us, casting out demons in Your Name, and we forbade him because he does not follow us.”
Mar 9:39 And יהושע said, “Do not forbid him, for no one who works a miracle in My Name is able to readily speak evil of Me.
Mar 9:40 “For he who is not against us is for us.
Mar 9:41 “For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My Name, because you are of Mashiach, truly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward.
Mar 9:42 “And whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it is better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea.
Mar 9:43 “And if your hand makes you stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life crippled, than having two hands, to go into Gehenna, into the unquenchable fire,
Mar 9:44 where ‘their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’
Mar 9:45 “And if your foot makes you stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life crippled, than having two feet, to be thrown into Gehenna, into the unquenchable fire,
Mar 9:46 where ‘their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’
Mar 9:47 “And if your eye makes you stumble, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter into the reign of Elohim with one eye, than having two eyes, to be thrown into the fire of Gehenna,
Mar 9:48 where ‘their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’
Mar 9:49 “For everyone shall be seasoned with fire, and every offering shall be seasoned with salt.
Mar 9:50 “Salt is good, but if the salt becomes tasteless, how shall you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace among one another.”

YirmeYahu 34:9 לשׁלח אישׁ את־עבדו ואישׁ את־שׁפחתו העברי והעבריה חפשׁים לבלתי עבד־בם ביהודי אחיהו אישׁ׃
YirmeYahu 34:10 וישׁמעו כל־השׂרים וכל־העם אשׁר־באו בברית לשׁלח אישׁ את־עבדו ואישׁ את־שׁפחתו חפשׁים לבלתי עבד־בם עוד וישׁמעו וישׁלחו׃

YirmeYahu 34:19 שׂרי יהודה ושׂרי ירושׁלם הסרסים והכהנים וכל עם הארץ העברים בין בתרי העגל׃
YirmeYahu 34:20 ונתתי אותם ביד איביהם וביד מבקשׁי נפשׁם והיתה נבלתם למאכל לעוף השׁמים ולבהמת הארץ׃
YirmeYahu 34:21 ואת־צדקיהו מלך־יהודה ואת־שׂריו אתן ביד איביהם וביד מבקשׁי נפשׁם וביד חיל מלך בבל העלים מעליכם׃
YirmeYahu 34:22 הנני מצוה נאם־יהוה והשׁבתים אל־העיר הזאת ונלחמו עליה ולכדוה ושׂרפה באשׁ ואת־ערי יהודה אתן שׁממה מאין ישׁב׃

YirmeYahu 34:8 The word which came to YirmeYahu from יהוה, after Sovereign Tsiḏqiyahu had made a covenant with all the people who were at Yerushalayim to proclaim release to them:
YirmeYahu 34:9 that everyone was to set free his male and female slave, the Heḇrew man and the Heḇrew woman, no one was to keep a Yehuḏite, his brother, enslaved.
YirmeYahu 34:10 And when all the heads and all the people who had come into the covenant heard that each one was to set free his male and female slaves, and not keep them enslaved any longer, they obeyed and released them.
YirmeYahu 34:11 But afterward they changed their minds and made the male and female slaves return, whom they had set free, and brought them into subjection as male and female slaves.
YirmeYahu 34:12 Therefore the word of יהוה came to YirmeYahu from יהוה, saying,
YirmeYahu 34:13 “Thus said יהוה the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, ‘I Myself made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them out of the land of Mitsrayim, out of the house of bondage, saying,
YirmeYahu 34:14 “At the end of seven years each one should set free his Heḇrew brother, who has been sold to him. And when he has served you six years, you shall let him go free from you.” But your fathers did not obey Me nor incline their ear.
YirmeYahu 34:15 ‘And you recently turned and did what was right in My eyes, each man proclaiming release to his neighbor. And you made a covenant before Me in the house which is called by My Name.
YirmeYahu 34:16 ‘But you turned back and profaned My Name, and each one of you took back his male and female slaves, whom he had set free, at their pleasure, and brought them into subjection, to be your male and female slaves.’
YirmeYahu 34:17 “Therefore thus said יהוה, ‘You have not obeyed Me in proclaiming release, each one to his brother and each one to his neighbor. See, I am proclaiming release to you,’ declares יהוה, ‘to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the scarcity of food! And I shall make you a horror to all reigns of the earth.
YirmeYahu 34:18 ‘And I shall give the men who are transgressing My covenant, who have not established the words of the covenant which they made before Me, when they cut the calf in two and passed between the parts of it:
YirmeYahu 34:19 the heads of Yehuḏah, and the heads of Yerushalayim, the eunuchs, and the kohanim, and all the people of the land who passed between the parts of the calf.
YirmeYahu 34:20 ‘And I shall give them into the hand of their enemies and into the hand of those who seek their life. And their corpses shall be for food to the birds of the heavens and the beasts of the earth.
YirmeYahu 34:21 ‘And I shall give Tsiḏqiyahu sovereign of Yehuḏah and his heads into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those who seek their life, and into the hand of the sovereign of Baḇel’s army that has withdrawn from you.
YirmeYahu 34:22 ‘See, I am commanding,’ declares יהוה, ‘and shall bring them back to this city, and they shall fight against it and take it and burn it with fire. And I shall make the cities of Yehuḏah a ruin without inhabitant.’ ”
YirmeYahu 33:25 “Thus said יהוה, ‘If My covenant is not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the laws of the heavens and earth,
YirmeYahu 33:26 then I would also reject the descendants of Ya`akov̱ and Dawiḏ My servant, so that I should not take of his descendants to be rulers over the descendants of Avraham, Yitzchak, and Ya`akov̱. For I shall turn back their captivity, and have compassion on them.’ ”

Shemot 21:1 ואלה המשׁפטים אשׁר תשׂים לפניהם׃
Shemot 21:2 כי תקנה עבד עברי שׁשׁ שׁנים יעבד ובשׁבעת יצא לחפשׁי חנם׃
Shemot 21:3 אם־בגפו יבא בגפו יצא אם־בעל אשׁה הוא ויצאה אשׁתו עמו׃
Shemot 21:4 אם־אדניו יתן־לו אשׁה וילדה־לו בנים או בנות האשׁה וילדיה תהיה לאדניה והוא יצא בגפו׃
Shemot 21:5 ואם־אמר יאמר העבד אהבתי את־אדני את־אשׁתי ואת־בני לא אצא חפשׁי׃
Shemot 21:6 והגישׁו אדניו אל־האלהים והגישׁו אל־הדלת או אל־המזוזה ורצע אדניו את־אזנו במרצע ועבדו לעלם׃

Shemot 21:30 אם־כפר יושׁת עליו ונתן פדין נפשׁו ככל אשׁר־יושׁת עליו׃
Shemot 21:31 או־בן יגח או־בת יגח כמשׁפט הזה יעשׂה לו׃
Shemot 21:32 אם־עבד יגח השׁור או אמה כסף שׁלשׁים שׁקלים יתן לאדניו והשׁור יסקל׃

Shemot 21:34 בעל הבור ישׁלם כסף ישׁיב לבעליו והמת יהיה־לו׃
Shemot 21:35 וכי־יגף שׁור־אישׁ את־שׁור רעהו ומת ומכרו את־השׁור החי וחצו את־כספו וגם את־המת יחצון׃
Shemot 21:36 או נודע כי שׁור נגח הוא מתמול שׁלשׁם ולא ישׁמרנו בעליו שׁלם ישׁלם שׁור תחת השׁור והמת יהיה־לו׃
Shemot 22:1 (21:37) כי יגנב־אישׁ שׁור או־שׂה וטבחו או מכרו חמשׁה בקר ישׁלם תחת השׁור וארבע־צאן תחת השׂה׃
Shemot 22:2 (22:1) אם־במחתרת ימצא הגנב והכה ומת אין לו דמים׃
Shemot 22:3 (22:2) אם־זרחה השׁמשׁ עליו דמים לו שׁלם ישׁלם אם־אין לו ונמכר בגנבתו׃

Shemot 23:11 והשׁביעת תשׁמטנה ונטשׁתה ואכלו אביני עמך ויתרם תאכל חית השׂדה כן־תעשׂה לכרמך לזיתך׃
Shemot 23:12 שׁשׁת ימים תעשׂה מעשׂיך וביום השׁביעי תשׁבת למען ינוח שׁורך וחמרך וינפשׁ בן־אמתך והגר׃
Shemot 23:13 ובכל אשׁר־אמרתי אליכם תשׁמרו ושׁם אלהים אחרים לא תזכירו לא ישׁמע על־פיך׃
Shemot 23:14 שׁלשׁ רגלים תחג לי בשׁנה׃
Shemot 23:15 את־חג המצות תשׁמר שׁבעת ימים תאכל מצות כאשׁר צויתך למועד חדשׁ האביב כי־בו יצאת ממצרים ולא־יראו פני ריקם׃
Shemot 23:16 וחג הקציר בכורי מעשׂיך אשׁר תזרע בשׂדה וחג האסף בצאת השׁנה באספך את־מעשׂיך מן־השׂדה׃
Shemot 23:17 שׁלשׁ פעמים בשׁנה יראה כל־זכורך אל־פני האדן יהוה׃
Shemot 23:18 לא־תזבח על־חמץ דם־זבחי ולא־ילין חלב־חגי עד־בקר׃
Shemot 23:19 ראשׁית בכורי אדמתך תביא בית יהוה אלהיך לא־תבשׁל גדי בחלב אמו׃
Shemot 23:20 הנה אנכי שׁלח מלאך לפניך לשׁמרך בדרך ולהביאך אל־המקום אשׁר הכנתי׃
Shemot 23:21 השׁמר מפניו ושׁמע בקלו אל־תמר בו כי לא ישׂא לפשׁעכם כי שׁמי בקרבו׃
Shemot 23:22 כי אם־שׁמוע תשׁמע בקלו ועשׂית כל אשׁר אדבר ואיבתי את־איביך וצרתי את־צרריך׃
Shemot 23:23 כי־ילך מלאכי לפניך והביאך אל־האמרי והחתי והפרזי והכנעני החוי והיבוסי והכחדתיו׃
Shemot 23:24 לא־תשׁתחוה לאלהיהם ולא תעבדם ולא תעשׂה כמעשׂיהם כי הרס תהרסם ושׁבר תשׁבר מצבתיהם׃
Shemot 23:25 ועבדתם את יהוה אלהיכם וברך את־לחמך ואת־מימיך והסרתי מחלה מקרבך׃
Shemot 23:26 לא תהיה משׁכלה ועקרה בארצך את־מספר ימיך אמלא׃
Shemot 23:27 את־אימתי אשׁלח לפניך והמתי את־כל־העם אשׁר תבא בהם ונתתי את־כל־איביך אליך ערף׃
Shemot 23:28 ושׁלחתי את־הצרעה לפניך וגרשׁה את־החוי את־הכנעני ואת־החתי מלפניך׃
Shemot 23:29 לא אגרשׁנו מפניך בשׁנה אחת פן־תהיה הארץ שׁממה ורבה עליך חית השׂדה׃
Shemot 23:30 מעט מעט אגרשׁנו מפניך עד אשׁר תפרה ונחלת את־הארץ׃
Shemot 23:31 ושׁתי את־גבלך מים־סוף ועד־ים פלשׁתים וממדבר עד־הנהר כי אתן בידכם את ישׁבי הארץ וגרשׁתמו מפניך׃
Shemot 23:32 לא־תכרת להם ולאלהיהם ברית׃
Shemot 23:33 לא ישׁבו בארצך פן־יחטיאו אתך לי כי תעבד את־אלהיהם כי־יהיה לך למוקשׁ׃
Shemot 24:1 ואל־משׁה אמר עלה אל־יהוה אתה ואהרן נדב ואביהוא ושׁבעים מזקני ישׂראל והשׁתחויתם מרחק׃
Shemot 24:2 ונגשׁ משׁה לבדו אל־יהוה והם לא יגשׁו והעם לא יעלו עמו׃
Shemot 24:3 ויבא משׁה ויספר לעם את כל־דברי יהוה ואת כל־המשׁפטים ויען כל־העם קול אחד ויאמרו כל־הדברים אשׁר־דבר יהוה נעשׂה׃
Shemot 24:4 ויכתב משׁה את כל־דברי יהוה וישׁכם בבקר ויבן מזבח תחת ההר ושׁתים עשׂרה מצבה לשׁנים עשׂר שׁבטי ישׂראל׃
Shemot 24:5 וישׁלח את־נערי בני ישׂראל ויעלו עלת ויזבחו זבחים שׁלמים ליהוה פרים׃
Shemot 24:6 ויקח משׁה חצי הדם וישׂם באגנת וחצי הדם זרק על־המזבח׃
Shemot 24:7 ויקח ספר הברית ויקרא באזני העם ויאמרו כל אשׁר־דבר יהוה נעשׂה ונשׁמע׃
Shemot 24:8 ויקח משׁה את־הדם ויזרק על־העם ויאמר הנה דם־הברית אשׁר כרת יהוה עמכם על כל־הדברים האלה׃
Shemot 24:9 ויעל משׁה ואהרן נדב ואביהוא ושׁבעים מזקני ישׂראל׃
Shemot 24:10 ויראו את אלהי ישׂראל ותחת רגליו כמעשׂה לבנת הספיר וכעצם השׁמים לטהר׃
Shemot 24:11 ואל־אצילי בני ישׂראל לא שׁלח ידו ויחזו את־האלהים ויאכלו וישׁתו׃
Shemot 24:12 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה עלה אלי ההרה והיה־שׁם ואתנה לך את־לחת האבן והתורה והמצוה אשׁר כתבתי להורתם׃
Shemot 24:13 ויקם משׁה ויהושׁע משׁרתו ויעל משׁה אל־הר האלהים׃
Shemot 24:14 ואל־הזקנים אמר שׁבו־לנו בזה עד אשׁר־נשׁוב אליכם והנה אהרן וחור עמכם מי־בעל דברים יגשׁ אלהם׃
Shemot 24:15 ויעל משׁה אל־ההר ויכס הענן את־ההר׃
Shemot 24:16 וישׁכן כבוד־יהוה על־הר סיני ויכסהו הענן שׁשׁת ימים ויקרא אל־משׁה ביום השׁביעי מתוך הענן׃
Shemot 24:17 ומראה כבוד יהוה כאשׁ אכלת בראשׁ ההר לעיני בני ישׂראל׃
Shemot 24:18 ויבא משׁה בתוך הענן ויעל אל־ההר ויהי משׁה בהר ארבעים יום וארבעים לילה׃
Shemot 21:1 ואלה המשׁפטים אשׁר תשׂים לפניהם׃
Shemot 21:2 כי תקנה עבד עברי שׁשׁ שׁנים יעבד ובשׁבעת יצא לחפשׁי חנם׃
Shemot 21:3 אם־בגפו יבא בגפו יצא אם־בעל אשׁה הוא ויצאה אשׁתו עמו׃
Shemot 21:4 אם־אדניו יתן־לו אשׁה וילדה־לו בנים או בנות האשׁה וילדיה תהיה לאדניה והוא יצא בגפו׃
Shemot 21:5 ואם־אמר יאמר העבד אהבתי את־אדני את־אשׁתי ואת־בני לא אצא חפשׁי׃
Shemot 21:6 והגישׁו אדניו אל־האלהים והגישׁו אל־הדלת או אל־המזוזה ורצע אדניו את־אזנו במרצע ועבדו לעלם׃
Shemot 21:7 וכי־ימכר אישׁ את־בתו לאמה לא תצא כצאת העבדים׃
Shemot 21:8 אם־רעה בעיני אדניה אשׁר־לא יעדה והפדה לעם נכרי לא־ימשׁל למכרה בבגדו־בה׃
Shemot 21:9 ואם־לבנו ייעדנה כמשׁפט הבנות יעשׂה־לה׃
Shemot 21:10 אם־אחרת יקח־לו שׁארה כסותה וענתה לא יגרע׃
Shemot 21:11 ואם־שׁלשׁ־אלה לא יעשׂה לה ויצאה חנם אין כסף׃
Shemot 21:12 מכה אישׁ ומת מות יומת׃
Shemot 21:13 ואשׁר לא צדה והאלהים אנה לידו ושׂמתי לך מקום אשׁר ינוס שׁמה׃
Shemot 21:14 וכי־יזד אישׁ על־רעהו להרגו בערמה מעם מזבחי תקחנו למות׃
Shemot 21:15 ומכה אביו ואמו מות יומת׃
Shemot 21:16 וגנב אישׁ ומכרו ונמצא בידו מות יומת׃
Shemot 21:17 ומקלל אביו ואמו מות יומת׃
Shemot 21:18 וכי־יריבן אנשׁים והכה־אישׁ את־רעהו באבן או באגרף ולא ימות ונפל למשׁכב׃
Shemot 21:19 אם־יקום והתהלך בחוץ על־משׁענתו ונקה המכה רק שׁבתו יתן ורפא ירפא׃
Shemot 21:20 וכי־יכה אישׁ את־עבדו או את־אמתו בשׁבט ומת תחת ידו נקם ינקם׃
Shemot 21:21 אך אם־יום או יומים יעמד לא יקם כי כספו הוא׃
Shemot 21:22 וכי־ינצו אנשׁים ונגפו אשׁה הרה ויצאו ילדיה ולא יהיה אסון ענושׁ יענשׁ כאשׁר ישׁית עליו בעל האשׁה ונתן בפללים׃
Shemot 21:23 ואם־אסון יהיה ונתתה נפשׁ תחת נפשׁ׃
Shemot 21:24 עין תחת עין שׁן תחת שׁן יד תחת יד רגל תחת רגל׃
Shemot 21:25 כויה תחת כויה פצע תחת פצע חבורה תחת חבורה׃
Shemot 21:26 וכי־יכה אישׁ את־עין עבדו או־את־עין אמתו ושׁחתה לחפשׁי ישׁלחנו תחת עינו׃
Shemot 21:27 ואם־שׁן עבדו או־שׁן אמתו יפיל לחפשׁי ישׁלחנו תחת שׁנו׃
Shemot 21:28 וכי־יגח שׁור את־אישׁ או את־אשׁה ומת סקול יסקל השׁור ולא יאכל את־בשׂרו ובעל השׁור נקי׃
Shemot 21:29 ואם שׁור נגח הוא מתמל שׁלשׁם והועד בבעליו ולא ישׁמרנו והמית אישׁ או אשׁה השׁור יסקל וגם־בעליו יומת׃
Shemot 21:30 אם־כפר יושׁת עליו ונתן פדין נפשׁו ככל אשׁר־יושׁת עליו׃
Shemot 21:31 או־בן יגח או־בת יגח כמשׁפט הזה יעשׂה לו׃
Shemot 21:32 אם־עבד יגח השׁור או אמה כסף שׁלשׁים שׁקלים יתן לאדניו והשׁור יסקל׃
Shemot 21:33 וכי־יפתח אישׁ בור או כי־יכרה אישׁ בר ולא יכסנו ונפל־שׁמה שׁור או חמור׃
Shemot 21:34 בעל הבור ישׁלם כסף ישׁיב לבעליו והמת יהיה־לו׃
Shemot 21:35 וכי־יגף שׁור־אישׁ את־שׁור רעהו ומת ומכרו את־השׁור החי וחצו את־כספו וגם את־המת יחצון׃
Shemot 21:36 או נודע כי שׁור נגח הוא מתמול שׁלשׁם ולא ישׁמרנו בעליו שׁלם ישׁלם שׁור תחת השׁור והמת יהיה־לו׃
Shemot 22:1 (21:37) כי יגנב־אישׁ שׁור או־שׂה וטבחו או מכרו חמשׁה בקר ישׁלם תחת השׁור וארבע־צאן תחת השׂה׃
Shemot 22:2 (22:1) אם־במחתרת ימצא הגנב והכה ומת אין לו דמים׃
Shemot 22:3 (22:2) אם־זרחה השׁמשׁ עליו דמים לו שׁלם ישׁלם אם־אין לו ונמכר בגנבתו׃
Shemot 22:4 (22:3) אם־המצא תמצא בידו הגנבה משׁור עד־חמור עד־שׂה חיים שׁנים ישׁלם׃
Shemot 22:5 (22:4) כי יבער־אישׁ שׂדה או־כרם ושׁלח את־בעירה ובער בשׂדה אחר מיטב שׂדהו ומיטב כרמו ישׁלם׃
Shemot 22:6 (22:5) כי־תצא אשׁ ומצאה קצים ונאכל גדישׁ או הקמה או השׂדה שׁלם ישׁלם המבער את־הבערה׃
Shemot 22:7 (22:6) כי־יתן אישׁ אל־רעהו כסף או־כלים לשׁמר וגנב מבית האישׁ אם־ימצא הגנב ישׁלם שׁנים׃
Shemot 22:8 (22:7) אם־לא ימצא הגנב ונקרב בעל־הבית אל־האלהים אם־לא שׁלח ידו במלאכת רעהו׃
Shemot 22:9 (22:8) על־כל־דבר־פשׁע על־שׁור על־חמור על־שׂה על־שׂלמה על־כל־אבדה אשׁר יאמר כי־הוא זה עד האלהים יבא דבר־שׁניהם אשׁר ירשׁיען אלהים ישׁלם שׁנים לרעהו׃
Shemot 22:10 (22:9) כי־יתן אישׁ אל־רעהו חמור או־שׁור או־שׂה וכל־בהמה לשׁמר ומת או־נשׁבר או־נשׁבה אין ראה׃
Shemot 22:11 (22:10) שׁבעת יהוה תהיה בין שׁניהם אם־לא שׁלח ידו במלאכת רעהו ולקח בעליו ולא ישׁלם׃
Shemot 22:12 (22:11) ואם־גנב יגנב מעמו ישׁלם לבעליו׃
Shemot 22:13 (22:12) אם־טרף יטרף יבאהו עד הטרפה לא ישׁלם׃
Shemot 22:14 (22:13) וכי־ישׁאל אישׁ מעם רעהו ונשׁבר או־מת בעליו אין־עמו שׁלם ישׁלם׃
Shemot 22:15 (22:14) אם־בעליו עמו לא ישׁלם אם־שׂכיר הוא בא בשׂכרו׃
Shemot 22:16 (22:15) וכי־יפתה אישׁ בתולה אשׁר לא־ארשׂה ושׁכב עמה מהר ימהרנה לו לאשׁה׃
Shemot 22:17 (22:16) אם־מאן ימאן אביה לתתה לו כסף ישׁקל כמהר הבתולת׃
Shemot 22:18 (22:17) מכשׁפה לא תחיה׃
Shemot 22:19 (22:18) כל־שׁכב עם־בהמה מות יומת׃
Shemot 22:20 (22:19) זבח לאלהים יחרם בלתי ליהוה לבדו׃
Shemot 22:21 (22:20) וגר לא־תונה ולא תלחצנו כי־גרים הייתם בארץ מצרים׃
Shemot 22:22 (22:21) כל־אלמנה ויתום לא תענון׃
Shemot 22:23 (22:22) אם־ענה תענה אתו כי אם־צעק יצעק אלי שׁמע אשׁמע צעקתו׃
Shemot 22:24 (22:23) וחרה אפי והרגתי אתכם בחרב והיו נשׁיכם אלמנות ובניכם יתמים׃
Shemot 22:25 (22:24) אם־כסף תלוה את־עמי את־העני עמך לא־תהיה לו כנשׁה לא־תשׂימון עליו נשׁך׃
Shemot 22:26 (22:25) אם־חבל תחבל שׂלמת רעך עד־בא השׁמשׁ תשׁיבנו לו׃
Shemot 22:27 (22:26) כי הוא כסותה לבדה הוא שׂמלתו לערו במה ישׁכב והיה כי־יצעק אלי ושׁמעתי כי־חנון אני׃
Shemot 22:28 (22:27) אלהים לא תקלל ונשׂיא בעמך לא תאר׃
Shemot 22:29 (22:28) מלאתך ודמעך לא תאחר בכור בניך תתן־לי׃
Shemot 22:30 (22:29) כן־תעשׂה לשׁרך לצאנך שׁבעת ימים יהיה עם־אמו ביום השׁמיני תתנו־לי׃
Shemot 22:31 (22:30) ואנשׁי־קדשׁ תהיון לי ובשׂר בשׂדה טרפה לא תאכלו לכלב תשׁלכון אתו׃
Shemot 23:1 לא תשׂא שׁמע שׁוא אל־תשׁת ידך עם־רשׁע להית עד חמס׃
Shemot 23:2 לא־תהיה אחרי־רבים לרעת ולא־תענה על־רב לנטת אחרי רבים להטת׃
Shemot 23:3 ודל לא תהדר בריבו׃
Shemot 23:4 כי תפגע שׁור איבך או חמרו תעה השׁב תשׁיבנו לו׃
Shemot 23:5 כי־תראה חמור שׂנאך רבץ תחת משׂאו וחדלת מעזב לו עזב תעזב עמו׃
Shemot 23:6 לא תטה משׁפט אבינך בריבו׃
Shemot 23:7 מדבר־שׁקר תרחק ונקי וצדיק אל־תהרג כי לא־אצדיק רשׁע׃
Shemot 23:8 ושׁחד לא תקח כי השׁחד יעור פקחים ויסלף דברי צדיקים׃
Shemot 23:9 וגר לא תלחץ ואתם ידעתם את־נפשׁ הגר כי־גרים הייתם בארץ מצרים׃
Shemot 23:10 ושׁשׁ שׁנים תזרע את־ארצך ואספת את־תבואתה׃
Shemot 23:11 והשׁביעת תשׁמטנה ונטשׁתה ואכלו אביני עמך ויתרם תאכל חית השׂדה כן־תעשׂה לכרמך לזיתך׃
Shemot 23:12 שׁשׁת ימים תעשׂה מעשׂיך וביום השׁביעי תשׁבת למען ינוח שׁורך וחמרך וינפשׁ בן־אמתך והגר׃
Shemot 23:13 ובכל אשׁר־אמרתי אליכם תשׁמרו ושׁם אלהים אחרים לא תזכירו לא ישׁמע על־פיך׃
Shemot 23:14 שׁלשׁ רגלים תחג לי בשׁנה׃
Shemot 23:15 את־חג המצות תשׁמר שׁבעת ימים תאכל מצות כאשׁר צויתך למועד חדשׁ האביב כי־בו יצאת ממצרים ולא־יראו פני ריקם׃
Shemot 23:16 וחג הקציר בכורי מעשׂיך אשׁר תזרע בשׂדה וחג האסף בצאת השׁנה באספך את־מעשׂיך מן־השׂדה׃
Shemot 23:17 שׁלשׁ פעמים בשׁנה יראה כל־זכורך אל־פני האדן יהוה׃
Shemot 23:18 לא־תזבח על־חמץ דם־זבחי ולא־ילין חלב־חגי עד־בקר׃
Shemot 23:19 ראשׁית בכורי אדמתך תביא בית יהוה אלהיך לא־תבשׁל גדי בחלב אמו׃
Shemot 23:20 הנה אנכי שׁלח מלאך לפניך לשׁמרך בדרך ולהביאך אל־המקום אשׁר הכנתי׃
Shemot 23:21 השׁמר מפניו ושׁמע בקלו אל־תמר בו כי לא ישׂא לפשׁעכם כי שׁמי בקרבו׃
Shemot 23:22 כי אם־שׁמוע תשׁמע בקלו ועשׂית כל אשׁר אדבר ואיבתי את־איביך וצרתי את־צרריך׃
Shemot 23:23 כי־ילך מלאכי לפניך והביאך אל־האמרי והחתי והפרזי והכנעני החוי והיבוסי והכחדתיו׃
Shemot 23:24 לא־תשׁתחוה לאלהיהם ולא תעבדם ולא תעשׂה כמעשׂיהם כי הרס תהרסם ושׁבר תשׁבר מצבתיהם׃
Shemot 23:25 ועבדתם את יהוה אלהיכם וברך את־לחמך ואת־מימיך והסרתי מחלה מקרבך׃
Shemot 23:26 לא תהיה משׁכלה ועקרה בארצך את־מספר ימיך אמלא׃
Shemot 23:27 את־אימתי אשׁלח לפניך והמתי את־כל־העם אשׁר תבא בהם ונתתי את־כל־איביך אליך ערף׃
Shemot 23:28 ושׁלחתי את־הצרעה לפניך וגרשׁה את־החוי את־הכנעני ואת־החתי מלפניך׃
Shemot 23:29 לא אגרשׁנו מפניך בשׁנה אחת פן־תהיה הארץ שׁממה ורבה עליך חית השׂדה׃
Shemot 23:30 מעט מעט אגרשׁנו מפניך עד אשׁר תפרה ונחלת את־הארץ׃
Shemot 23:31 ושׁתי את־גבלך מים־סוף ועד־ים פלשׁתים וממדבר עד־הנהר כי אתן בידכם את ישׁבי הארץ וגרשׁתמו מפניך׃
Shemot 23:32 לא־תכרת להם ולאלהיהם ברית׃
Shemot 23:33 לא ישׁבו בארצך פן־יחטיאו אתך לי כי תעבד את־אלהיהם כי־יהיה לך למוקשׁ׃
Shemot 24:1 ואל־משׁה אמר עלה אל־יהוה אתה ואהרן נדב ואביהוא ושׁבעים מזקני ישׂראל והשׁתחויתם מרחק׃
Shemot 24:2 ונגשׁ משׁה לבדו אל־יהוה והם לא יגשׁו והעם לא יעלו עמו׃
Shemot 24:3 ויבא משׁה ויספר לעם את כל־דברי יהוה ואת כל־המשׁפטים ויען כל־העם קול אחד ויאמרו כל־הדברים אשׁר־דבר יהוה נעשׂה׃
Shemot 24:4 ויכתב משׁה את כל־דברי יהוה וישׁכם בבקר ויבן מזבח תחת ההר ושׁתים עשׂרה מצבה לשׁנים עשׂר שׁבטי ישׂראל׃

Shemot 21:1 - 24:18
Shemot 21:1 “These are the Mishpatim which you are to set before them:
Shemot 21:2 “When you buy a Heḇrew slave, he serves six years, and in the seventh he goes out free, for naught.
Shemot 21:3 “If he comes in by himself, he goes out by himself; if he comes in married, then his wife shall go out with him.
Shemot 21:4 “If his master has given him a wife, and she has borne him sons or daughters, the wife and her children are her master’s, and he goes out by himself.
Shemot 21:5 “And if the servant truly says, ‘I love my master, my wife, and my children, let me not go out free,’
Shemot 21:6 then his master shall bring him before Elohim, and shall bring him to the door, or to the doorpost, and his master shall pierce his ear with an awl. And he shall serve him forever.
Shemot 21:7 “And when a man sells his daughter to be a female slave, she does not go out as the male slaves do.
Shemot 21:8 “If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master who has engaged her to himself, then he shall let her be ransomed. He shall have no authority to sell her to a foreign people, because of him deceiving her.
Shemot 21:9 “And if he has engaged her to his son, he is to do to her as is the right of daughters.
Shemot 21:10 “If he takes another wife, her food, her covering, and her conjugal rights are not to be diminished.
Shemot 21:11 “And if he does not do these three for her, then she shall go out for naught, without silver.
Shemot 21:12 “He who strikes a man so that he dies shall certainly be put to death.
Shemot 21:13 “But if he did not lie in wait, but Elohim delivered him into his hand, then I shall appoint for you a place where he is to flee.
Shemot 21:14 “But when a man acts presumptuously against his neighbor, to kill him by treachery, you are to take him even from My altar to die.
Shemot 21:15 “And he who smites his father or his mother shall certainly be put to death.
Shemot 21:16 “And he who kidnaps a man and sells him, or if he is found in his hand, shall certainly be put to death.
Shemot 21:17 “And he who curses his father or his mother shall certainly be put to death.
Shemot 21:18 “And when men strive together, and one smites the other with a stone or with his fist, and he does not die but is confined to his bed,
Shemot 21:19 if he rises again and walks about outside with his staff, then he who smote him shall be innocent. He only pays for lost time and sees to it that he is completely healed.
Shemot 21:20 “And when a man smites his male or female slave with a rod, so that he dies under his hand, he shall certainly be punished.
Shemot 21:21 “But if he remains alive a day or two, he is not punished; for he is his property.
Shemot 21:22 “And when men strive and they shall smite a pregnant woman, and her children come out, yet there is no injury, he shall certainly be punished accordingly as the woman’s husband lays upon him. And he shall give through the judges.
Shemot 21:23 “But if there is injury, then you shall give life for life,
Shemot 21:24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
Shemot 21:25 burn for burn, wound for wound, lash for lash.
Shemot 21:26 “And when a man smites the eye of his male or female slave, and destroys it, he is to let him go free for the sake of his eye.
Shemot 21:27 “And if he knocks out the tooth of his male or female slave, he is to let him go free for the sake of his tooth.
Shemot 21:28 “And when an ox gores a man or a woman to death, then the ox shall certainly be stoned, and its flesh is not eaten, and the owner of the ox is innocent.
Shemot 21:29 “However, if the ox was previously in the habit of goring, and its owner has been warned, and he has not kept it confined, so that it has killed a man or a woman, the ox is stoned and its owner also is put to death.
Shemot 21:30 “If a sin-covering is laid upon him, then he shall give the ransom of his life, whatever is laid on him.
Shemot 21:31 “Whether it has gored a son or gored a daughter, according to this right-ruling it is done to him.
Shemot 21:32 “If the ox gores a male or female slave, he is to give to their master thirty sheqels of silver, and the ox is stoned.
Shemot 21:33 “And when a man opens a pit, or if a man digs a pit and does not cover it, and an ox or a donkey falls in it,
Shemot 21:34 the owner of the pit is to repay, he is to give silver to their owner, and the dead beast is his.
Shemot 21:35 “And when the ox of a man smites the ox of his neighbor and it dies, then they shall sell the live ox and divide the silver from it, and also divide the dead ox.
Shemot 21:36 “Or if it was known that the ox was previously in the habit of goring, and its owner has not kept it confined, he shall certainly repay ox for ox, while the dead beast is his.
Shemot 22:1 “When a man steals an ox or a sheep, and shall slaughter it or sell it, he repays five cattle for an ox and four sheep for a sheep.
Shemot 22:2 “If the thief is found breaking in, and he is smitten so that he dies, there is no guilt for his bloodshed.
Shemot 22:3 “If the sun has risen on him, there is guilt for his bloodshed, he shall certainly repay. If he has not the means, then he shall be sold for his theft.
Shemot 22:4 “If the theft is indeed found alive in his hand, whether it is an ox or donkey or sheep, he repays double.
Shemot 22:5 “When a man lets a field or vineyard be grazed bare, and lets loose his livestock, and it feeds in another man’s field, he repays from the best of his own field and the best of his own vineyard.
Shemot 22:6 “When fire breaks out and spreads to thorn bushes, so that stacked grain, or standing grain, or the field is consumed, he who kindled the fire shall certainly repay.

Shemot 22:25 “If you do lend silver to any of My people, the poor among you, you are not to be like one that lends on interest to him. Do not lay interest on him.
Shemot 22:26 “If you take your neighbor’s garment as a pledge at all, you are to return it to him before the sun goes down.
Shemot 22:27 “For that is his only covering, it is his garment for his skin. What does he sleep in? And it shall be that when he cries to Me, I shall hear, for I show favor.
Shemot 22:28 “Do not revile Elohim, nor curse a ruler of your people.
Shemot 22:29 “Do not delay giving your harvest and your vintage. Give Me the first-born of your sons.
Shemot 22:30 “Likewise you are to do with your oxen, with your sheep. It is to be with its mother seven days. On the eighth day you give it to Me.
Shemot 22:31 “And you are kadosh men to Me, and you do not eat any meat which is torn to pieces in the field, you throw it to the dogs.
Shemot 23:1 “Do not bring a false report. Do not put your hand with the wrong to be a malicious witness.
Shemot 23:2 “Do not follow a crowd to do evil, nor bear witness in a strife so as to turn aside after many, to turn aside what is right.
Shemot 23:3 “And do not favor a poor man in his strife.
Shemot 23:4 “When you meet your enemy’s ox or his donkey going astray, you shall certainly return it to him.
Shemot 23:5 “When you see the donkey of him who hates you lying under its burden, you shall refrain from leaving it to him, you shall certainly help him.

Shemot 23:10 “And for six years you are to sow your land, and shall gather its increase,
Shemot 23:11 but the seventh year you are to let it rest, and shall leave it, and the poor of your people shall eat. And what they leave, the beasts of the field eat. Do the same with your vineyard and your oliveyard.

Shemot 23:15 “Guard the Festival of Unleavened Bread. Seven days you eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month of Aḇiḇ – for in it you came out of Mitsrayim – and do not appear before Me empty-handed;
Shemot 23:16 and the Festival of the Harvest, the first-fruits of your labors which you have sown in the field; and the Festival of the Ingathering at the outgoing of the year, when you have gathered in the fruit of your labors from the field.
Shemot 23:17 “Three times in the year all your males are to appear before the Master יהוה.
Shemot 23:18 “Do not offer the blood of My slaughtering with leavened bread, and the fat of My offering shall not remain until morning.

Shemot 23:21 “Be on guard before Him and obey His voice. Do not rebel against Him, for He is not going to pardon your transgression, for My Name is in Him.
Shemot 23:22 “But if you diligently obey His voice and shall do all that I speak, then I shall be an enemy to your enemies and one who distresses to those who distress you.
Shemot 23:23 “For My Malachi shall go before you and shall bring you in to the Amorites and the Ḥittites and the Perizzites and the Kenaʽanites and the Ḥiwwites and the Yeḇusites, and I shall cut them off.
Shemot 23:24 “Do not bow down to their elohim, nor serve them, nor do according to their works, but without fail overthrow them and without fail break down their pillars.
Shemot 23:25 “And you shall serve יהוה your Elohim, and He shall bless your bread and your water. And I shall remove sickness from your midst.
Shemot 23:26 “None shall miscarry or be barren in your land. I shall fill the number of your days.
Shemot 23:27 “I shall send My fear before you, and cause confusion among all the people to whom you come, and make all your enemies turn their backs to you.
Shemot 23:28 “And I shall send hornets before you, which shall drive out the Ḥiwwite, the Kenaʽanite, and the Ḥittite from before you.
Shemot 23:29 “I shall not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become a waste and the beast of the field become too numerous for you.
Shemot 23:30 “Little by little I shall drive them out from before you, until you have increased, and you inherit the land.
Shemot 23:31 “And I shall set your border from the Sea of Reeds to the Sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the River, for I shall give the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you.
Shemot 23:32 “Do not make a covenant with them nor with their elohim.
Shemot 23:33 “Let them not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against Me when you serve their elohim, when it becomes a snare to you.”
Shemot 24:1 And to Moshe He said, “Come up to יהוה, you and Aharon, Naḏaḇ and Aḇihu, and seventy of the elders of Yisra’ĕl, and you shall bow yourselves from a distance.
Shemot 24:2 “But Moshe shall draw near to יהוה by himself, and let them not draw near, nor let the people go up with him.”
Shemot 24:3 And Moshe came and related to the people all the Words of יהוה and all the mishpatim. And all the people answered with one voice and said, “All the Words which יהוה has spoken we shall do.”
Shemot 24:4 And Moshe wrote down all the Words of יהוה, and rose up early in the morning, and built an altar at the foot of the mountain, and twelve standing columns for the twelve tribes of Yisra’ĕl.
Shemot 24:5 And he sent young men of the children of Yisra’ĕl, and they offered burnt offerings and slaughtered peace slaughterings of bulls to יהוה.
Shemot 24:6 And Moshe took half the blood and put it in basins, and half the blood he sprinkled on the altar.
Shemot 24:7 And he took the Book of the Covenant and read in the hearing of the people. And they said, “All that יהוה has spoken we shall do, and obey.”
Shemot 24:8 And Moshe took the blood and sprinkled it on the people, and said, “See, the blood of the covenant which יהוה has made with you concerning all these Words.”
Shemot 24:9 And Moshe went up, also Aharon, Naḏaḇ, and Aḇihu, and seventy of the elders of Yisra’ĕl,
Shemot 24:10 and they saw the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, and under His feet like a paved work of sapphire stone, and like the heavens for brightness.
Shemot 24:11 Yet He did not stretch out His hand against the chiefs of the children of Yisra’ĕl! And they saw Elohim, and they ate and drank.
Shemot 24:12 And יהוה said to Moshe, “Come up to Me on the mountain and be there, while I give you tablets of stone, and the Torah and the command which I have written, to teach them.”
Shemot 24:13 And Moshe arose with his assistant Yehoshua, and Moshe went up to the mountain of Elohim.
Shemot 24:14 And he said to the elders, “Wait here for us until we come back to you. And see, Aharon and Ḥur are with you. Whoever has matters, let him go to them.”
Shemot 24:15 And Moshe went up into the mountain, and a cloud covered the mountain.
Shemot 24:16 And the esteem of יהוה dwelt on Har Sinai, and the cloud covered it for six days. And on the seventh day He called to Moshe out of the midst of the cloud.
Shemot 24:17 And the appearance of the esteem of יהוה was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain, before the eyes of the children of Yisra’ĕl.
Shemot 24:18 And Moshe went into the midst of the cloud and went up into the mountain. And it came to be that Moshe was on the mountain forty days and forty nights.
Shemot 21:1 “These are the Mishpatim which you are to set before them:
Shemot 21:2 “When you buy a Heḇrew slave, he serves six years, and in the seventh he goes out free, for naught.
Shemot 21:3 “If he comes in by himself, he goes out by himself; if he comes in married, then his wife shall go out with him.
Shemot 21:4 “If his master has given him a wife, and she has borne him sons or daughters, the wife and her children are her master’s, and he goes out by himself.
Shemot 21:5 “And if the servant truly says, ‘I love my master, my wife, and my children, let me not go out free,’
Shemot 21:6 then his master shall bring him before Elohim, and shall bring him to the door, or to the doorpost, and his master shall pierce his ear with an awl. And he shall serve him forever.
Shemot 21:7 “And when a man sells his daughter to be a female slave, she does not go out as the male slaves do.
Shemot 21:8 “If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master who has engaged her to himself, then he shall let her be ransomed. He shall have no authority to sell her to a foreign people, because of him deceiving her.
Shemot 21:9 “And if he has engaged her to his son, he is to do to her as is the right of daughters.
Shemot 21:10 “If he takes another wife, her food, her covering, and her conjugal rights are not to be diminished.
Shemot 21:11 “And if he does not do these three for her, then she shall go out for naught, without silver.
Shemot 21:12 “He who strikes a man so that he dies shall certainly be put to death.
Shemot 21:13 “But if he did not lie in wait, but Elohim delivered him into his hand, then I shall appoint for you a place where he is to flee.
Shemot 21:14 “But when a man acts presumptuously against his neighbor, to kill him by treachery, you are to take him even from My altar to die.
Shemot 21:15 “And he who smites his father or his mother shall certainly be put to death.
Shemot 21:16 “And he who kidnaps a man and sells him, or if he is found in his hand, shall certainly be put to death.
Shemot 21:17 “And he who curses his father or his mother shall certainly be put to death.
Shemot 21:18 “And when men strive together, and one smites the other with a stone or with his fist, and he does not die but is confined to his bed,
Shemot 21:19 if he rises again and walks about outside with his staff, then he who smote him shall be innocent. He only pays for lost time and sees to it that he is completely healed.
Shemot 21:20 “And when a man smites his male or female slave with a rod, so that he dies under his hand, he shall certainly be punished.
Shemot 21:21 “But if he remains alive a day or two, he is not punished; for he is his property.
Shemot 21:22 “And when men strive and they shall smite a pregnant woman, and her children come out, yet there is no injury, he shall certainly be punished accordingly as the woman’s husband lays upon him. And he shall give through the judges.
Shemot 21:23 “But if there is injury, then you shall give life for life,
Shemot 21:24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
Shemot 21:25 burn for burn, wound for wound, lash for lash.
Shemot 21:26 “And when a man smites the eye of his male or female slave, and destroys it, he is to let him go free for the sake of his eye.

Shemot 21:29 “However, if the ox was previously in the habit of goring, and its owner has been warned, and he has not kept it confined, so that it has killed a man or a woman, the ox is stoned and its owner also is put to death.
Shemot 21:30 “If a sin-covering is laid upon him, then he shall give the ransom of his life, whatever is laid on him.
Shemot 21:31 “Whether it has gored a son or gored a daughter, according to this right-ruling it is done to him.
Shemot 21:32 “If the ox gores a male or female slave, he is to give to their master thirty sheqels of silver, and the ox is stoned.
Shemot 21:33 “And when a man opens a pit, or if a man digs a pit and does not cover it, and an ox or a donkey falls in it,
Shemot 21:34 the owner of the pit is to repay, he is to give silver to their owner, and the dead beast is his.
Shemot 21:35 “And when the ox of a man smites the ox of his neighbor and it dies, then they shall sell the live ox and divide the silver from it, and also divide the dead ox.
Shemot 21:36 “Or if it was known that the ox was previously in the habit of goring, and its owner has not kept it confined, he shall certainly repay ox for ox, while the dead beast is his.

Shemot 24:16 And the esteem of יהוה dwelt on Har Sinai, and the cloud covered it for six days. And on the seventh day He called to Moshe out of the midst of the cloud.
Shemot 24:17 And the appearance of the esteem of יהוה was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain, before the eyes of the children of Yisra’ĕl.
Shemot 24:18 And Moshe went into the midst of the cloud and went up into the mountain. And it came to be that Moshe was on the mountain forty days and forty nights.
