Mar 1:1 תחלת בשורת ישוע המשיח בן־האלהים׃
Mar 1:2 ככתוב בנביאים הנני שלח מלאכי לפניך ופנה דרכך׃
Mar 1:3 קול קורא במדבר פנו דרך יהוה ישרו מסלותיו׃
Mar 1:4 יוחנן היה טבל במדבר וקורא טבילת התשובה לסליחת חטאים׃
Mar 1:5 ותצא אליו כל־ארץ יהודה ובני ירושלים ויטבלו כלם על־ידו בנהר הירדן מתודים את־חטאתם׃
Mar 1:6 ויוחנן לבוש שער גמלים ואזור עור במתניו ומאכלו חגבים ודבש היער׃
Mar 1:7 ויקרא לאמר בוא יבא אחרי החזק ממני אשר קטנתי מלכרע להתיר את־שרוך נעליו׃
Mar 1:8 אנכי טבלתי אתכם במים והוא יטבל אתכם ברוח הקדש׃
Mar 1:9 ויהי בימים ההם ויבא ישוע מנצרת אשר בגליל ויטבל על־ידי יוחנן בירדן׃
Mar 1:10 ויהי אך־עלה עלה מן־המים וירא השמים והנה נפתחו והרוח כיונה ירדת עליו׃
Mar 1:11 ויהי קול מן־השמים אתה בני ידידי אשר רציתי־בו׃
Mar 1:12 ומהר הוציאו הרוח המדברה׃
Mar 1:13 ויהי שם במדבר ארבעים יום והשטן נסהו ויהי עם־החיות והמלאכים שרתוהו׃
Mar 1:14 ואחרי אשר הסגר יוחנן בא ישוע הגלילה ויקרא את־בשורת מלכות האלהים ויאמר׃
Mar 1:15 מלאה העת וקרבה מלכות האלהים שובו והאמינו בבשורה׃
Mar 1:16 ויהי בהתהלכו על־יד ים־הגליל וירא והנה שמעון ואנדרי אחי שמעון פרשים מצודה בים כי דיגים היו׃
Mar 1:17 ויאמר אליהם ישוע לכו אחרי ואתנכם דיגי אנשים׃
Mar 1:18 ויעזבו מהר את־מכמרתיהם וילכו אחריו׃
Mar 1:19 ויהי כעברו מעט משם וירא את־יעקב בן־זבדי ואת־יוחנן אחיו וגם־המה באניה ומתקנים את־המכמרות׃
Mar 1:20 וימהר ויקרא אליהם ויעזבו את־זבדי אביהם באניה עם־השכירים וילכו אחריו׃
Mar 1:21 ויבאו אל־כפר נחום וימהר לבוא בשבת לבית הכנסת וילמד׃
Mar 1:22 וישתוממו על־תורתו כי־היה מלמדם כאיש שלטון ולא כספרים׃
Mar 1:23 ואיש היה שם בבית הכנסת שלהם אשר־רוח טמאה בו ויזעק לאמר׃
Mar 1:24 אהה מה־לנו ולך ישוע הנצרי להאבידנו באת ידעתיך מי אתה קדוש האלהים׃
Mar 1:25 ויגער־בו ישוע לאמר האלם וצא ממנו׃
Mar 1:26 ויסחבהו רוח הטמאה ויזעק בקול גדול ויצא ממנו׃
Mar 1:27 ויבהלו כלם וישאלו איש את־רעהו לאמר מה־זאת מה־היא התורה החדשה אשר אף־לרוחות הטמאה מצוה הוא בגבורה והנה שמעות לו׃
Mar 1:28 ויצא שמעו מהר בכל־סביבות ארץ הגליל׃
Mar 1:29 ויהי אחרי צאתם מבית הכנסת ויבאו ביתה שמעון ואנדרי עם יעקב ויוחנן׃
Mar 1:30 וחותנת שמעון שכבה אחוזת הקדחת וימהרו וידברו אליו עליה׃
Mar 1:31 ויגש ויאחז בידה ויקימה ותרף ממנה הקדחת פתאם ותשרת אותם׃
Mar 1:32 ויהי בערב כבוא השמש ויביאו אליו את כל־החולים ואת אחוזי השדים׃
Mar 1:33 וכל־העיר נאספו יחדו פתח הבית׃
Mar 1:34 וירפא רבים אשר היו חולים חליים שונים ויגרש שדים הרבה ולא־נתן את־השדים לדבר כי ידעהו׃
Mar 1:35 וישכם בבקר בעוד נשף ויצא וילך אל־מקום חרבה ויתפלל שם׃
Mar 1:36 וירדפו אחריו שמעון והאנשים אשר אתו׃
Mar 1:37 וימצאהו ויאמרו אליו הנה כלם מבקשים אותך׃
Mar 1:38 ויאמר אליהם לכו ונלכה אל־ערי הפרזות הקרבות ואקרא גם־שם כי בעבור־זאת יצאתי׃
Mar 1:39 ויהי קרא בכנסיותיהם בכל־הגליל ויגרש את־השדים׃
Mar 1:40 ויבוא אליו איש מצרע ויתחנן אליו ויכרע על־ברכיו ויאמר לו אם־תרצה תוכל לטהרני׃
Mar 1:41 וירחם עליו ישוע וישלח ידו ויגע־בו ויאמר רצה אנכי טהר׃
Mar 1:42 עודנו מדבר והצרעת סרה ממנו ויטהר׃
Mar 1:43 ויגער־בו וימהר להוציאו החוצה׃
Mar 1:44 ויאמר אליו ראה אל־תגיד לאיש דבר ולך הראה אל־הכהן והקרב לטהרתך את אשר־צוה משה לעדות להם׃
Mar 1:45 והוא יצא ויחל לקרא הרבה ולהשמיע הדבר עד אשר לא־יכל לבוא עוד אל־עיר לעיני העם וישב מחוץ לעיר במקמות חרבה ויבאו אליו מכל־עבריו מסביב׃
Mar 2:1 ויהי מימים ויבא שנית אל־כפר נחום וישמעו כי־הוא בבית׃
Mar 2:2 ויאספו רבים מהרה עד־אפס מקום לעמד אף־לפני הפתח וידבר אליהם את־הדבר׃
Mar 2:3 ויבאו אליו אנשים נשאים איש נכה אברים וישאהו בארבעה׃
Mar 2:4 ולא יכלו לגשת אליו מפני העם ויסירו את־הגג במקום אשר היה שם ויחתרו חתירה ויורידו את־המשכב אשר שכב עליה נכה האברים׃
Mar 2:5 ויהי כראות ישוע את־אמונתם ויאמר אל־נכה האברים בני נסלחו־לך חטאתיך׃
Mar 2:6 ושם אנשים מן־הסופרים ישבים ויאמרו בלבם׃
Mar 2:7 מה־לזה כי ידבר גדופים כאלה מי יכל לסלח לחטאים כי אם האלהים לבדו׃
Mar 2:8 וידע ישוע ברוחו כי־כן חשבים בלבבם ויאמר אליהם מדוע תחשבו כאלה בלבבכם׃
Mar 2:9 מה הנקל האמר אל־נכה האברים נסלחו־לך חטאתיך אם־אמור קום שא את משכבך והתהלך׃
Mar 2:10 ולמען תדעון כי בן־האדם יש־לו השלטן לסלח לחטאים בארץ ויאמר אל־נכה האברים׃
Mar 2:11 לך אני אמר קום שא את־משכבך ולך אל־ביתך׃
Mar 2:12 ויקם פתאם וישא את־משכבו ויצא לעיני כלם עד כי־תמהו כלם וישבחו את־האלהים לאמר מעולם לא־ראינו כזאת׃
Mar 2:13 וישב ויצא אל־יד הים ויבאו אליו כל־העם וילמדם׃
Mar 2:14 ויהי בעברו וירא את־לוי בן־חלפי ישב בבית המכס ויאמר אליו לכה אחרי ויקם וילך אחריו׃
Mar 2:15 ויהי כאשר הסב בביתו ויסבו מוכסים וחטאים רבים עם־ישוע ועם־תלמידיו כי רבים היו ההלכים אחריו׃
Mar 2:16 והסופרים והפרושים ראו אתו אכל עם־המוכסים והחטאים ויאמרו אל־תלמידיו מה־לרבכם כי אכל ושתה הוא עם־המוכסים והחטאים׃
Mar 2:17 וישמע ישוע ויאמר החזקים אינם צריכים לרפא כי אם־החלים לא באתי לקרא הצדיקים כי אם־החטאים (לתשובה)׃
Mar 2:18 ותלמידי יוחנן ותלמידי הפרושים היו מרבים לצום ויבאו ויאמרו אליו מדוע תלמידי יוחנן ותלמידי הפרושים צמים ותלמידיך אינם צמים׃
Mar 2:19 ויאמר אליהם ישוע איך יוכלו בני החפה לצום בעוד החתן עמהם כל־ימי היות החתן עמהם לא יוכלו לצום׃
Mar 2:20 הנה ימים באים ולקח מאתם החתן ואז יצומו בימים ההם׃
Mar 2:21 אין־אדם תפר טלאי בד חדש על־שמלה בלה כי אם־כן ינתק מלויו החדש מן־הבלה ויתרחב הקרע׃
Mar 2:22 ואין אדם נתן יין חדש בנאדות בלים כי אם־כן יבקע היין החדש את־הנאדות והיין ישפך והנאדות יאבדו אבל יין חדש ינתן בנאדות חדשים׃
Mar 2:23 ויהי כעברו בשבת בין השדות ויחלו תלמידיו לקטף מלילת בלכתם׃
Mar 2:24 ויאמרו אליו הפרושים ראה מה־המה עשים בשבת את אשר־לא יעשה׃
Mar 2:25 ויאמר אליהם הכי לא קראתם את־אשר עשה דוד בהיתו חסר ורעב הוא ואנשיו׃
Mar 2:26 אשר בא אל־בית אלהים בימי אביתר הכהן הגדול ויאכל את־לחם הפנים אשר לא נתן לאכלה כי אם־לכהנים ויתן גם־לאנשים אשר אתו׃
Mar 2:27 ויאמר אליהם השבת נתנה בעבור האדם ולא האדם בעבור השבת׃
Mar 2:28 לכן אדון בן־האדם גם לשבת׃

Mar 1:1 The beginning of the Besorah of יהושע HaMoshiach, the Son of Elohim.
Mar 1:2 As it has been written in the Nevi'im, “See, I send My messenger before Your face, who shall prepare Your way before You,1

Mar 1:3 a voice of one crying in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way of יהוה, make His paths straight.’ ”1

Mar 1:4 Yocḥanan came mikvah-ing in the wilderness and proclaiming a mikvah of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.
Mar 1:5 And all the country of Yehuḏah, and those of Yerushalayim, went out to him and were all mikvah-ed by him in the Yardĕn River, confessing their sins.
Mar 1:6 And Yocḥanan was clothed with camel’s hair and a leather girdle around his waist, and eating locusts and wild honey.
Mar 1:7 And he proclaimed, saying, “After me comes One who is mightier than I, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to stoop down and loosen.
Mar 1:8 “I indeed did immerse you in water, but He shall immerse you in Ruach HaKadosh.”
Mar 1:9 And it came to be in those days that יהושע came from Natsareth of Galil, and was mikvah-ed by Yocḥanan in the Yardĕn.
Mar 1:10 And immediately, coming up from the water, He saw the heavens being torn open and the Ruach coming down on Him like a dove.
Mar 1:11 And a voice came out of HaShamayim, “You are My Son, the Beloved, in whom I did delight.”
Mar 1:12 And immediately the Ruach drove Him into the wilderness.
Mar 1:13 And He was there in the wilderness forty days, tried by HaSatan, and was with the wild beasts. And the Malachim attended Him.
Mar 1:14 And after Yocḥanan was delivered up, יהושע came to Galil, proclaiming the Besorah of the reign of Elohim,
Mar 1:15 and saying, “The time has been filled, and the reign of Elohim has come near. Repent, and believe in the Besorah.”
Mar 1:16 And walking by the Sea of Galil, He saw Shimʽon, and Andri his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishers.
Mar 1:17 And יהושע said to them, “Come, follow Me, and I shall make you become fishers of men.”
Mar 1:18 And immediately they left their nets and followed Him.
Mar 1:19 And having gone on a little from there, He saw Yaʽakovthe son of Zaḇdai, and Yocḥanan his brother, and they were in the boat mending their nets.
Mar 1:20 And immediately He called them, and leaving their father Zaḇdai in the boat with the hired servants, they went after Him.
Mar 1:21 And they went into Kephar Naḥum, and immediately on the Shabbat He went into the congregation and taught.
Mar 1:22 And they were astonished at His teaching, for He was teaching them as possessing authority, and not as the scribes.
Mar 1:23 And there was a man in their congregation with an unclean spirit, and he cried out,
Mar 1:24 saying, “Ha! What have we to do with You, יהושע of Natsareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are: the Kadosh One of Elohim!”
Mar 1:25 And יהושע rebuked him, saying, “Be silenced, and come out of him!”
Mar 1:26 And throwing him into convulsions, the unclean spirit called out with a loud voice, and came out of him.
Mar 1:27 And they were all so amazed, as to reason among themselves, saying, “What is this, a fresh teaching? With authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him!”
Mar 1:28 And news about Him immediately spread into all the country around Galil.
Mar 1:29 And coming out of the congregation, they went straight to the house of Shimʽon and Andri, with Yaʽakov and Yocḥanan.
Mar 1:30 And the mother-in-law of Shimʽon lay sick with inflammation, and immediately they spoke to Him about her.
Mar 1:31 And having come, He took her by the hand and lifted her up, and immediately the inflammation left her, and she served them.
Mar 1:32 And when evening came, when the sun had set, they brought to Him all who were sick and those who were demon-possessed.
Mar 1:33 And the entire city had gathered at the door.
Mar 1:34 And He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons, and was not allowing the demons to speak, because they knew Him.
Mar 1:35 And having risen very early in the morning, while still dark, He went out, and went away to a lonely place, and there He prayed.
Mar 1:36 And Shimʽon and those who were with Him searched for Him,
Mar 1:37 and when they found Him, they said to Him, “All are seeking You.”
Mar 1:38 And He said to them, “Let us go into the neighboring towns, so that I proclaim there also, because for this I have come forth.”
Mar 1:39 And He was proclaiming in their congregations, in all Galil, and casting out demons.
Mar 1:40 And a leper came to Him, calling upon Him, kneeling down to Him and saying to Him, “If You desire, You are able to make me clean.”
Mar 1:41 And יהושע, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I desire it. Be cleansed.”
Mar 1:42 And immediately the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed.
Mar 1:43 And having strictly warned him, He immediately sent him away,
Mar 1:44 and said to him, “See, say none at all to anyone, but go show yourself to the kohen, and offer for your cleansing what Mosheh ordered, as a witness to them.”
Mar 1:45 But he went out and began to publish it so much, and to spread the word, that יהושע was no longer able to openly enter the city, but was outside in lonely places. Yet they came to Him from all directions.
Mar 2:1 And some days later He again entered into Kephar Naḥum, and it was heard that He was in the house.
Mar 2:2 And so many gathered together, that there was no more room, not even at the door. And He spoke the Word to them.
Mar 2:3 And they came to Him, bringing a paralytic, carried by four.
Mar 2:4 And not being able to come near Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was. And when they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying.
Mar 2:5 And when יהושע saw their belief, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.”
Mar 2:6 Now some of the scribes were sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
Mar 2:7 “Why does this One talk like this? He is blaspheming! Who is able to forgive sins but Elohim alone?”
Mar 2:8 And immediately יהושע, knowing in His spirit that they were reasoning that way within themselves, said to them, “Why do you reason about all this in your hearts?
Mar 2:9 “Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise, take up your bed and walk’?
Mar 2:10 “But in order for you to know that the Son of Aḏam possesses authority on earth to forgive sins...” He said to the paralytic,
Mar 2:11 “I say to you, rise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”
Mar 2:12 And he rose straightaway, and took up the bed, and went out before all, so that all were amazed and praised Elohim, saying, “We have never seen the like of it!”
Mar 2:13 And He went out again by the sea, and all the crowd was coming to Him, and He taught them.
Mar 2:14 And passing by, He saw Lĕwi the son of Alphai sitting at the tax office, and said to him, “Follow Me.” And having risen he followed Him.
Mar 2:15 And it came to be, as He sat at the table at his house, that many tax collectors and sinners also sat with יהושע and His talmidim, for there were many, and they followed Him.
Mar 2:16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw Him eating with the tax collectors and sinners, they said to His talmidim, “Why does He eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”
Mar 2:17 And hearing this, יהושע said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need of a healer, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous to repentance, but sinners.”
Mar 2:18 And the talmidim of Yocḥanan and of the Pharisees were fasting. And they came and said to Him, “Why do the talmidim of Yocḥanan and of the Pharisees fast, but Your talmidim do not fast?”
Mar 2:19 And יהושע said to them, “Are the friends of the bridegroom able to fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them they are not able to fast.
Mar 2:20 “But the days shall come when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then they shall fast in those days.
Mar 2:21 “And no one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, otherwise the renewed piece pulls away from the old, and the tear is made worse.
Mar 2:22 “And no one puts new wine into old wineskins, otherwise the new wine bursts the wineskins, and the wine runs out, and the wineskins are ruined. But new wine is to be put into fresh wineskins.”
Mar 2:23 And it came to be that He went through the grainfields on the Shabbat. And as they went His talmidim began to pluck heads of grain,
Mar 2:24 and the Pharisees said to Him, “Look, why do they do what is not right on the Shabbat?”
Mar 2:25 And He said to them, “Have you never read what Dawiḏ did when he had need and was hungry, he and those with him?
Mar 2:26 “How he went into the House of Elohim, while Eḇyathar was Kohen Gadol, and ate the showbread, which is not right to eat, except for the kohanim, and he gave it also to those who were with him?”
Mar 2:27 And He said to them, “The Shabbat was made for man, and not man for the Shabbat.
Mar 2:28 “So the Son of Aḏam is also Master of the Shabbat.”

Mar 2:6 Now some of the scribes were sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
Mar 2:7 “Why does this One talk like this? He is blaspheming! Who is able to forgive sins but Elohim alone?”
Mar 2:8 And immediately יהושע, knowing in His spirit that they were reasoning that way within themselves, said to them, “Why do you reason about all this in your hearts?
Mar 2:9 “Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise, take up your bed and walk’?
Mar 2:10 “But in order for you to know that the Son of Aḏam possesses authority on earth to forgive sins...” He said to the paralytic,
Mar 2:11 “I say to you, rise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”
Mar 2:12 And he rose straightaway, and took up the bed, and went out before all, so that all were amazed and praised Elohim, saying, “We have never seen the like of it!”
Mar 2:13 And He went out again by the sea, and all the crowd was coming to Him, and He taught them.
Mar 2:14 And passing by, He saw Lĕwi the son of Alphai sitting at the tax office, and said to him, “Follow Me.” And having risen he followed Him.
Mar 2:15 And it came to be, as He sat at the table at his house, that many tax collectors and sinners also sat with יהושע and His talmidim, for there were many, and they followed Him.
Mar 2:16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw Him eating with the tax collectors and sinners, they said to His talmidim, “Why does He eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”
Mar 2:17 And hearing this, יהושע said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need of a healer, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous to repentance, but sinners.”
Mar 2:18 And the talmidim of Yocḥanan and of the Pharisees were fasting. And they came and said to Him, “Why do the talmidim of Yocḥanan and of the Pharisees fast, but Your talmidim do not fast?”
Mar 2:19 And יהושע said to them, “Are the friends of the bridegroom able to fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them they are not able to fast.
Mar 2:20 “But the days shall come when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then they shall fast in those days.
Mar 2:21 “And no one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, otherwise the renewed piece pulls away from the old, and the tear is made worse.
Mar 2:22 “And no one puts new wine into old wineskins, otherwise the new wine bursts the wineskins, and the wine runs out, and the wineskins are ruined. But new wine is to be put into fresh wineskins.”
Mar 2:23 And it came to be that He went through the grainfields on the Shabbat. And as they went His talmidim began to pluck heads of grain,
Mar 2:24 and the Pharisees said to Him, “Look, why do they do what is not right on the Shabbat?”
Mar 2:25 And He said to them, “Have you never read what Dawiḏ did when he had need and was hungry, he and those with him?
Mar 2:26 “How he went into the House of Elohim, while Eḇyathar was Kohen Gadol, and ate the showbread, which is not right to eat, except for the kohanim, and he gave it also to those who were with him?”
Mar 2:27 And He said to them, “The Shabbat was made for man, and not man for the Shabbat.
Mar 2:28 “So the Son of Aḏam is also Master of the Shabbat.”

Yes 27:6 Those who come He causes to take root in Yaʽakov, Yisra’ĕl shall blossom and bud. And they shall fill the face of the world with fruit.
Yes 27:7 Has He smitten him as He smote those who were smiting him? Or were they slain as those they had slaughtered?
Yes 27:8 In measure, by sending her away, You contended with her. He shall take away by His rough wind in the day of the east wind.
Yes 27:9 Therefore by this the crookedness of Yaʽakov is covered. And this is all the fruit of taking away his sin: when he makes all the stones of the altar like chalkstones that are beaten to dust – Ashĕrim and sun-pillars rise no more.
Yes 27:10 For the city of defence is lonely, a home forsaken and left like a wilderness – there the calf feeds, and there it lies down, and shall consume its branches.
Yes 27:11 When its twigs are dry, they are broken off, women come and set them on fire. For it is a people of no understanding, therefore He who made them has no compassion on them, and He who formed them shows them no favour.
Yes 27:12 And in that day it shall be that יהוה threshes, from the channel of the River to the wadi of Mitsrayim. And you shall be gathered one by one1, O children of Yisra’ĕl.

Yes 28:2 See, יהוה has one who is mighty and strong, like a downpour of hail and a destroying storm, like a flood of mighty waters overflowing, who casts down to the earth with the hand.
Yes 28:3 The proud crown of the drunkards of Ephrayim, is trampled under foot;
Yes 28:4 and the fading flower of its splendid comeliness that is on the head of the fertile valley, like the first fruit before the summer, which, when one sees it, he eats it up while it is still in his hand.
Yes 28:5 In that day יהוה Tseva'ot is for a crown of splendour and a turban of comeliness to the remnant of His people,
Yes 28:6 and a spirit of mishpat to him who sits in mishpat, and strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.
Yes 28:7 And these too have gone astray through wine, and through strong drink wandered about. Priest and prophet have gone astray through strong drink, they are swallowed up by wine, they wander about through strong drink, they go astray in vision, they stumble in mishpat.
Yes 28:8 For all tables shall be covered with vomit, no place without filth.
Yes 28:9 Whom would He teach knowledge? And whom would He make to understand the message? Those weaned from milk, those taken from the breasts!

Exo 2:23 ויהי בימים הרבים ההם וימת מלך מצרים ויאנחו בני־ישׂראל מן־העבדה ויזעקו ותעל שׁועתם אל־האלהים מן־העבדה׃
Exo 2:24 וישׁמע אלהים את־נאקתם ויזכר אלהים את־בריתו את־אברהם את־יצחק ואת־יעקב׃
Exo 2:25 וירא אלהים את־בני ישׂראל וידע אלהים׃
Exo 3:1 ומשׁה היה רעה את־צאן יתרו חתנו כהן מדין וינהג את־הצאן אחר המדבר ויבא אל־הר האלהים חרבה׃
Exo 3:2 וירא מלאך יהוה אליו בלבת־אשׁ מתוך הסנה וירא והנה הסנה בער באשׁ והסנה איננו אכל׃
Exo 3:3 ויאמר משׁה אסרה־נא ואראה את־המראה הגדל הזה מדוע לא־יבער הסנה׃
Exo 3:4 וירא יהוה כי סר לראות ויקרא אליו אלהים מתוך הסנה ויאמר משׁה משׁה ויאמר הנני׃
Exo 3:5 ויאמר אל־תקרב הלם שׁל־נעליך מעל רגליך כי המקום אשׁר אתה עומד עליו אדמת־קדשׁ הוא׃
Exo 3:6 ויאמר אנכי אלהי אביך אלהי אברהם אלהי יצחק ואלהי יעקב ויסתר משׁה פניו כי ירא מהביט אל־האלהים׃
Exo 3:7 ויאמר יהוה ראה ראיתי את־עני עמי אשׁר במצרים ואת־צעקתם שׁמעתי מפני נגשׂיו כי ידעתי את־מכאביו׃
Exo 3:8 וארד להצילו מיד מצרים ולהעלתו מן־הארץ ההוא אל־ארץ טובה ורחבה אל־ארץ זבת חלב ודבשׁ אל־מקום הכנעני והחתי והאמרי והפרזי והחוי והיבוסי׃
Exo 3:9 ועתה הנה צעקת בני־ישׂראל באה אלי וגם־ראיתי את־הלחץ אשׁר מצרים לחצים אתם׃
Exo 3:10 ועתה לכה ואשׁלחך אל־פרעה והוצא את־עמי בני־ישׂראל ממצרים׃
Exo 3:11 ויאמר משׁה אל־האלהים מי אנכי כי אלך אל־פרעה וכי אוציא את־בני ישׂראל ממצרים׃
Exo 3:12 ויאמר כי־אהיה עמך וזה־לך האות כי אנכי שׁלחתיך בהוציאך את־העם ממצרים תעבדון את־האלהים על ההר הזה׃
Exo 3:13 ויאמר משׁה אל־האלהים הנה אנכי בא אל־בני ישׂראל ואמרתי להם אלהי אבותיכם שׁלחני אליכם ואמרו־לי מה־שׁמו מה אמר אלהם׃
Exo 3:14 ויאמר אלהים אל־משׁה אהיה אשׁר אהיה ויאמר כה תאמר לבני ישׂראל אהיה שׁלחני אליכם׃
Exo 3:15 ויאמר עוד אלהים אל־משׁה כה־תאמר אל־בני ישׂראל יהוה אלהי אבתיכם אלהי אברהם אלהי יצחק ואלהי יעקב שׁלחני אליכם זה־שׁמי לעלם וזה זכרי לדר דר׃
Exo 3:16 לך ואספת את־זקני ישׂראל ואמרת אלהם יהוה אלהי אבתיכם נראה אלי אלהי אברהם יצחק ויעקב לאמר פקד פקדתי אתכם ואת־העשׂוי לכם במצרים׃
Exo 3:17 ואמר אעלה אתכם מעני מצרים אל־ארץ הכנעני והחתי והאמרי והפרזי והחוי והיבוסי אל־ארץ זבת חלב ודבשׁ׃
Exo 3:18 ושׁמעו לקלך ובאת אתה וזקני ישׂראל אל־מלך מצרים ואמרתם אליו יהוה אלהי העבריים נקרה עלינו ועתה נלכה־נא דרך שׁלשׁת ימים במדבר ונזבחה ליהוה אלהינו׃
Exo 3:19 ואני ידעתי כי לא־יתן אתכם מלך מצרים להלך ולא ביד חזקה׃
Exo 3:20 ושׁלחתי את־ידי והכיתי את־מצרים בכל נפלאתי אשׁר אעשׂה בקרבו ואחרי־כן ישׁלח אתכם׃
Exo 3:21 ונתתי את־חן העם־הזה בעיני מצרים והיה כי תלכון לא תלכו ריקם׃
Exo 3:22 ושׁאלה אשׁה משׁכנתה ומגרת ביתה כלי־כסף וכלי זהב ושׂמלת ושׂמתם על־בניכם ועל־בנתיכם ונצלתם את־מצרים׃
Exo 4:1 ויען משׁה ויאמר והן לא־יאמינו לי ולא ישׁמעו בקלי כי יאמרו לא־נראה אליך יהוה׃
Exo 4:2 ויאמר אליו יהוה מזה בידך ויאמר מטה׃
Exo 4:3 ויאמר השׁליכהו ארצה וישׁלכהו ארצה ויהי לנחשׁ וינס משׁה מפניו׃
Exo 4:4 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה שׁלח ידך ואחז בזנבו וישׁלח ידו ויחזק בו ויהי למטה בכפו׃
Exo 4:5 למען יאמינו כי־נראה אליך יהוה אלהי אבתם אלהי אברהם אלהי יצחק ואלהי יעקב׃
Exo 4:6 ויאמר יהוה לו עוד הבא־נא ידך בחיקך ויבא ידו בחיקו ויוצאה והנה ידו מצרעת כשׁלג׃
Exo 4:7 ויאמר השׁב ידך אל־חיקך וישׁב ידו אל־חיקו ויוצאה מחיקו והנה־שׁבה כבשׂרו׃
Exo 4:8 והיה אם־לא יאמינו לך ולא ישׁמעו לקל האת הראשׁון והאמינו לקל האת האחרון׃
Exo 4:9 והיה אם־לא יאמינו גם לשׁני האתות האלה ולא ישׁמעון לקלך ולקחת ממימי היאר ושׁפכת היבשׁה והיו המים אשׁר תקח מן־היאר והיו לדם ביבשׁת׃
Exo 4:10 ויאמר משׁה אל־יהוה בי אדני לא אישׁ דברים אנכי גם מתמול גם משׁלשׁם גם מאז דברך אל־עבדך כי כבד־פה וכבד לשׁון אנכי׃
Exo 4:11 ויאמר יהוה אליו מי שׂם פה לאדם או מי־ישׂום אלם או חרשׁ או פקח או עור הלא אנכי יהוה׃
Exo 4:12 ועתה לך ואנכי אהיה עם־פיך והוריתיך אשׁר תדבר׃
Exo 4:13 ויאמר בי אדני שׁלח־נא ביד־תשׁלח׃
Exo 4:14 ויחר־אף יהוה במשׁה ויאמר הלא אהרן אחיך הלוי ידעתי כי־דבר ידבר הוא וגם הנה־הוא יצא לקראתך וראך ושׂמח בלבו׃
Exo 4:15 ודברת אליו ושׂמת את־הדברים בפיו ואנכי אהיה עם־פיך ועם־פיהו והוריתי אתכם את אשׁר תעשׂון׃
Exo 4:16 ודבר־הוא לך אל־העם והיה הוא יהיה־לך לפה ואתה תהיה־לו לאלהים׃
Exo 4:17 ואת־המטה הזה תקח בידך אשׁר תעשׂה־בו את־האתת׃
Exo 4:18 וילך משׁה וישׁב אל־יתר חתנו ויאמר לו אלכה נא ואשׁובה אל־אחי אשׁר־במצרים ואראה העודם חיים ויאמר יתרו למשׁה לך לשׁלום׃
Exo 4:19 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה במדין לך שׁב מצרים כי־מתו כל־האנשׁים המבקשׁים את־נפשׁך׃
Exo 4:20 ויקח משׁה את־אשׁתו ואת־בניו וירכבם על־החמר וישׁב ארצה מצרים ויקח משׁה את־מטה האלהים בידו׃
Exo 4:21 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה בלכתך לשׁוב מצרימה ראה כל־המפתים אשׁר־שׂמתי בידך ועשׂיתם לפני פרעה ואני אחזק את־לבו ולא ישׁלח את־העם׃
Exo 4:22 ואמרת אל־פרעה כה אמר יהוה בני בכרי ישׂראל׃
Exo 4:23 ואמר אליך שׁלח את־בני ויעבדני ותמאן לשׁלחו הנה אנכי הרג את־בנך בכרך׃
Exo 4:24 ויהי בדרך במלון ויפגשׁהו יהוה ויבקשׁ המיתו׃
Exo 4:25 ותקח צפרה צר ותכרת את־ערלת בנה ותגע לרגליו ותאמר כי חתן־דמים אתה לי׃
Exo 4:26 וירף ממנו אז אמרה חתן דמים למולת׃
Exo 4:27 ויאמר יהוה אל־אהרן לך לקראת משׁה המדברה וילך ויפגשׁהו בהר האלהים וישׁק־לו׃
Exo 4:28 ויגד משׁה לאהרן את כל־דברי יהוה אשׁר שׁלחו ואת כל־האתת אשׁר צוהו׃
Exo 4:29 וילך משׁה ואהרן ויאספו את־כל־זקני בני ישׂראל׃
Exo 4:30 וידבר אהרן את כל־הדברים אשׁר־דבר יהוה אל־משׁה ויעשׂ האתת לעיני העם׃
Exo 4:31 ויאמן העם וישׁמעו כי־פקד יהוה את־בני ישׂראל וכי ראה את־ענים ויקדו וישׁתחוו׃
Exo 5:1 ואחר באו משׁה ואהרן ויאמרו אל־פרעה כה־אמר יהוה אלהי ישׂראל שׁלח את־עמי ויחגו לי במדבר׃
Exo 5:2 ויאמר פרעה מי יהוה אשׁר אשׁמע בקלו לשׁלח את־ישׂראל לא ידעתי את־יהוה וגם את־ישׂראל לא אשׁלח׃
Exo 5:3 ויאמרו אלהי העברים נקרא עלינו נלכה נא דרך שׁלשׁת ימים במדבר ונזבחה ליהוה אלהינו פן־יפגענו בדבר או בחרב׃
Exo 5:4 ויאמר אלהם מלך מצרים למה משׁה ואהרן תפריעו את־העם ממעשׂיו לכו לסבלתיכם׃
Exo 5:5 ויאמר פרעה הן־רבים עתה עם הארץ והשׁבתם אתם מסבלתם׃
Exo 5:6 ויצו פרעה ביום ההוא את־הנגשׂים בעם ואת־שׁטריו לאמר׃
Exo 5:7 לא תאספון לתת תבן לעם ללבן הלבנים כתמול שׁלשׁם הם ילכו וקשׁשׁו להם תבן׃
Exo 5:8 ואת־מתכנת הלבנים אשׁר הם עשׂים תמול שׁלשׁם תשׂימו עליהם לא תגרעו ממנו כי־נרפים הם על־כן הם צעקים לאמר נלכה נזבחה לאלהינו׃
Exo 5:9 תכבד העבדה על־האנשׁים ויעשׂו־בה ואל־ישׁעו בדברי־שׁקר׃
Exo 5:10 ויצאו נגשׂי העם ושׁטריו ויאמרו אל־העם לאמר כה אמר פרעה אינני נתן לכם תבן׃
Exo 5:11 אתם לכו קחו לכם תבן מאשׁר תמצאו כי אין נגרע מעבדתכם דבר׃
Exo 5:12 ויפץ העם בכל־ארץ מצרים לקשׁשׁ קשׁ לתבן׃
Exo 5:13 והנגשׂים אצים לאמר כלו מעשׂיכם דבר־יום ביומו כאשׁר בהיות התבן׃
Exo 5:14 ויכו שׁטרי בני ישׂראל אשׁר־שׂמו עלהם נגשׂי פרעה לאמר מדוע לא כליתם חקכם ללבן כתמול שׁלשׁם גם־תמול גם־היום׃
Exo 5:15 ויבאו שׁטרי בני ישׂראל ויצעקו אל־פרעה לאמר למה תעשׂה כה לעבדיך׃
Exo 5:16 תבן אין נתן לעבדיך ולבנים אמרים לנו עשׂו והנה עבדיך מכים וחטאת עמך׃
Exo 5:17 ויאמר נרפים אתם נרפים על־כן אתם אמרים נלכה נזבחה ליהוה׃
Exo 5:18 ועתה לכו עבדו ותבן לא־ינתן לכם ותכן לבנים תתנו׃
Exo 5:19 ויראו שׁטרי בני־ישׂראל אתם ברע לאמר לא־תגרעו מלבניכם דבר־יום ביומו׃
Exo 5:20 ויפגעו את־משׁה ואת־אהרן נצבים לקראתם בצאתם מאת פרעה׃
Exo 5:21 ויאמרו אלהם ירא יהוה עליכם וישׁפט אשׁר הבאשׁתם את־ריחנו בעיני פרעה ובעיני עבדיו לתת־חרב בידם להרגנו׃
Exo 5:22 וישׁב משׁה אל־יהוה ויאמר אדני למה הרעתה לעם הזה למה זה שׁלחתני׃
Exo 5:23 ומאז באתי אל־פרעה לדבר בשׁמך הרע לעם הזה והצל לא־הצלת את־עמך׃
Exo 6:1 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה עתה תראה אשׁר אעשׂה לפרעה כי ביד חזקה ישׁלחם וביד חזקה יגרשׁם מארצו׃
Exo 1:1 ואלה שׁמות בני ישׂראל הבאים מצרימה את יעקב אישׁ וביתו באו׃
Exo 1:2 ראובן שׁמעון לוי ויהודה׃
Exo 1:3 ישׂשכר זבולן ובנימן׃
Exo 1:4 דן ונפתלי גד ואשׁר׃
Exo 1:5 ויהי כל־נפשׁ יצאי ירך־יעקב שׁבעים נפשׁ ויוסף היה במצרים׃
Exo 1:6 וימת יוסף וכל־אחיו וכל הדור ההוא׃
Exo 1:7 ובני ישׂראל פרו וישׁרצו וירבו ויעצמו במאד מאד ותמלא הארץ אתם׃
Exo 1:8 ויקם מלך־חדשׁ על־מצרים אשׁר לא־ידע את־יוסף׃
Exo 1:9 ויאמר אל־עמו הנה עם בני ישׂראל רב ועצום ממנו׃
Exo 1:10 הבה נתחכמה לו פן־ירבה והיה כי־תקראנה מלחמה ונוסף גם־הוא על־שׂנאינו ונלחם־בנו ועלה מן־הארץ׃
Exo 1:11 וישׂימו עליו שׂרי מסים למען ענתו בסבלתם ויבן ערי מסכנות לפרעה את־פתם ואת־רעמסס׃
Exo 1:12 וכאשׁר יענו אתו כן ירבה וכן יפרץ ויקצו מפני בני ישׂראל׃
Exo 1:13 ויעבדו מצרים את־בני ישׂראל בפרך׃
Exo 1:14 וימררו את־חייהם בעבדה קשׁה בחמר ובלבנים ובכל־עבדה בשׂדה את כל־עבדתם אשׁר־עבדו בהם בפרך׃
Exo 1:15 ויאמר מלך מצרים למילדת העברית אשׁר שׁם האחת שׁפרה ושׁם השׁנית פועה׃
Exo 1:16 ויאמר בילדכן את־העבריות וראיתן על־האבנים אם־בן הוא והמתן אתו ואם־בת הוא וחיה׃
Exo 1:17 ותיראן המילדת את־האלהים ולא עשׂו כאשׁר דבר אליהן מלך מצרים ותחיין את־הילדים׃
Exo 1:18 ויקרא מלך־מצרים למילדת ויאמר להן מדוע עשׂיתן הדבר הזה ותחיין את־הילדים׃
Exo 1:19 ותאמרן המילדת אל־פרעה כי לא כנשׁים המצרית העברית כי־חיות הנה בטרם תבוא אלהן המילדת וילדו׃
Exo 1:20 וייטב אלהים למילדת וירב העם ויעצמו מאד׃
Exo 1:21 ויהי כי־יראו המילדת את־האלהים ויעשׂ להם בתים׃
Exo 1:22 ויצו פרעה לכל־עמו לאמר כל־הבן הילוד היארה תשׁליכהו וכל־הבת תחיון׃
Exo 2:1 וילך אישׁ מבית לוי ויקח את־בת־לוי׃
Exo 2:2 ותהר האשׁה ותלד בן ותרא אתו כי־טוב הוא ותצפנהו שׁלשׁה ירחים׃
Exo 2:3 ולא־יכלה עוד הצפינו ותקח־לו תבת גמא ותחמרה בחמר ובזפת ותשׂם בה את־הילד ותשׂם בסוף על־שׂפת היאר׃
Exo 2:4 ותתצב אחתו מרחק לדעה מה־יעשׂה לו׃
Exo 2:5 ותרד בת־פרעה לרחץ על־היאר ונערתיה הלכת על־יד היאר ותרא את־התבה בתוך הסוף ותשׁלח את־אמתה ותקחה׃
Exo 2:6 ותפתח ותראהו את־הילד והנה־נער בכה ותחמל עליו ותאמר מילדי העברים זה׃
Exo 2:7 ותאמר אחתו אל־בת־פרעה האלך וקראתי לך אשׁה מינקת מן העברית ותינק לך את־הילד׃
Exo 2:8 ותאמר־לה בת־פרעה לכי ותלך העלמה ותקרא את־אם הילד׃
Exo 2:9 ותאמר לה בת־פרעה היליכי את־הילד הזה והינקהו לי ואני אתן את־שׂכרך ותקח האשׁה הילד ותניקהו׃
Exo 2:10 ויגדל הילד ותבאהו לבת־פרעה ויהי־לה לבן ותקרא שׁמו משׁה ותאמר כי מן־המים משׁיתהו׃
Exo 2:11 ויהי בימים ההם ויגדל משׁה ויצא אל־אחיו וירא בסבלתם וירא אישׁ מצרי מכה אישׁ־עברי מאחיו׃
Exo 2:12 ויפן כה וכה וירא כי אין אישׁ ויך את־המצרי ויטמנהו בחול׃
Exo 2:13 ויצא ביום השׁני והנה שׁני־אנשׁים עברים נצים ויאמר לרשׁע למה תכה רעך׃
Exo 2:14 ויאמר מי שׂמך לאישׁ שׂר ושׁפט עלינו הלהרגני אתה אמר כאשׁר הרגת את־המצרי ויירא משׁה ויאמר אכן נודע הדבר׃
Exo 2:15 וישׁמע פרעה את־הדבר הזה ויבקשׁ להרג את־משׁה ויברח משׁה מפני פרעה וישׁב בארץ־מדין וישׁב על־הבאר׃
Exo 2:16 ולכהן מדין שׁבע בנות ותבאנה ותדלנה ותמלאנה את־הרהטים להשׁקות צאן אביהן׃
Exo 2:17 ויבאו הרעים ויגרשׁום ויקם משׁה ויושׁען וישׁק את־צאנם׃
Exo 2:18 ותבאנה אל־רעואל אביהן ויאמר מדוע מהרתן בא היום׃
Exo 2:19 ותאמרן אישׁ מצרי הצילנו מיד הרעים וגם־דלה דלה לנו וישׁק את־הצאן׃
Exo 2:20 ויאמר אל־בנתיו ואיו למה זה עזבתן את־האישׁ קראן לו ויאכל לחם׃
Exo 2:21 ויואל משׁה לשׁבת את־האישׁ ויתן את־צפרה בתו למשׁה׃
Exo 2:22 ותלד בן ויקרא את־שׁמו גרשׁם כי אמר גר הייתי בארץ נכריה׃

Exo 4:1 ויען משׁה ויאמר והן לא־יאמינו לי ולא ישׁמעו בקלי כי יאמרו לא־נראה אליך יהוה׃
Exo 4:2 ויאמר אליו יהוה מזה בידך ויאמר מטה׃
Exo 4:3 ויאמר השׁליכהו ארצה וישׁלכהו ארצה ויהי לנחשׁ וינס משׁה מפניו׃
Exo 4:4 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה שׁלח ידך ואחז בזנבו וישׁלח ידו ויחזק בו ויהי למטה בכפו׃
Exo 4:5 למען יאמינו כי־נראה אליך יהוה אלהי אבתם אלהי אברהם אלהי יצחק ואלהי יעקב׃
Exo 4:6 ויאמר יהוה לו עוד הבא־נא ידך בחיקך ויבא ידו בחיקו ויוצאה והנה ידו מצרעת כשׁלג׃
Exo 4:7 ויאמר השׁב ידך אל־חיקך וישׁב ידו אל־חיקו ויוצאה מחיקו והנה־שׁבה כבשׂרו׃
Exo 4:8 והיה אם־לא יאמינו לך ולא ישׁמעו לקל האת הראשׁון והאמינו לקל האת האחרון׃
Exo 4:9 והיה אם־לא יאמינו גם לשׁני האתות האלה ולא ישׁמעון לקלך ולקחת ממימי היאר ושׁפכת היבשׁה והיו המים אשׁר תקח מן־היאר והיו לדם ביבשׁת׃
Exo 4:10 ויאמר משׁה אל־יהוה בי אדני לא אישׁ דברים אנכי גם מתמול גם משׁלשׁם גם מאז דברך אל־עבדך כי כבד־פה וכבד לשׁון אנכי׃
Exo 4:11 ויאמר יהוה אליו מי שׂם פה לאדם או מי־ישׂום אלם או חרשׁ או פקח או עור הלא אנכי יהוה׃
Exo 4:12 ועתה לך ואנכי אהיה עם־פיך והוריתיך אשׁר תדבר׃
Exo 4:13 ויאמר בי אדני שׁלח־נא ביד־תשׁלח׃
Exo 4:14 ויחר־אף יהוה במשׁה ויאמר הלא אהרן אחיך הלוי ידעתי כי־דבר ידבר הוא וגם הנה־הוא יצא לקראתך וראך ושׂמח בלבו׃
Exo 4:15 ודברת אליו ושׂמת את־הדברים בפיו ואנכי אהיה עם־פיך ועם־פיהו והוריתי אתכם את אשׁר תעשׂון׃
Exo 4:16 ודבר־הוא לך אל־העם והיה הוא יהיה־לך לפה ואתה תהיה־לו לאלהים׃
Exo 4:17 ואת־המטה הזה תקח בידך אשׁר תעשׂה־בו את־האתת׃
Exo 4:18 וילך משׁה וישׁב אל־יתר חתנו ויאמר לו אלכה נא ואשׁובה אל־אחי אשׁר־במצרים ואראה העודם חיים ויאמר יתרו למשׁה לך לשׁלום׃
Exo 4:19 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה במדין לך שׁב מצרים כי־מתו כל־האנשׁים המבקשׁים את־נפשׁך׃
Exo 4:20 ויקח משׁה את־אשׁתו ואת־בניו וירכבם על־החמר וישׁב ארצה מצרים ויקח משׁה את־מטה האלהים בידו׃
Exo 4:21 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה בלכתך לשׁוב מצרימה ראה כל־המפתים אשׁר־שׂמתי בידך ועשׂיתם לפני פרעה ואני אחזק את־לבו ולא ישׁלח את־העם׃
Exo 4:22 ואמרת אל־פרעה כה אמר יהוה בני בכרי ישׂראל׃
Exo 4:23 ואמר אליך שׁלח את־בני ויעבדני ותמאן לשׁלחו הנה אנכי הרג את־בנך בכרך׃
Exo 4:24 ויהי בדרך במלון ויפגשׁהו יהוה ויבקשׁ המיתו׃
Exo 4:25 ותקח צפרה צר ותכרת את־ערלת בנה ותגע לרגליו ותאמר כי חתן־דמים אתה לי׃
Exo 4:26 וירף ממנו אז אמרה חתן דמים למולת׃
Exo 4:27 ויאמר יהוה אל־אהרן לך לקראת משׁה המדברה וילך ויפגשׁהו בהר האלהים וישׁק־לו׃
Exo 4:28 ויגד משׁה לאהרן את כל־דברי יהוה אשׁר שׁלחו ואת כל־האתת אשׁר צוהו׃
Exo 4:29 וילך משׁה ואהרן ויאספו את־כל־זקני בני ישׂראל׃
Exo 4:30 וידבר אהרן את כל־הדברים אשׁר־דבר יהוה אל־משׁה ויעשׂ האתת לעיני העם׃
Exo 4:31 ויאמן העם וישׁמעו כי־פקד יהוה את־בני ישׂראל וכי ראה את־ענים ויקדו וישׁתחוו׃
Exo 5:1 ואחר באו משׁה ואהרן ויאמרו אל־פרעה כה־אמר יהוה אלהי ישׂראל שׁלח את־עמי ויחגו לי במדבר׃
Exo 5:2 ויאמר פרעה מי יהוה אשׁר אשׁמע בקלו לשׁלח את־ישׂראל לא ידעתי את־יהוה וגם את־ישׂראל לא אשׁלח׃
Exo 5:3 ויאמרו אלהי העברים נקרא עלינו נלכה נא דרך שׁלשׁת ימים במדבר ונזבחה ליהוה אלהינו פן־יפגענו בדבר או בחרב׃
Exo 5:4 ויאמר אלהם מלך מצרים למה משׁה ואהרן תפריעו את־העם ממעשׂיו לכו לסבלתיכם׃
Exo 5:5 ויאמר פרעה הן־רבים עתה עם הארץ והשׁבתם אתם מסבלתם׃
Exo 5:6 ויצו פרעה ביום ההוא את־הנגשׂים בעם ואת־שׁטריו לאמר׃
Exo 5:7 לא תאספון לתת תבן לעם ללבן הלבנים כתמול שׁלשׁם הם ילכו וקשׁשׁו להם תבן׃
Exo 5:8 ואת־מתכנת הלבנים אשׁר הם עשׂים תמול שׁלשׁם תשׂימו עליהם לא תגרעו ממנו כי־נרפים הם על־כן הם צעקים לאמר נלכה נזבחה לאלהינו׃
Exo 5:9 תכבד העבדה על־האנשׁים ויעשׂו־בה ואל־ישׁעו בדברי־שׁקר׃
Exo 5:10 ויצאו נגשׂי העם ושׁטריו ויאמרו אל־העם לאמר כה אמר פרעה אינני נתן לכם תבן׃
Exo 5:11 אתם לכו קחו לכם תבן מאשׁר תמצאו כי אין נגרע מעבדתכם דבר׃
Exo 5:12 ויפץ העם בכל־ארץ מצרים לקשׁשׁ קשׁ לתבן׃
Exo 5:13 והנגשׂים אצים לאמר כלו מעשׂיכם דבר־יום ביומו כאשׁר בהיות התבן׃
Exo 5:14 ויכו שׁטרי בני ישׂראל אשׁר־שׂמו עלהם נגשׂי פרעה לאמר מדוע לא כליתם חקכם ללבן כתמול שׁלשׁם גם־תמול גם־היום׃
Exo 5:15 ויבאו שׁטרי בני ישׂראל ויצעקו אל־פרעה לאמר למה תעשׂה כה לעבדיך׃
Exo 5:16 תבן אין נתן לעבדיך ולבנים אמרים לנו עשׂו והנה עבדיך מכים וחטאת עמך׃
Exo 5:17 ויאמר נרפים אתם נרפים על־כן אתם אמרים נלכה נזבחה ליהוה׃
Exo 5:18 ועתה לכו עבדו ותבן לא־ינתן לכם ותכן לבנים תתנו׃
Exo 5:19 ויראו שׁטרי בני־ישׂראל אתם ברע לאמר לא־תגרעו מלבניכם דבר־יום ביומו׃
Exo 5:20 ויפגעו את־משׁה ואת־אהרן נצבים לקראתם בצאתם מאת פרעה׃
Exo 5:21 ויאמרו אלהם ירא יהוה עליכם וישׁפט אשׁר הבאשׁתם את־ריחנו בעיני פרעה ובעיני עבדיו לתת־חרב בידם להרגנו׃
Exo 5:22 וישׁב משׁה אל־יהוה ויאמר אדני למה הרעתה לעם הזה למה זה שׁלחתני׃
Exo 5:23 ומאז באתי אל־פרעה לדבר בשׁמך הרע לעם הזה והצל לא־הצלת את־עמך׃
Exo 6:1 ויאמר יהוה אל־משׁה עתה תראה אשׁר אעשׂה לפרעה כי ביד חזקה ישׁלחם וביד חזקה יגרשׁם מארצו׃

Shemot 1:1 - 6:1
Shemot 1:1 And these are the names of the children of Yisra’ĕl who came to Mitsrayim with Yaʽakov, each one with his household:
Shemot 1:2 Re’uḇĕn, Shimʽon, Lĕwi, and Yehuḏah;
Shemot 1:3 Yissasḵar, Zeḇulun, and Binyamin;
Shemot 1:4 Dan and Naphtali, Gaḏ and Ashĕr.
Shemot 1:5 And all those who were descendants of Yaʽakov were seventy beings, as Yosĕph was already in Mitsrayim.
Shemot 1:6 And Yosĕph died, and all his brothers, and all that generation.
Shemot 1:7 And the children of Yisra’ĕl bore fruit and increased very much, multiplied and became very strong, and the land was filled with them.
Shemot 1:8 Then a new sovereign arose over Mitsrayim, who did not know Yosĕph,
Shemot 1:9 and he said to his people, “See, the people of the children of Yisra’ĕl are more and stronger than we,
Shemot 1:10 come, let us act wisely towards them, lest they increase, and it shall be when fighting befalls us, that they shall join our enemies and fight against us, and shall go up out of the land.”
Shemot 1:11 So they set slave-masters over them to afflict them with their burdens, and they built for Pharaoh supply cities, Pithom and Raʽamses.
Shemot 1:12 But the more they afflicted them, the more they increased and grew, and they were in dread of the children of Yisra’ĕl.
Shemot 1:13 And the Mitsrites made the children of Yisra’ĕl serve with harshness,
Shemot 1:14 and they made their lives bitter with hard bondage, in mortar, and in brick, and in all kinds of work in the field, all their work which they made them do was with harshness.
Shemot 1:15 Then the sovereign of Mitsrayim spoke to the Heḇrew midwives, of whom the name of one was Shiphrah and the name of the other Puʽah,
Shemot 1:16 and he said, “When you deliver the Heḇrew women, and see them on the birthstools, if it is a son, then you shall put him to death, but if it is a daughter, then she shall live.”
Shemot 1:17 But the midwives feared Elohim, and did not do as the sovereign of Mitsrayim commanded them, and kept the male children alive.
Shemot 1:18 So the sovereign of Mitsrayim called for the midwives and said to them, “Why have you done this, and kept the male children alive?”
Shemot 1:19 And the midwives said to Pharaoh, “Because the Heḇrew women are not like the Mitsrite women. For they are lively and give birth before the midwives come to them.”
Shemot 1:20 So Elohim was good to the midwives, and the people increased and became very numerous.
Shemot 1:21 And it came to be, because the midwives feared Elohim, that He provided households for them.
Shemot 1:22 And Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, “Throw every son who is born into the river, and keep alive every daughter.”
Shemot 2:1 And a man of the house of Lĕwi went and married a daughter of Lĕwi.
Shemot 2:2 And the woman conceived and bore a son. And she saw that he was a lovely child, and she hid him three months.
Shemot 2:3 And when she could hide him no longer, she took an ark of wicker for him, and coated it with tar and pitch, and put the child in it, and laid it in the reeds by the edge of the river.
Shemot 2:4 And his sister stood at a distance, to know what would be done to him.
Shemot 2:5 And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river, and her young women were walking by the river-side. And when she saw the ark among the reeds, she sent her female slave to get it,
Shemot 2:6 and opened it and saw the child, and see, the baby wept. So she had compassion on him, and said, “This is one of the children of the Heḇrews.”
Shemot 2:7 And his sister said to Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and call a nurse for you from the Heḇrew women to nurse the child for you?”
Shemot 2:8 And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Go.” And the girl went and called the child’s mother.
Shemot 2:9 And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this child away and nurse him for me, then I shall pay your wages.” So the woman took the child and nursed him.
Shemot 2:10 And the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Mosheh, saying, “Because I have drawn him out of the water.”
Shemot 2:11 And in those days it came to be, when Mosheh was grown, that he went out to his brothers and looked at their burdens. And he saw a Mitsrite beating a Heḇrew, one of his brothers.
Shemot 2:12 So he turned this way and that way, and when he saw no one, he smote the Mitsrite and hid him in the sand.
Shemot 2:13 And he went out the second day and saw two Heḇrew men fighting, and he said to the one who did the wrong, “Why do you smite your neighbour?”
Shemot 2:14 And he said, “Who made you a head and a judge over us? Do you intend to slay me as you slew the Mitsrite?” And Mosheh feared and said, “Truly, the matter is known!”
Shemot 2:15 And Pharaoh heard of this matter, and he sought to kill Mosheh. But Mosheh fled from the face of Pharaoh and dwelt in the land of Miḏyan. And he sat down by a well.
Shemot 2:16 And the priest of Miḏyan had seven daughters. And they came and drew water, and they filled the troughs to water their father’s flock,
Shemot 2:17 but the shepherds came and drove them away. Then Mosheh stood up and came to their rescue, and watered their flock.
Shemot 2:18 And they came to Reʽuw’ĕl their father, and he said, “How is it that you have come so soon today?”
Shemot 2:19 And they said, “A Mitsrite rescued us from the hand of the shepherds, and he also drew enough water for us and watered the flock.”
Shemot 2:20 And he said to his daughters, “And where is he? Why did you leave the man? Call him and let him eat bread.”
Shemot 2:21 And Mosheh agreed to dwell with the man, and he gave Tsipporah his daughter to Mosheh.
Shemot 2:22 And she bore him a son, and he called his name Gĕreshom, for he said, “I have become a sojourner in a foreign land.”
Shemot 2:23 And it came to be after these many days that the sovereign of Mitsrayim died. And the children of Yisra’ĕl groaned because of the slavery, and they cried out. And their cry came up to Elohim because of the slavery.
Shemot 2:24 And Elohim heard their groaning, and Elohim remembered His covenant with Av̱raham, with Yitzchak, and with Yaʽakov̱.
Shemot 2:25 And Elohim looked on the children of Yisra’ĕl, and Elohim knew!
Shemot 3:1 And Mosheh was shepherding the flock of Yithro his father-in-law, the priest of Miḏyan. And he led the flock to the back of the wilderness, and came to Ḥorĕḇ, the mountain of Elohim.
Shemot 3:2 And the Messenger of יהוה appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. And he looked and saw the bush burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed.
Shemot 3:3 And Mosheh said, “Let me turn aside now, and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.”
Shemot 3:4 And יהוה saw that he turned aside to see, and Elohim called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Mosheh! Mosheh!” And he said, “Here I am.”
Shemot 3:5 And He said, “Do not come near here. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place on which you are standing is kadosh ground.”
Shemot 3:6 And He said, “I am the Elohim of your father, the Elohim of Av̱raham, the Elohim of Yitzchak, and the Elohim of Yaʽakov.” And Mosheh hid his face, for he was afraid to look at Elohim.
Shemot 3:7 And יהוה said, “I have indeed seen the oppression of My people who are in Mitsrayim, and have heard their cry because of their slave-drivers, for I know their sorrows.
Shemot 3:8 “And I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Mitsrites, and to bring them up from that land to a good and spacious land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Kenaʽanites and the Ḥittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Ḥiwwites and the Yeḇusites.
Shemot 3:9 “And now, see, the cry of the children of Yisra’ĕl has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Mitsrites oppress them.
Shemot 3:10 “And now, come, I am sending you to Pharaoh, to bring My people, the children of Yisra’ĕl, out of Mitsrayim.”
Shemot 3:11 And Mosheh said to Elohim, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Yisra’ĕl out of Mitsrayim?”
Shemot 3:12 And He said, “Because I am with you. And this is to you the sign that I have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Mitsrayim, you are to serve Elohim on this mountain.”
Shemot 3:13 And Mosheh said to Elohim, “See, when I come to the children of Yisra’ĕl and say to them, ‘The Elohim of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His Name?’ what shall I say to them?”
Shemot 3:14 And Elohim said to Mosheh, “I am that which I am.”1 And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Yisra’ĕl, ‘I am has sent me to you.’ ”
Footnote: 1The Heḇrew text reads: ’eyeh ’asher ’eyeh, the word ’eyeh being derived from hayah which means to be, to exist, but the Aramaic text here in v. 14 reads: ayah ashar ayah. This is not His Name, but it is an explanation that leads up to the revelation of His Name in v. 15, namely: יהוה.
Shemot 3:15 And Elohim said further to Mosheh, “Thus you are to say to the children of Yisra’ĕl, ‘יהוה Elohim of your fathers, the Elohim of Av̱raham, the Elohim of Yitzchak, and the Elohim of Yaʽakov̱, has sent me to you. This is My Name forever, and this is My remembrance to all generations.’
Shemot 3:16 “Go, and you shall gather the elders of Yisra’ĕl together, and say to them, ‘יהוה Elohim of your fathers, the Elohim of Abvraham, of Yitzchak, and of Yaʽakov, appeared to me, saying, “I have indeed visited you and seen what is done to you in Mitsrayim;
Shemot 3:17 and I say: I am bringing you up out of the affliction of Mitsrayim to the land of the Kenaʽanite and the Ḥittite and the Amorite and the Perizzite and the Ḥiwwite and the Yeḇusite, to a land flowing with milk and honey.” ’
Shemot 3:18 “And they shall listen to your voice. And you shall come, you and the elders of Yisra’ĕl, to the sovereign of Mitsrayim, and you shall say to him, ‘יהוה Elohim of the Heḇrews has met with us. And now, please, let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness to slaughter to יהוה our Elohim.’
Shemot 3:19 “But I know that the sovereign of Mitsrayim is not going to let you go, not even by a strong hand.
Shemot 3:20 “And I shall stretch out My hand and smite Mitsrayim with all My wonders which I shall do in its midst. And after that he shall let you go.
Shemot 3:21 “And I shall give this people favour in the eyes of the Mitsrites. And it shall be, that when you go, you shall not go empty-handed.
Shemot 3:22 “But every woman shall ask from her neighbour and from the stranger in her house, objects of silver, and objects of gold, and garments. And you shall put them on your sons and on your daughters, and shall plunder the Mitsrites.”
Shemot 4:1 And Mosheh answered and said, “And if they do not believe me, nor listen to my voice, and say, ‘יהוה has not appeared to you?’ ”
Shemot 4:2 And יהוה said to him, “What is that in your hand?” And he said, “A rod.”
Exo 4:3 And He said, “Throw it on the ground.” So he threw it on the ground, and it became a serpent. And Mosheh fled from it.
Shemot 4:4 And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Reach out your hand and take it by the tail” – so he reached out his hand and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand –
Shemot 4:5 so that they believe that יהוה Elohim of their fathers, the Elohim of Av̱raham, the Elohim of Yitzchak, and the Elohim of Yaʽakov̱, has appeared to you.”
Shemot 4:6 And יהוה said to him again, “Now put your hand in your bosom.” And he put his hand in his bosom, and when he took it out, and see, his hand was leprous, like snow.
Shemot 4:7 And He said, “Put your hand in your bosom again.” So he put his hand in his bosom again, and drew it out of his bosom, and see, it was restored like his other flesh.
Shemot 4:8 “And it shall be, if they do not believe you, nor listen to the voice of the first sign, they shall believe the voice of the latter sign.
Shemot 4:9 “And it shall be, if they do not believe even these two signs, or listen to your voice, that you shall take water from the river and pour it on the dry land. And the water which you take from the river shall become blood on the dry land.”
Shemot 4:10 And Mosheh said to יהוה, “O יהוה, I am not a man of words, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant, for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”
Shemot 4:11 And יהוה said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, יהוה?
Shemot 4:12 “And now, go, and I shall be with your mouth and teach you what to say.”
Shemot 4:13 But he said, “O יהוה, please send by the hand of him whom You would send.”
Shemot 4:14 And the displeasure of יהוה burned against Mosheh, and He said, “Is not Aharon the Lĕwite your brother? I know that he speaks well. And see, he is also coming out to meet you. And when he sees you, he shall be glad in his heart.
Shemot 4:15 “And you shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth. And I am with your mouth and with his mouth, and I shall teach you what to do.
Shemot 4:16 “And he shall speak for you to the people. And it shall be that he shall be a mouth for you, and you shall be an elohim1 for him.
Footnote: 1Or mighty one, which is proof that elohim is but a title, indicating order or authority – it is not a proper name.
Shemot 4:17 “And take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs.”
Shemot 4:18 Then Mosheh went and returned to Yithro his father-in-law, and said to him, “Please let me go and return to my brothers who are in Mitsrayim to see whether they are still alive.” And Yithro said to Mosheh, “Go in peace.”
Shemot 4:19 And יהוה said to Mosheh in Miḏyan, “Go, return to Mitsrayim, for all the men are dead who sought your life.”
Shemot 4:20 So Mosheh took his wife and his sons and set them on a donkey, and he returned to the land of Mitsrayim. And Mosheh took the rod of Elohim in his hand.
Shemot 4:21 And יהוה said to Mosheh, “As you go back to Mitsrayim, see that you do all those wonders before Pharaoh which I have put in your hand. But I am going to harden his heart, so that he does not let the people go.
Shemot 4:22 “And you shall say to Pharaoh, ‘Thus said יהוה, “Yisra’ĕl is My son, My first-born,
Shemot 4:23 so I say to you, let My son go to serve Me. But if you refuse to let him go, see, I am killing your son, your first-born.” ’ ”
Shemot 4:24 And it came to be on the way, in the lodging place, that יהוה met him and sought to kill him.
Shemot 4:25 And Tsipporah took a sharp stone and cut off the foreskin of her son and threw it at Mosheh’s feet, and said, “You are indeed a bridegroom of blood to me!”
Shemot 4:26 So He let him go. Then she said, “You are a bridegroom of blood,” because of the circumcision.
Shemot 4:27 And יהוה said to Aharon, “Go to meet Mosheh in the wilderness.” And he went and met him on the mountain of Elohim, and kissed him.
Shemot 4:28 Mosheh then told Aharon all the words of יהוה who had sent him, and all the signs which He had commanded him.
Shemot 4:29 And Mosheh went with Aharon and gathered together all the elders of the children of Yisra’ĕl.
Shemot 4:30 And Aharon spoke all the words which יהוה had spoken to Mosheh. Then he did the signs before the eyes of the people.
Shemot 4:31 And the people believed. And they heard that יהוה had visited the children of Yisra’ĕl and that He had looked on their affliction, and they bowed their heads and did obeisance.
Shemot 5:1 And afterwards Mosheh and Aharon went in and said to Pharaoh, “Thus said יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, ‘Let My people go, so that they keep a Chag to Me in the wilderness.’ ” (B'midbar)
Shemot 5:2 And Pharaoh said, “Who is יהוה, that I should obey His voice to let Yisra’ĕl go? I do not know יהוה, nor am I going to let Yisra’ĕl go.”
Shemot 5:3 And they said, “The Elohim of the Heḇrews has met with us. Please, let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness and slaughter to יהוה our Elohim, lest He fall upon us with pestilence or with the sword.”
Shemot 5:4 But the sovereign of Mitsrayim said to them, “Mosheh and Aharon, why do you take the people from their work? Get back to your burdens.”
Shemot 5:5 And Pharaoh said, “See, the people of the land are many now, and you make them cease from their burdens!”
Shemot 5:6 And the same day Pharaoh commanded the slave-drivers of the people and their foremen, saying,
Shemot 5:7 “You are no longer to give the people straw to make bricks as before. Let them go and gather straw for themselves.
Shemot 5:8 “And lay on them the required amount of bricks which they made before, do not diminish it. For they are idle, that is why they cry out, saying, ‘Let us go and slaughter to our Elohim.’
Shemot 5:9 “Let more work be laid on the men, so that they labour in it, and not pay attention to words of falsehood.”
Shemot 5:10 And the slave-drivers of the people and their foremen went out and spoke to the people, saying, “Thus said Pharaoh, ‘I do not give you straw.
Shemot 5:11 ‘Go, take straw for yourselves, wherever you find it, for your work shall not be diminished.’ ”
Shemot 5:12 And the people were scattered in all the land of Mitsrayim – to gather stubble for straw.
Shemot 5:13 And the slave-drivers were hurrying them on, saying, “Complete your work, your daily amount, as when there was straw.”
Shemot 5:14 Also the foremen of the children of Yisra’ĕl, whom Pharaoh’s slave-drivers had set over them, were beaten and were asked, “Why have you not completed your task in making bricks both yesterday and today, as before?”
Shemot 5:15 And the foremen of the children of Yisra’ĕl came and cried out to Pharaoh, saying, “Why do you treat your slaves this way?
Shemot 5:16 “There is no straw given to your slaves, and they say to us, ‘Make bricks!’ And see, your slaves are beaten, but your own people are at fault.”
Shemot 5:17 But he said, “You are idle! You are idle! That is why you say, ‘Let us go and slaughter to יהוה.’
Shemot 5:18 “So now go, work. And straw is not given to you, but deliver the amount of bricks.”
Shemot 5:19 And the foremen of the children of Yisra’ĕl saw that they were in trouble after it was said, “You are not to diminish your daily amount of bricks.”
Shemot 5:20 And when they came out from Pharaoh, they met Mosheh and Aharon who stood there to meet them.
Shemot 5:21 And they said to them, “Let יהוה look on you and judge, because you have made us loathsome in the eyes of Pharaoh and in the eyes of his servants, to give a sword in their hand to kill us.”
Shemot 5:22 And Mosheh returned to יהוה and said, “יהוה, why have You done evil to this people? Why did You send me?
Shemot 5:23 “For ever since I came to Pharaoh to speak in Your Name, he has done evil to this people. And You have not delivered Your people at all.”
Shemot 6:1 And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Now see what I do to Pharaoh, for with a strong hand he is going to let them go, and with a strong hand he is going to drive them out of his land.”
Shemot 1:1 And these are the names of the children of Yisra’ĕl who came to Mitsrayim with Yaʽakov, each one with his household:
Shemot 1:2 Re’uḇĕn, Shimʽon, Lĕwi, and Yehuḏah;
Shemot 1:3 Yissasḵar, Zeḇulun, and Binyamin;
Shemot 1:4 Dan and Naphtali, Gaḏ and Ashĕr.
Shemot 1:5 And all those who were descendants of Yaʽakov were seventy beings, as Yosĕph was already in Mitsrayim.
Shemot 1:6 And Yosĕph died, and all his brothers, and all that generation.
Shemot 1:7 And the children of Yisra’ĕl bore fruit and increased very much, multiplied and became very strong, and the land was filled with them.
Shemot 1:8 Then a new sovereign arose over Mitsrayim, who did not know Yosĕph,
Shemot 1:9 and he said to his people, “See, the people of the children of Yisra’ĕl are more and stronger than we,
Shemot 1:10 come, let us act wisely towards them, lest they increase, and it shall be when fighting befalls us, that they shall join our enemies and fight against us, and shall go up out of the land.”
Shemot 1:11 So they set slave-masters over them to afflict them with their burdens, and they built for Pharaoh supply cities, Pithom and Raʽamses.
Shemot 1:12 But the more they afflicted them, the more they increased and grew, and they were in dread of the children of Yisra’ĕl.
Shemot 1:13 And the Mitsrites made the children of Yisra’ĕl serve with harshness,
Shemot 1:14 and they made their lives bitter with hard bondage, in mortar, and in brick, and in all kinds of work in the field, all their work which they made them do was with harshness.
Shemot 1:15 Then the sovereign of Mitsrayim spoke to the Heḇrew midwives, of whom the name of one was Shiphrah and the name of the other Puʽah,
Shemot 1:16 and he said, “When you deliver the Heḇrew women, and see them on the birthstools, if it is a son, then you shall put him to death, but if it is a daughter, then she shall live.”
Shemot 1:17 But the midwives feared Elohim, and did not do as the sovereign of Mitsrayim commanded them, and kept the male children alive.
Shemot 1:18 So the sovereign of Mitsrayim called for the midwives and said to them, “Why have you done this, and kept the male children alive?”
Shemot 1:19 And the midwives said to Pharaoh, “Because the Heḇrew women are not like the Mitsrite women. For they are lively and give birth before the midwives come to them.”
Shemot 1:20 So Elohim was good to the midwives, and the people increased and became very numerous.
Shemot 1:21 And it came to be, because the midwives feared Elohim, that He provided households for them.
Shemot 1:22 And Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, “Throw every son who is born into the river, and keep alive every daughter.”
Shemot 2:1 And a man of the house of Lĕwi went and married a daughter of Lĕwi.
Shemot 2:2 And the woman conceived and bore a son. And she saw that he was a lovely child, and she hid him three months.
Shemot 2:3 And when she could hide him no longer, she took an ark of wicker for him, and coated it with tar and pitch, and put the child in it, and laid it in the reeds by the edge of the river.
Shemot 2:4 And his sister stood at a distance, to know what would be done to him.
Shemot 2:5 And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river, and her young women were walking by the river-side. And when she saw the ark among the reeds, she sent her female slave to get it,
Shemot 2:6 and opened it and saw the child, and see, the baby wept. So she had compassion on him, and said, “This is one of the children of the Heḇrews.”
Shemot 2:7 And his sister said to Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and call a nurse for you from the Heḇrew women to nurse the child for you?”
Shemot 2:8 And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Go.” And the girl went and called the child’s mother.
Shemot 2:9 And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this child away and nurse him for me, then I shall pay your wages.” So the woman took the child and nursed him.
Shemot 2:10 And the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Mosheh, saying, “Because I have drawn him out of the water.”
Shemot 2:11 And in those days it came to be, when Mosheh was grown, that he went out to his brothers and looked at their burdens. And he saw a Mitsrite beating a Heḇrew, one of his brothers.
Shemot 2:12 So he turned this way and that way, and when he saw no one, he smote the Mitsrite and hid him in the sand.
Shemot 2:13 And he went out the second day and saw two Heḇrew men fighting, and he said to the one who did the wrong, “Why do you smite your neighbour?”
Shemot 2:14 And he said, “Who made you a head and a judge over us? Do you intend to slay me as you slew the Mitsrite?” And Mosheh feared and said, “Truly, the matter is known!”
Shemot 2:15 And Pharaoh heard of this matter, and he sought to kill Mosheh. But Mosheh fled from the face of Pharaoh and dwelt in the land of Miḏyan. And he sat down by a well.
Shemot 2:16 And the priest of Miḏyan had seven daughters. And they came and drew water, and they filled the troughs to water their father’s flock,
Shemot 2:17 but the shepherds came and drove them away. Then Mosheh stood up and came to their rescue, and watered their flock.
Shemot 2:18 And they came to Reʽuw’ĕl their father, and he said, “How is it that you have come so soon today?”
Shemot 2:19 And they said, “A Mitsrite rescued us from the hand of the shepherds, and he also drew enough water for us and watered the flock.”
Shemot 2:20 And he said to his daughters, “And where is he? Why did you leave the man? Call him and let him eat bread.”
Shemot 2:21 And Mosheh agreed to dwell with the man, and he gave Tsipporah his daughter to Mosheh.
Shemot 2:22 And she bore him a son, and he called his name Gĕreshom, for he said, “I have become a sojourner in a foreign land.”
Shemot 2:23 And it came to be after these many days that the sovereign of Mitsrayim died. And the children of Yisra’ĕl groaned because of the slavery, and they cried out. And their cry came up to Elohim because of the slavery.
Shemot 2:24 And Elohim heard their groaning, and Elohim remembered His covenant with Av̱raham, with Yitzchak, and with Yaʽakov̱.
Shemot 2:25 And Elohim looked on the children of Yisra’ĕl, and Elohim knew!
Shemot 3:1 And Mosheh was shepherding the flock of Yithro his father-in-law, the priest of Miḏyan. And he led the flock to the back of the wilderness, and came to Ḥorĕḇ, the mountain of Elohim.
Shemot 3:2 And the Messenger of יהוה appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. And he looked and saw the bush burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed.
Shemot 3:3 And Mosheh said, “Let me turn aside now, and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.”
Shemot 3:4 And יהוה saw that he turned aside to see, and Elohim called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Mosheh! Mosheh!” And he said, “Here I am.”
Shemot 3:5 And He said, “Do not come near here. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place on which you are standing is kadosh ground.”
Shemot 3:6 And He said, “I am the Elohim of your father, the Elohim of Av̱raham, the Elohim of Yitzchak, and the Elohim of Yaʽakov.” And Mosheh hid his face, for he was afraid to look at Elohim.
Shemot 3:7 And יהוה said, “I have indeed seen the oppression of My people who are in Mitsrayim, and have heard their cry because of their slave-drivers, for I know their sorrows.
Shemot 3:8 “And I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Mitsrites, and to bring them up from that land to a good and spacious land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Kenaʽanites and the Ḥittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Ḥiwwites and the Yeḇusites.
Shemot 3:9 “And now, see, the cry of the children of Yisra’ĕl has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Mitsrites oppress them.
Shemot 3:10 “And now, come, I am sending you to Pharaoh, to bring My people, the children of Yisra’ĕl, out of Mitsrayim.”
Shemot 3:11 And Mosheh said to Elohim, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Yisra’ĕl out of Mitsrayim?”
Shemot 3:12 And He said, “Because I am with you. And this is to you the sign that I have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Mitsrayim, you are to serve Elohim on this mountain.”
Shemot 3:13 And Mosheh said to Elohim, “See, when I come to the children of Yisra’ĕl and say to them, ‘The Elohim of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His Name?’ what shall I say to them?”
Shemot 3:14 And Elohim said to Mosheh, “I am that which I am.”1 And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Yisra’ĕl, ‘I am has sent me to you.’ ”

Shemot 3:17 and I say: I am bringing you up out of the affliction of Mitsrayim to the land of the Kenaʽanite and the Ḥittite and the Amorite and the Perizzite and the Ḥiwwite and the Yeḇusite, to a land flowing with milk and honey.” ’
Shemot 3:18 “And they shall listen to your voice. And you shall come, you and the elders of Yisra’ĕl, to the sovereign of Mitsrayim, and you shall say to him, ‘יהוה Elohim of the Heḇrews has met with us. And now, please, let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness to slaughter to יהוה our Elohim.’
Shemot 3:19 “But I know that the sovereign of Mitsrayim is not going to let you go, not even by a strong hand.
Shemot 3:20 “And I shall stretch out My hand and smite Mitsrayim with all My wonders which I shall do in its midst. And after that he shall let you go.
Shemot 3:21 “And I shall give this people favour in the eyes of the Mitsrites. And it shall be, that when you go, you shall not go empty-handed.
Shemot 3:22 “But every woman shall ask from her neighbour and from the stranger in her house, objects of silver, and objects of gold, and garments. And you shall put them on your sons and on your daughters, and shall plunder the Mitsrites.”
Shemot 4:1 And Mosheh answered and said, “And if they do not believe me, nor listen to my voice, and say, ‘יהוה has not appeared to you?’ ”
Shemot 4:2 And יהוה said to him, “What is that in your hand?” And he said, “A rod.”
Exo 4:3 And He said, “Throw it on the ground.” So he threw it on the ground, and it became a serpent. And Mosheh fled from it.
Shemot 4:4 And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Reach out your hand and take it by the tail” – so he reached out his hand and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand –
Shemot 4:5 so that they believe that יהוה Elohim of their fathers, the Elohim of Av̱raham, the Elohim of Yitzchak, and the Elohim of Yaʽakov̱, has appeared to you.”
Shemot 4:6 And יהוה said to him again, “Now put your hand in your bosom.” And he put his hand in his bosom, and when he took it out, and see, his hand was leprous, like snow.
Shemot 4:7 And He said, “Put your hand in your bosom again.” So he put his hand in his bosom again, and drew it out of his bosom, and see, it was restored like his other flesh.
Shemot 4:8 “And it shall be, if they do not believe you, nor listen to the voice of the first sign, they shall believe the voice of the latter sign.
Shemot 4:9 “And it shall be, if they do not believe even these two signs, or listen to your voice, that you shall take water from the river and pour it on the dry land. And the water which you take from the river shall become blood on the dry land.”
Shemot 4:10 And Mosheh said to יהוה, “O יהוה, I am not a man of words, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant, for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”
Shemot 4:11 And יהוה said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, יהוה?
Shemot 4:12 “And now, go, and I shall be with your mouth and teach you what to say.”
Shemot 4:13 But he said, “O יהוה, please send by the hand of him whom You would send.”
Shemot 4:14 And the displeasure of יהוה burned against Mosheh, and He said, “Is not Aharon the Lĕwite your brother? I know that he speaks well. And see, he is also coming out to meet you. And when he sees you, he shall be glad in his heart.
Shemot 4:15 “And you shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth. And I am with your mouth and with his mouth, and I shall teach you what to do.
Shemot 4:16 “And he shall speak for you to the people. And it shall be that he shall be a mouth for you, and you shall be an elohim1 for him.

Shemot 4:18 Then Mosheh went and returned to Yithro his father-in-law, and said to him, “Please let me go and return to my brothers who are in Mitsrayim to see whether they are still alive.” And Yithro said to Mosheh, “Go in peace.”
Shemot 4:19 And יהוה said to Mosheh in Miḏyan, “Go, return to Mitsrayim, for all the men are dead who sought your life.”
Shemot 4:20 So Mosheh took his wife and his sons and set them on a donkey, and he returned to the land of Mitsrayim. And Mosheh took the rod of Elohim in his hand.
Shemot 4:21 And יהוה said to Mosheh, “As you go back to Mitsrayim, see that you do all those wonders before Pharaoh which I have put in your hand. But I am going to harden his heart, so that he does not let the people go.
Shemot 4:22 “And you shall say to Pharaoh, ‘Thus said יהוה, “Yisra’ĕl is My son, My first-born,
Shemot 4:23 so I say to you, let My son go to serve Me. But if you refuse to let him go, see, I am killing your son, your first-born.” ’ ”
Shemot 4:24 And it came to be on the way, in the lodging place, that יהוה met him and sought to kill him.
Shemot 4:25 And Tsipporah took a sharp stone and cut off the foreskin of her son and threw it at Mosheh’s feet, and said, “You are indeed a bridegroom of blood to me!”
Shemot 4:26 So He let him go. Then she said, “You are a bridegroom of blood,” because of the circumcision.
Shemot 4:27 And יהוה said to Aharon, “Go to meet Mosheh in the wilderness.” And he went and met him on the mountain of Elohim, and kissed him.
Shemot 4:28 Mosheh then told Aharon all the words of יהוה who had sent him, and all the signs which He had commanded him.
Shemot 4:29 And Mosheh went with Aharon and gathered together all the elders of the children of Yisra’ĕl.
Shemot 4:30 And Aharon spoke all the words which יהוה had spoken to Mosheh. Then he did the signs before the eyes of the people.
Shemot 4:31 And the people believed. And they heard that יהוה had visited the children of Yisra’ĕl and that He had looked on their affliction, and they bowed their heads and did obeisance.

Shemot 39:5 וחשׁב אפדתו אשׁר עליו ממנו הוא כמעשׂהו זהב תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 39:6 ויעשׂו את־אבני השׁהם מסבת משׁבצת זהב מפתחת פתוחי חותם על־שׁמות בני ישׂראל׃
Shemot 39:7 וישׂם אתם על כתפת האפד אבני זכרון לבני ישׂראל כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 39:8 ויעשׂ את־החשׁן מעשׂה חשׁב כמעשׂה אפד זהב תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר׃
Shemot 39:9 רבוע היה כפול עשׂו את־החשׁן זרת ארכו וזרת רחבו כפול׃
Shemot 39:10 וימלאו־בו ארבעה טורי אבן טור אדם פטדה וברקת הטור האחד׃
Shemot 39:11 והטור השׁני נפך ספיר ויהלם׃
Shemot 39:12 והטור השׁלישׁי לשׁם שׁבו ואחלמה׃
Shemot 39:13 והטור הרביעי תרשׁישׁ שׁהם וישׁפה מוסבת משׁבצת זהב במלאתם׃
Shemot 39:14 והאבנים על־שׁמת בני־ישׂראל הנה שׁתים עשׂרה על־שׁמתם פתוחי חתם אישׁ על־שׁמו לשׁנים עשׂר שׁבט׃
Shemot 39:15 ויעשׂו על־החשׁן שׁרשׁרת גבלת מעשׂה עבת זהב טהור׃
Shemot 39:16 ויעשׂו שׁתי משׁבצת זהב ושׁתי טבעת זהב ויתנו את־שׁתי הטבעת על־שׁני קצות החשׁן׃
Shemot 39:17 ויתנו שׁתי העבתת הזהב על־שׁתי הטבעת על־קצות החשׁן׃
Shemot 39:18 ואת שׁתי קצות שׁתי העבתת נתנו על־שׁתי המשׁבצת ויתנם על־כתפת האפד אל־מול פניו׃
Shemot 39:19 ויעשׂו שׁתי טבעת זהב וישׂימו על־שׁני קצות החשׁן על־שׂפתו אשׁר אל־עבר האפד ביתה׃
Shemot 39:20 ויעשׂו שׁתי טבעת זהב ויתנם על־שׁתי כתפת האפד מלמטה ממול פניו לעמת מחברתו ממעל לחשׁב האפד׃
Shemot 39:21 וירכסו את־החשׁן מטבעתיו אל־טבעת האפד בפתיל תכלת להית על־חשׁב האפד ולא־יזח החשׁן מעל האפד כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 39:22 ויעשׂ את־מעיל האפד מעשׂה ארג כליל תכלת׃
Shemot 39:23 ופי־המעיל בתוכו כפי תחרא שׂפה לפיו סביב לא יקרע׃
Shemot 39:24 ויעשׂו על־שׁולי המעיל רמוני תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני משׁזר׃
Shemot 39:25 ויעשׂו פעמני זהב טהור ויתנו את־הפעמנים בתוך הרמנים על־שׁולי המעיל סביב בתוך הרמנים׃
Shemot 39:26 פעמן ורמן פעמן ורמן על־שׁולי המעיל סביב לשׁרת כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 39:27 ויעשׂו את־הכתנת שׁשׁ מעשׂה ארג לאהרן ולבניו׃
Shemot 39:28 ואת המצנפת שׁשׁ ואת־פארי המגבעת שׁשׁ ואת־מכנסי הבד שׁשׁ משׁזר׃
Shemot 39:29 ואת־האבנט שׁשׁ משׁזר ותכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני מעשׂה רקם כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 39:30 ויעשׂו את־ציץ נזר־הקדשׁ זהב טהור ויכתבו עליו מכתב פתוחי חותם קדשׁ ליהוה׃
Shemot 39:31 ויתנו עליו פתיל תכלת לתת על־המצנפת מלמעלה כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 39:32 ותכל כל־עבדת משׁכן אהל מועד ויעשׂו בני ישׂראל ככל אשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה כן עשׂו׃
Shemot 39:33 ויביאו את־המשׁכן אל־משׁה את־האהל ואת־כל־כליו קרסיו קרשׁיו בריחו ועמדיו ואדניו׃
Shemot 39:34 ואת־מכסה עורת האילם המאדמים ואת־מכסה ערת התחשׁים ואת פרכת המסך׃
Shemot 39:35 את־ארון העדת ואת־בדיו ואת הכפרת׃
Shemot 39:36 את־השׁלחן את־כל־כליו ואת לחם הפנים׃
Shemot 39:37 את־המנרה הטהרה את־נרתיה נרת המערכה ואת־כל־כליה ואת שׁמן המאור׃
Shemot 39:38 ואת מזבח הזהב ואת שׁמן המשׁחה ואת קטרת הסמים ואת מסך פתח האהל׃
Shemot 39:39 את מזבח הנחשׁת ואת־מכבר הנחשׁת אשׁר־לו את־בדיו ואת־כל־כליו את־הכיר ואת־כנו׃
Shemot 39:40 את קלעי החצר את־עמדיה ואת־אדניה ואת־המסך לשׁער החצר את־מיתריו ויתדתיה ואת כל־כלי עבדת המשׁכן לאהל מועד׃
Shemot 39:41 את־בגדי השׂרד לשׁרת בקדשׁ את־בגדי הקדשׁ לאהרן הכהן ואת־בגדי בניו לכהן׃
Shemot 39:42 ככל אשׁר־צוה יהוה את־משׁה כן עשׂו בני ישׂראל את כל־העבדה׃
Shemot 39:43 וירא משׁה את־כל־המלאכה והנה עשׂו אתה כאשׁר צוה יהוה כן עשׂו ויברך אתם משׁה׃
Shemot 40:1 וידבר יהוה אל־משׁה לאמר׃
Shemot 40:2 ביום־החדשׁ הראשׁון באחד לחדשׁ תקים את־משׁכן אהל מועד׃
Shemot 40:3 ושׂמת שׁם את ארון העדות וסכת על־הארן את־הפרכת׃
Shemot 40:4 והבאת את־השׁלחן וערכת את־ערכו והבאת את־המנרה והעלית את־נרתיה׃
Shemot 40:5 ונתתה את־מזבח הזהב לקטרת לפני ארון העדת ושׂמת את־מסך הפתח למשׁכן׃
Shemot 40:6 ונתתה את מזבח העלה לפני פתח משׁכן אהל־מועד׃
Shemot 40:7 ונתת את־הכיר בין־אהל מועד ובין המזבח ונתת שׁם מים׃
Shemot 40:8 ושׂמת את־החצר סביב ונתת את־מסך שׁער החצר׃
Shemot 40:9 ולקחת את־שׁמן המשׁחה ומשׁחת את־המשׁכן ואת־כל־אשׁר־בו וקדשׁת אתו ואת־כל־כליו והיה קדשׁ׃
Shemot 40:10 ומשׁחת את־מזבח העלה ואת־כל־כליו וקדשׁת את־המזבח והיה המזבח קדשׁ קדשׁים׃
Shemot 40:11 ומשׁחת את־הכיר ואת־כנו וקדשׁת אתו׃
Shemot 40:12 והקרבת את־אהרן ואת־בניו אל־פתח אהל מועד ורחצת אתם במים׃
Shemot 40:13 והלבשׁת את־אהרן את בגדי הקדשׁ ומשׁחת אתו וקדשׁת אתו וכהן לי׃
Shemot 40:14 ואת־בניו תקריב והלבשׁת אתם כתנת׃
Shemot 40:15 ומשׁחת אתם כאשׁר משׁחת את־אביהם וכהנו לי והיתה להית להם משׁחתם לכהנת עולם לדרתם׃
Shemot 40:16 ויעשׂ משׁה ככל אשׁר צוה יהוה אתו כן עשׂה׃
Shemot 40:17 ויהי בחדשׁ הראשׁון בשׁנה השׁנית באחד לחדשׁ הוקם המשׁכן׃
Shemot 40:18 ויקם משׁה את־המשׁכן ויתן את־אדניו וישׂם את־קרשׁיו ויתן את־בריחיו ויקם את־עמודיו׃
Shemot 40:19 ויפרשׂ את־האהל על־המשׁכן וישׂם את־מכסה האהל עליו מלמעלה כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 40:20 ויקח ויתן את־העדת אל־הארן וישׂם את־הבדים על־הארן ויתן את־הכפרת על־הארן מלמעלה׃
Shemot 40:21 ויבא את־הארן אל־המשׁכן וישׂם את פרכת המסך ויסך על ארון העדות כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 40:22 ויתן את־השׁלחן באהל מועד על ירך המשׁכן צפנה מחוץ לפרכת׃
Shemot 40:23 ויערך עליו ערך לחם לפני יהוה כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 40:24 וישׂם את־המנרה באהל מועד נכח השׁלחן על ירך המשׁכן נגבה׃
Shemot 40:25 ויעל הנרת לפני יהוה כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 40:26 וישׂם את־מזבח הזהב באהל מועד לפני הפרכת׃
Shemot 40:27 ויקטר עליו קטרת סמים כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 40:28 וישׂם את־מסך הפתח למשׁכן׃
Shemot 40:29 ואת מזבח העלה שׂם פתח משׁכן אהל־מועד ויעל עליו את־העלה ואת־המנחה כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 40:30 וישׂם את־הכיר בין־אהל מועד ובין המזבח ויתן שׁמה מים לרחצה׃
Shemot 40:31 ורחצו ממנו משׁה ואהרן ובניו את־ידיהם ואת־רגליהם׃
Shemot 40:32 בבאם אל־אהל מועד ובקרבתם אל־המזבח ירחצו כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 40:33 ויקם את־החצר סביב למשׁכן ולמזבח ויתן את־מסך שׁער החצר ויכל משׁה את־המלאכה׃
Shemot 40:34 ויכס הענן את־אהל מועד וכבוד יהוה מלא את־המשׁכן׃
Shemot 40:35 ולא־יכל משׁה לבוא אל־אהל מועד כי־שׁכן עליו הענן וכבוד יהוה מלא את־המשׁכן׃
Shemot 40:36 ובהעלות הענן מעל המשׁכן יסעו בני ישׂראל בכל מסעיהם׃
Shemot 40:37 ואם־לא יעלה הענן ולא יסעו עד־יום העלתו׃
Shemot 40:38 כי ענן יהוה על־המשׁכן יומם ואשׁ תהיה לילה בו לעיני כל־בית־ישׂראל בכל־מסעיהם׃
Shemot 38:21 אלה פקודי המשׁכן משׁכן העדת אשׁר פקד על־פי משׁה עבדת הלוים ביד איתמר בן־אהרן הכהן׃
Shemot 38:22 ובצלאל בן־אורי בן־חור למטה יהודה עשׂה את כל־אשׁר־צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 38:23 ואתו אהליאב בן־אחיסמך למטה־דן חרשׁ וחשׁב ורקם בתכלת ובארגמן ובתולעת השׁני ובשׁשׁ׃
Shemot 38:24 כל־הזהב העשׂוי למלאכה בכל מלאכת הקדשׁ ויהי זהב התנופה תשׁע ועשׂרים ככר ושׁבע מאות ושׁלשׁים שׁקל בשׁקל הקדשׁ׃
Shemot 38:25 וכסף פקודי העדה מאת ככר ואלף ושׁבע מאות וחמשׁה ושׁבעים שׁקל בשׁקל הקדשׁ׃
Shemot 38:26 בקע לגלגלת מחצית השׁקל בשׁקל הקדשׁ לכל העבר על־הפקדים מבן עשׂרים שׁנה ומעלה לשׁשׁ־מאות אלף ושׁלשׁת אלפים וחמשׁ מאות וחמשׁים׃
Shemot 38:27 ויהי מאת ככר הכסף לצקת את אדני הקדשׁ ואת אדני הפרכת מאת אדנים למאת הככר ככר לאדן׃
Shemot 38:28 ואת־האלף ושׁבע המאות וחמשׁה ושׁבעים עשׂה ווים לעמודים וצפה ראשׁיהם וחשׁק אתם׃
Shemot 38:29 ונחשׁת התנופה שׁבעים ככר ואלפים וארבע־מאות שׁקל׃
Shemot 38:30 ויעשׂ בה את־אדני פתח אהל מועד ואת מזבח הנחשׁת ואת־מכבר הנחשׁת אשׁר־לו ואת כל־כלי המזבח׃
Shemot 38:31 ואת־אדני החצר סביב ואת־אדני שׁער החצר ואת כל־יתדת המשׁכן ואת־כל־יתדת החצר סביב׃
Shemot 39:1 ומן־התכלת והארגמן ותולעת השׁני עשׂו בגדי־שׂרד לשׁרת בקדשׁ ויעשׂו את־בגדי הקדשׁ אשׁר לאהרן כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Shemot 39:2 ויעשׂ את־האפד זהב תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר׃
Shemot 39:3 וירקעו את־פחי הזהב וקצץ פתילם לעשׂות בתוך התכלת ובתוך הארגמן ובתוך תולעת השׁני ובתוך השׁשׁ מעשׂה חשׁב׃
Shemot 39:4 כתפת עשׂו־לו חברת על־שׁני קצוותו חבר׃
Shemot 39:5 וחשׁב אפדתו אשׁר עליו ממנו הוא כמעשׂהו זהב תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר כאשׁר צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃

Shemot 40:10 ומשׁחת את־מזבח העלה ואת־כל־כליו וקדשׁת את־המזבח והיה המזבח קדשׁ קדשׁים׃
Shemot 40:11 ומשׁחת את־הכיר ואת־כנו וקדשׁת אתו׃

Shemot 38:21 These were the Pekudei of the Mishkan, the Mishkan of the Witness, which was appointed by the command of Moshe, for the service of the Lĕwites, by the hand of Ithamar, son of Aharon the kohen.
Shemot 38:22 And Betsal’ĕl son of Uri, son of Ḥur, of the tribe of Yehuḏah, made all that יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 38:23 And with him: Oholiaḇ son of Aḥisamaḵ, of the tribe of Dan, an engraver and designer, an embroiderer in t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and in fine linen.
Shemot 38:24 All the gold prepared for the work, in all the work of the kodesh – and it was the gold of the wave offering – came to be twenty-nine talents and seven hundred and thirty shekels, according to the shekel of the kodesh.
Shemot 38:25 And the silver from the ones counted of the congregation was one hundred talents and one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five shekels, according to the shekel of the kodesh:
Shemot 38:26 a beqa, half a shekel for a head, according to the shekel of the kodesh, for everyone passing over to those counted, from twenty years old and above, for six hundred and three thousand, five hundred and fifty men.
Shemot 38:27 And the hundred talents of silver were for casting the sockets of the kodesh and the bases of the veil: one hundred sockets from the hundred talents, a talent for each socket.
Shemot 38:28 And of the one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five shekels he made hooks for the columns, and overlaid their tops, and made bands for them.
Shemot 38:29 And the bronze of the wave offering was seventy talents and two thousand four hundred shekels.
Shemot 38:30 And with it he made the sockets for the door of the Ohel Mo’ed, and the bronze altar, and the bronze grating for it, and all the utensils for the altar,
Shemot 38:31 and the sockets for the courtyard all around, and the bases for the courtyard gate, and all the pegs for the Mishkan, and all the pegs for the courtyard all around.
Shemot 39:1 And of the t’keleth and purple and scarlet material they made woven garments, to do service in the kodesh. And they made the kadosh garments which were for Aharon, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 39:2 And he made the shoulder garment of gold, of t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and of fine woven linen.
Shemot 39:3 And they beat out sheets of gold and cut it into threads, to work it in with the t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and the fine linen, the work of a skilled workman.
Shemot 39:4 They made shoulder pieces for it to join it, it was joined at its two edges.
Shemot 39:5 And the embroidered band of his shoulder garment that was on it was of the same work of gold, and blue and purple and scarlet material, and of fine woven linen, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 39:6 And they made the shoham stones, set in plated work of gold, engraved as signets are engraved, according to the names of the sons of Yisra’ĕl.
Shemot 39:7 And he put them on the shoulders of the shoulder garment, stones of remembrance for the sons of Yisra’ĕl, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 39:8 And he made the breastplate, a work of a skilled workman, like the work of the shoulder garment, of gold, of t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and of fine woven linen.
Shemot 39:9 It was square, they made the breastplate double, its length a span, its width a span, doubled.
Shemot 39:10 And they filled it with four rows of stones: a row of ruby, a topaz, and an emerald was the first row;
Shemot 39:11 and the second row a turquoise, a sapphire, and a diamond;
Shemot 39:12 and the third row a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;
Shemot 39:13 and the fourth row a beryl, a shoham, and a jasper – set in plated work of gold in their settings.
Shemot 39:14 And the stones were according to the names of the sons of Yisra’ĕl, twelve according to their names, engraved like a signet, each one with its own name according to the twelve tribes.
Shemot 39:15 And they made braided chains of corded work for the breastplate at the ends, of clean gold.
Shemot 39:16 And they made two settings of gold and two gold rings, and put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.
Shemot 39:17 And they put the two cords of gold in the two rings on the ends of the breastplate.
Shemot 39:18 And the two ends of the two cords they fastened in the two settings, and put them on the shoulder pieces of the shoulder garment in the front.
Shemot 39:19 And they made two rings of gold and put them on the two ends of the breastplate, on the edge of it, which was on the inward side of the shoulder garment.
Shemot 39:20 And they made two gold rings and put them on the two shoulder pieces, underneath the shoulder garment, on the front of it, close to its seam above the embroidered band of the shoulder garment.
Shemot 39:21 And they bound the breastplate by means of its rings to the rings of the shoulder garment with a blue cord, so that it would be above the embroidered band of the shoulder garment, and that the breastplate would not come loose from the shoulder garment, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 39:22 And he made the robe of the shoulder garment of woven work, all of t’keleth.
Shemot 39:23 And the opening of the robe was in the middle, like the opening in a scaled armor, with a woven binding all around the opening, so that it would not tear.
Shemot 39:24 And they made on the hem of the robe pomegranates of t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, twined.
Shemot 39:25 And they made bells of clean gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates on the hem of the robe all around between the pomegranates:
Shemot 39:26 a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, all around the hem of the robe, for the service, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 39:27 And they made the long shirt of fine linen, the work of a weaver, for Aharon and his sons,
Shemot 39:28 and a turban of fine linen, and the turban ornaments of fine linen, and short trousers of fine woven linen,
Shemot 39:29 and a girdle of fine woven linen with t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, the work of an embroiderer, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 39:30 And they made the plate of the kadosh sign of dedication of clean gold, and wrote on it an inscription like the engraving of a signet: KODESH L’ יהוה.
Shemot 39:31 And they put on it a t’keleth cord, to fasten it above on the turban, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 39:32 And all the work of the Mishkan of the Ohel Mo’ed was completed. And the children of Yisra’ĕl did according to all that יהוה had commanded Moshe, so they did.
Shemot 39:33 And they brought the Mishkan to Moshe, the tent and all its furnishings, its hooks, its boards, its bars, and its columns, and its sockets,
Shemot 39:34 and the covering of rams’ skins dyed red, and the covering of fine leather, and the veil of the covering,
Shemot 39:35 the aron of the Witness with its poles, and the lid of atonement,

Shemot 40:2 “On the first day of the first month, you are to raise up the Mishkan of the Ohel Mo’ed,
Shemot 40:3 and shall put in it the aron of the Witness, and screen the aron with the veil.
Shemot 40:4 “And you shall bring in the table and arrange what belongs on it, and bring in the menorah and light its lamps.
Shemot 40:5 “And you shall set the altar of gold for the incense before the aron of the Witness, and put up the covering of the door to the Mishkan.
Shemot 40:6 “And you shall set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the Mishkan of the Ohel Mo’ed,
Shemot 40:7 and shall set the basin between the Ohel Mo’ed and the altar, and shall put water therein.
Shemot 40:8 “And you shall set up the courtyard all around, and shall place the covering of the courtyard gate,
Shemot 40:9 and shall take the anointing oil, and mashiach the Mishkan and all that is in it, and shall set it and all its utensils apart, and it shall be kadosh.
Shemot 40:10 “And you shall mashiach the altar of the burnt offering and all its utensils, and kadash the altar, and the altar shall be kodesh kodesh.
Shemot 40:11 “And you shall mashiach the basin and its stand, and kadash it.
Shemot 40:12 “And you shall bring Aharon and his sons to the door of the Ohel Mo’ed and wash them with water.
Shemot 40:13 “And you shall put the kadosh garments on Aharon, and mashiach him and kadash him to kahan.
Shemot 40:14 “And you shall bring his sons and put long shirts on them,
Shemot 40:15 and shall mashiach them, as you mashiach-ed their father, and they kahan. And their mashiach-ing shall be for them an Olam k’hunnah throughout their generations.”
Shemot 40:16 And Moshe did according to all that יהוה had commanded him, so he did.
Shemot 40:17 And it came to be in the first month of the second year, on the first day of the month, that the Mishkan was raised up.
Shemot 40:18 And Moshe raised up the Mishkan and placed its sockets, and set up its boards, and put in its bars, and raised up its columns,
Shemot 40:19 and spread the tent over the Mishkan and put the covering of the tent on top of it, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 40:20 And he took the Witness and put it into the aron, and he put the poles through the rings of the aron, and put the lid of atonement on top of the aron,
Shemot 40:21 and brought the aron into the Mishkan, and placed the veil of the covering to screen off the aron of the Witness, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 40:22 And he put the table in the Ohel Mo’ed, on the north side of the Mishkan, outside the veil,
Shemot 40:23 and set the bread in order upon it before יהוה, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 40:24 And he put the menorah in the Ohel Mo’ed, opposite the table, on the south side of the Mishkan,
Shemot 40:25 and lit the lamps before יהוה, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 40:26 And he put the gold altar in the Ohel Mo’ed in front of the veil,
Shemot 40:27 and burned sweet incense on it, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 40:28 And he set up the covering to the door of the Mishkan.
Shemot 40:29 And he put the altar of burnt offering before the door of the Mishkan of the Ohel Mo’ed, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the grain offering, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 40:30 And he put the kiyor (laver) between the Ohel Mo’ed and the altar, and put water therein for washing.
Shemot 40:31 And Moshe, and Aharon, and his sons washed their hands and their feet with water from it,
Shemot 40:32 as they went into the Ohel Mo’ed, and as they came near the altar. They would wash, as יהוה had commanded Moshe.
Shemot 40:33 And he raised up the courtyard all around the Mishkan and the altar, and placed the covering of the courtyard gate. And Moshe completed the work.
Shemot 40:34 And the cloud covered the Ohel Mo’ed, and the esteem (kabod) of יהוה filled the Mishkan.
Shemot 40:35 And Moshe was not able to come into the Ohel Mo’ed, because the cloud dwelt on it, and the esteem of יהוה filled the Mishkan.
Shemot 40:36 And when the cloud was taken up from above the Mishkan, the children of Yisra’ĕl went onward in all their journeys.
Shemot 40:37 But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not set out till the day that it was taken up.
Shemot 40:38 For the cloud of יהוה was on the Mishkan by day, and fire was on it by night, before the eyes of all the house of Yisra’ĕl, in all their journeys.

Shemot 35:4 ויאמר משׁה אל־כל־עדת בני־ישׂראל לאמר זה הדבר אשׁר־צוה יהוה לאמר׃
Shemot 35:5 קחו מאתכם תרומה ליהוה כל נדיב לבו יביאה את תרומת יהוה זהב וכסף ונחשׁת׃
Shemot 35:6 ותכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ ועזים׃
Shemot 35:7 וערת אילם מאדמים וערת תחשׁים ועצי שׂטים׃
Shemot 35:8 ושׁמן למאור ובשׂמים לשׁמן המשׁחה ולקטרת הסמים׃
Shemot 35:9 ואבני־שׁהם ואבני מלאים לאפוד ולחשׁן׃
Shemot 35:10 וכל־חכם־לב בכם יבאו ויעשׂו את כל־אשׁר צוה יהוה׃
Shemot 35:11 את־המשׁכן את־אהלו ואת־מכסהו את־קרסיו ואת־קרשׁיו את־בריחו את־עמדיו ואת־אדניו׃
Shemot 35:12 את־הארן ואת־בדיו את־הכפרת ואת פרכת המסך׃
Shemot 35:13 את־השׁלחן ואת־בדיו ואת־כל־כליו ואת לחם הפנים׃
Shemot 35:14 ואת־מנרת המאור ואת־כליה ואת־נרתיה ואת שׁמן המאור׃
Shemot 35:15 ואת־מזבח הקטרת ואת־בדיו ואת שׁמן המשׁחה ואת קטרת הסמים ואת־מסך הפתח לפתח המשׁכן׃
Shemot 35:16 את מזבח העלה ואת־מכבר הנחשׁת אשׁר־לו את־בדיו ואת־כל־כליו את־הכיר ואת־כנו׃
Shemot 35:17 את קלעי החצר את־עמדיו ואת־אדניה ואת מסך שׁער החצר׃
Shemot 35:18 את־יתדת המשׁכן ואת־יתדת החצר ואת־מיתריהם׃
Shemot 35:19 את־בגדי השׂרד לשׁרת בקדשׁ את־בגדי הקדשׁ לאהרן הכהן ואת־בגדי בניו לכהן׃
Shemot 35:20 ויצאו כל־עדת בני־ישׂראל מלפני משׁה׃
Shemot 35:21 ויבאו כל־אישׁ אשׁר־נשׂאו לבו וכל אשׁר נדבה רוחו אתו הביאו את־תרומת יהוה למלאכת אהל מועד ולכל־עבדתו ולבגדי הקדשׁ׃
Shemot 35:22 ויבאו האנשׁים על־הנשׁים כל נדיב לב הביאו חח ונזם וטבעת וכומז כל־כלי זהב וכל־אישׁ אשׁר הניף תנופת זהב ליהוה׃
Shemot 35:23 וכל־אישׁ אשׁר־נמצא אתו תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ ועזים וערת אילם מאדמים וערת תחשׁים הביאו׃
Shemot 35:24 כל־מרים תרומת כסף ונחשׁת הביאו את תרומת יהוה וכל אשׁר נמצא אתו עצי שׁטים לכל־מלאכת העבדה הביאו׃
Shemot 35:25 וכל־אשׁה חכמת־לב בידיה טוו ויביאו מטוה את־התכלת ואת־הארגמן את־תולעת השׁני ואת־השׁשׁ׃
Shemot 35:26 וכל־הנשׁים אשׁר נשׂא לבן אתנה בחכמה טוו את־העזים׃
Shemot 35:27 והנשׂאם הביאו את אבני השׁהם ואת אבני המלאים לאפוד ולחשׁן׃
Shemot 35:28 ואת־הבשׂם ואת־השׁמן למאור ולשׁמן המשׁחה ולקטרת הסמים׃
Shemot 35:29 כל־אישׁ ואשׁה אשׁר נדב לבם אתם להביא לכל־המלאכה אשׁר צוה יהוה לעשׂות ביד־משׁה הביאו בני־ישׂראל נדבה ליהוה׃
Shemot 35:30 ויאמר משׁה אל־בני ישׂראל ראו קרא יהוה בשׁם בצלאל בן־אורי בן־חור למטה יהודה׃
Shemot 35:31 וימלא אתו רוח אלהים בחכמה בתבונה ובדעת ובכל־מלאכה׃
Shemot 35:32 ולחשׁב מחשׁבת לעשׂת בזהב ובכסף ובנחשׁת׃
Shemot 35:33 ובחרשׁת אבן למלאת ובחרשׁת עץ לעשׂות בכל־מלאכת מחשׁבת׃
Shemot 35:34 ולהורת נתן בלבו הוא ואהליאב בן־אחיסמך למטה־דן׃
Shemot 35:35 מלא אתם חכמת־לב לעשׂות כל־מלאכת חרשׁ וחשׁב ורקם בתכלת ובארגמן בתולעת השׁני ובשׁשׁ וארג עשׂי כל־מלאכה וחשׁבי מחשׁבת׃
Shemot 36:1 ועשׂה בצלאל ואהליאב וכל אישׁ חכם־לב אשׁר נתן יהוה חכמה ותבונה בהמה לדעת לעשׂת את־כל־מלאכת עבדת הקדשׁ לכל אשׁר־צוה יהוה׃
Shemot 36:2 ויקרא משׁה אל־בצלאל ואל־אהליאב ואל כל־אישׁ חכם־לב אשׁר נתן יהוה חכמה בלבו כל אשׁר נשׂאו לבו לקרבה אל־המלאכה לעשׂת אתה׃
Shemot 36:3 ויקחו מלפני משׁה את כל־התרומה אשׁר הביאו בני ישׂראל למלאכת עבדת הקדשׁ לעשׂת אתה והם הביאו אליו עוד נדבה בבקר בבקר׃
Shemot 36:4 ויבאו כל־החכמים העשׂים את כל־מלאכת הקדשׁ אישׁ־אישׁ ממלאכתו אשׁר־המה עשׂים׃
Shemot 36:5 ויאמרו אל־משׁה לאמר מרבים העם להביא מדי העבדה למלאכה אשׁר־צוה יהוה לעשׂת אתה׃
Shemot 36:6 ויצו משׁה ויעבירו קול במחנה לאמר אישׁ ואשׁה אל־יעשׂו־עוד מלאכה לתרומת הקדשׁ ויכלא העם מהביא׃
Shemot 36:7 והמלאכה היתה דים לכל־המלאכה לעשׂות אתה והותר׃
Shemot 36:8 ויעשׂו כל־חכם־לב בעשׂי המלאכה את־המשׁכן עשׂר יריעת שׁשׁ משׁזר ותכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני כרבים מעשׂה חשׁב עשׂה אתם׃
Shemot 36:9 ארך היריעה האחת שׁמנה ועשׂרים באמה ורחב ארבע באמה היריעה האחת מדה אחת לכל־היריעת׃
Shemot 36:10 ויחבר את־חמשׁ היריעת אחת אל־אחת וחמשׁ יריעת חבר אחת אל־אחת׃
Shemot 36:11 ויעשׂ ללאת תכלת על שׂפת היריעה האחת מקצה במחברת כן עשׂה בשׂפת היריעה הקיצונה במחברת השׁנית׃
Shemot 36:12 חמשׁים ללאת עשׂה ביריעה האחת וחמשׁים ללאת עשׂה בקצה היריעה אשׁר במחברת השׁנית מקבילת הללאת אחת אל־אחת׃
Shemot 36:13 ויעשׂ חמשׁים קרסי זהב ויחבר את־היריעת אחת אל־אחת בקרסים ויהי המשׁכן אחד׃
Shemot 36:14 ויעשׂ יריעת עזים לאהל על־המשׁכן עשׁתי־עשׂרה יריעת עשׂה אתם׃
Shemot 36:15 ארך היריעה האחת שׁלשׁים באמה וארבע אמות רחב היריעה האחת מדה אחת לעשׁתי עשׂרה יריעת׃
Shemot 36:16 ויחבר את־חמשׁ היריעת לבד ואת־שׁשׁ היריעת לבד׃
Shemot 36:17 ויעשׂ ללאת חמשׁים על שׂפת היריעה הקיצנה במחברת וחמשׁים ללאת עשׂה על־שׂפת היריעה החברת השׁנית׃
Shemot 36:18 ויעשׂ קרסי נחשׁת חמשׁים לחבר את־האהל להית אחד׃
Shemot 36:19 ויעשׂ מכסה לאהל ערת אילם מאדמים ומכסה ערת תחשׁים מלמעלה׃
Shemot 36:20 ויעשׂ את־הקרשׁים למשׁכן עצי שׁטים עמדים׃
Shemot 36:21 עשׂר אמת ארך הקרשׁ ואמה וחצי האמה רחב הקרשׁ האחד׃
Shemot 36:22 שׁתי ידת לקרשׁ האחד משׁלבת אחת אל־אחת כן עשׂה לכל קרשׁי המשׁכן׃
Shemot 36:23 ויעשׂ את־הקרשׁים למשׁכן עשׂרים קרשׁים לפאת נגב תימנה׃
Shemot 36:24 וארבעים אדני־כסף עשׂה תחת עשׂרים הקרשׁים שׁני אדנים תחת־הקרשׁ האחד לשׁתי ידתיו ושׁני אדנים תחת־הקרשׁ האחד לשׁתי ידתיו׃
Shemot 36:25 ולצלע המשׁכן השׁנית לפאת צפון עשׂה עשׂרים קרשׁים׃
Shemot 36:26 וארבעים אדניהם כסף שׁני אדנים תחת הקרשׁ האחד ושׁני אדנים תחת הקרשׁ האחד׃
Shemot 36:27 ולירכתי המשׁכן ימה עשׂה שׁשׁה קרשׁים׃
Shemot 36:28 ושׁני קרשׁים עשׂה למקצעת המשׁכן בירכתים׃
Shemot 36:29 והיו תואמם מלמטה ויחדו יהיו תמים אל־ראשׁו אל־הטבעת האחת כן עשׂה לשׁניהם לשׁני המקצעת׃
Shemot 36:30 והיו שׁמנה קרשׁים ואדניהם כסף שׁשׁה עשׂר אדנים שׁני אדנים שׁני אדנים תחת הקרשׁ האחד׃
Shemot 36:31 ויעשׂ בריחי עצי שׁטים חמשׁה לקרשׁי צלע־המשׁכן האחת׃
Shemot 36:32 וחמשׁה בריחם לקרשׁי צלע־המשׁכן השׁנית וחמשׁה בריחם לקרשׁי המשׁכן לירכתים ימה׃
Shemot 36:33 ויעשׂ את־הבריח התיכן לברח בתוך הקרשׁים מן־הקצה אל־הקצה׃
Shemot 36:34 ואת־הקרשׁים צפה זהב ואת־טבעתם עשׂה זהב בתים לבריחם ויצף את־הבריחם זהב׃
Shemot 36:35 ויעשׂ את־הפרכת תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר מעשׂה חשׁב עשׂה אתה כרבים׃
Shemot 36:36 ויעשׂ לה ארבעה עמודי שׁטים ויצפם זהב וויהם זהב ויצק להם ארבעה אדני־כסף׃
Shemot 36:37 ויעשׂ מסך לפתח האהל תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר מעשׂה רקם׃
Shemot 36:38 ואת־עמודיו חמשׁה ואת־וויהם וצפה ראשׁיהם וחשׁקיהם זהב ואדניהם חמשׁה נחשׁת׃
Shemot 37:1 ויעשׂ בצלאל את־הארן עצי שׁטים אמתים וחצי ארכו ואמה וחצי רחבו ואמה וחצי קמתו׃
Shemot 37:2 ויצפהו זהב טהור מבית ומחוץ ויעשׂ לו זר זהב סביב׃
Shemot 37:3 ויצק לו ארבע טבעת זהב על ארבע פעמתיו ושׁתי טבעת על־צלעו האחת ושׁתי טבעת על־צלעו השׁנית׃
Shemot 37:4 ויעשׂ בדי עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם זהב׃
Shemot 37:5 ויבא את־הבדים בטבעת על צלעת הארן לשׂאת את־הארן׃
Shemot 37:6 ויעשׂ כפרת זהב טהור אמתים וחצי ארכה ואמה וחצי רחבה׃
Shemot 37:7 ויעשׂ שׁני כרבים זהב מקשׁה עשׂה אתם משׁני קצות הכפרת׃
Shemot 37:8 כרוב־אחד מקצה מזה וכרוב־אחד מקצה מזה מן־הכפרת עשׂה את־הכרבים משׁני קצוותו׃
Shemot 37:9 ויהיו הכרבים פרשׂי כנפים למעלה סככים בכנפיהם על־הכפרת ופניהם אישׁ אל־אחיו אל־הכפרת היו פני הכרבים׃
Shemot 37:10 ויעשׂ את־השׁלחן עצי שׁטים אמתים ארכו ואמה רחבו ואמה וחצי קמתו׃
Shemot 37:11 ויצף אתו זהב טהור ויעשׂ לו זר זהב סביב׃
Shemot 37:12 ויעשׂ לו מסגרת טפח סביב ויעשׂ זר־זהב למסגרתו סביב׃
Shemot 37:13 ויצק לו ארבע טבעת זהב ויתן את־הטבעת על ארבע הפאת אשׁר לארבע רגליו׃
Shemot 37:14 לעמת המסגרת היו הטבעת בתים לבדים לשׂאת את־השׁלחן׃
Shemot 37:15 ויעשׂ את־הבדים עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם זהב לשׂאת את־השׁלחן׃
Shemot 37:16 ויעשׂ את־הכלים אשׁר על־השׁלחן את־קערתיו ואת־כפתיו ואת מנקיתיו ואת־הקשׂות אשׁר יסך בהן זהב טהור׃
Shemot 37:17 ויעשׂ את־המנרה זהב טהור מקשׁה עשׂה את־המנרה ירכה וקנה גביעיה כפתריה ופרחיה ממנה היו׃
Shemot 37:18 ושׁשׁה קנים יצאים מצדיה שׁלשׁה קני מנרה מצדה האחד ושׁלשׁה קני מנרה מצדה השׁני׃
Shemot 37:19 שׁלשׁה גבעים משׁקדים בקנה האחד כפתר ופרח ושׁלשׁה גבעים משׁקדים בקנה אחד כפתר ופרח כן לשׁשׁת הקנים היצאים מן־המנרה׃
Shemot 37:20 ובמנרה ארבעה גבעים משׁקדים כפתריה ופרחיה׃
Shemot 37:21 וכפתר תחת שׁני הקנים ממנה וכפתר תחת שׁני הקנים ממנה וכפתר תחת־שׁני הקנים ממנה לשׁשׁת הקנים היצאים ממנה׃
Shemot 37:22 כפתריהם וקנתם ממנה היו כלה מקשׁה אחת זהב טהור׃
Shemot 37:23 ויעשׂ את־נרתיה שׁבעה ומלקחיה ומחתתיה זהב טהור׃
Shemot 37:24 ככר זהב טהור עשׂה אתה ואת כל־כליה׃
Shemot 37:25 ויעשׂ את־מזבח הקטרת עצי שׁטים אמה ארכו ואמה רחבו רבוע ואמתים קמתו ממנו היו קרנתיו׃
Shemot 37:26 ויצף אתו זהב טהור את־גגו ואת־קירתיו סביב ואת־קרנתיו ויעשׂ לו זר זהב סביב׃
Shemot 37:27 ושׁתי טבעת זהב עשׂה־לו מתחת לזרו על שׁתי צלעתיו על שׁני צדיו לבתים לבדים לשׂאת אתו בהם׃
Shemot 37:28 ויעשׂ את־הבדים עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם זהב׃
Shemot 37:29 ויעשׂ את־שׁמן המשׁחה קדשׁ ואת־קטרת הסמים טהור מעשׂה רקח׃
Shemot 38:1 ויעשׂ את־מזבח העלה עצי שׁטים חמשׁ אמות ארכו וחמשׁ־אמות רחבו רבוע ושׁלשׁ אמות קמתו׃
Shemot 38:2 ויעשׂ קרנתיו על ארבע פנתיו ממנו היו קרנתיו ויצף אתו נחשׁת׃
Shemot 38:3 ויעשׂ את־כל־כלי המזבח את־הסירת ואת־היעים ואת־המזרקת את־המזלגת ואת־המחתת כל־כליו עשׂה נחשׁת׃
Shemot 38:4 ויעשׂ למזבח מכבר מעשׂה רשׁת נחשׁת תחת כרכבו מלמטה עד־חציו׃
Shemot 38:5 ויצק ארבע טבעת בארבע הקצות למכבר הנחשׁת בתים לבדים׃
Shemot 38:6 ויעשׂ את־הבדים עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם נחשׁת׃
Shemot 38:7 ויבא את־הבדים בטבעת על צלעת המזבח לשׂאת אתו בהם נבוב לחת עשׂה אתו׃
Shemot 38:8 ויעשׂ את הכיור נחשׁת ואת כנו נחשׁת במראת הצבאת אשׁר צבאו פתח אהל מועד׃
Shemot 38:9 ויעשׂ את־החצר לפאת נגב תימנה קלעי החצר שׁשׁ משׁזר מאה באמה׃
Shemot 38:10 עמודיהם עשׂרים ואדניהם עשׂרים נחשׁת ווי העמודים וחשׁקיהם כסף׃
Shemot 38:11 ולפאת צפון מאה באמה עמודיהם עשׂרים ואדניהם עשׂרים נחשׁת ווי העמודים וחשׁקיהם כסף׃
Shemot 38:12 ולפאת־ים קלעים חמשׁים באמה עמודיהם עשׂרה ואדניהם עשׂרה ווי העמדים וחשׁוקיהם כסף׃
Shemot 38:13 ולפאת קדמה מזרחה חמשׁים אמה׃
Shemot 38:14 קלעים חמשׁ־עשׂרה אמה אל־הכתף עמודיהם שׁלשׁה ואדניהם שׁלשׁה׃
Shemot 38:15 ולכתף השׁנית מזה ומזה לשׁער החצר קלעים חמשׁ עשׂרה אמה עמדיהם שׁלשׁה ואדניהם שׁלשׁה׃
Shemot 38:16 כל־קלעי החצר סביב שׁשׁ משׁזר׃
Shemot 38:17 והאדנים לעמדים נחשׁת ווי העמודים וחשׁוקיהם כסף וצפוי ראשׁיהם כסף והם מחשׁקים כסף כל עמדי החצר׃
Shemot 38:18 ומסך שׁער החצר מעשׂה רקם תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר ועשׂרים אמה ארך וקומה ברחב חמשׁ אמות לעמת קלעי החצר׃
Shemot 38:19 ועמדיהם ארבעה ואדניהם ארבעה נחשׁת וויהם כסף וצפוי ראשׁיהם וחשׁקיהם כסף׃
Shemot 38:20 וכל־היתדת למשׁכן ולחצר סביב נחשׁת׃
Shemot 35:1 ויקהל משׁה את־כל־עדת בני ישׂראל ויאמר אלהם אלה הדברים אשׁר־צוה יהוה לעשׂת אתם׃
Shemot 35:2 שׁשׁת ימים תעשׂה מלאכה וביום השׁביעי יהיה לכם קדשׁ שׁבת שׁבתון ליהוה כל־העשׂה בו מלאכה יומת׃
Shemot 35:3 לא־תבערו אשׁ בכל משׁבתיכם ביום השׁבת׃
Shemot 35:4 ויאמר משׁה אל־כל־עדת בני־ישׂראל לאמר זה הדבר אשׁר־צוה יהוה לאמר׃
Shemot 35:5 קחו מאתכם תרומה ליהוה כל נדיב לבו יביאה את תרומת יהוה זהב וכסף ונחשׁת׃
Shemot 35:6 ותכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ ועזים׃
Shemot 35:7 וערת אילם מאדמים וערת תחשׁים ועצי שׂטים׃
Shemot 35:8 ושׁמן למאור ובשׂמים לשׁמן המשׁחה ולקטרת הסמים׃
Shemot 35:9 ואבני־שׁהם ואבני מלאים לאפוד ולחשׁן׃
Shemot 35:10 וכל־חכם־לב בכם יבאו ויעשׂו את כל־אשׁר צוה יהוה׃
Shemot 35:11 את־המשׁכן את־אהלו ואת־מכסהו את־קרסיו ואת־קרשׁיו את־בריחו את־עמדיו ואת־אדניו׃

Shemot 35:30 ויאמר משׁה אל־בני ישׂראל ראו קרא יהוה בשׁם בצלאל בן־אורי בן־חור למטה יהודה׃
Shemot 35:31 וימלא אתו רוח אלהים בחכמה בתבונה ובדעת ובכל־מלאכה׃
Shemot 35:32 ולחשׁב מחשׁבת לעשׂת בזהב ובכסף ובנחשׁת׃
Shemot 35:33 ובחרשׁת אבן למלאת ובחרשׁת עץ לעשׂות בכל־מלאכת מחשׁבת׃
Shemot 35:34 ולהורת נתן בלבו הוא ואהליאב בן־אחיסמך למטה־דן׃
Shemot 35:35 מלא אתם חכמת־לב לעשׂות כל־מלאכת חרשׁ וחשׁב ורקם בתכלת ובארגמן בתולעת השׁני ובשׁשׁ וארג עשׂי כל־מלאכה וחשׁבי מחשׁבת׃
Shemot 36:1 ועשׂה בצלאל ואהליאב וכל אישׁ חכם־לב אשׁר נתן יהוה חכמה ותבונה בהמה לדעת לעשׂת את־כל־מלאכת עבדת הקדשׁ לכל אשׁר־צוה יהוה׃
Shemot 36:2 ויקרא משׁה אל־בצלאל ואל־אהליאב ואל כל־אישׁ חכם־לב אשׁר נתן יהוה חכמה בלבו כל אשׁר נשׂאו לבו לקרבה אל־המלאכה לעשׂת אתה׃
Shemot 36:3 ויקחו מלפני משׁה את כל־התרומה אשׁר הביאו בני ישׂראל למלאכת עבדת הקדשׁ לעשׂת אתה והם הביאו אליו עוד נדבה בבקר בבקר׃
Shemot 36:4 ויבאו כל־החכמים העשׂים את כל־מלאכת הקדשׁ אישׁ־אישׁ ממלאכתו אשׁר־המה עשׂים׃
Shemot 36:5 ויאמרו אל־משׁה לאמר מרבים העם להביא מדי העבדה למלאכה אשׁר־צוה יהוה לעשׂת אתה׃
Shemot 36:6 ויצו משׁה ויעבירו קול במחנה לאמר אישׁ ואשׁה אל־יעשׂו־עוד מלאכה לתרומת הקדשׁ ויכלא העם מהביא׃
Shemot 36:7 והמלאכה היתה דים לכל־המלאכה לעשׂות אתה והותר׃
Shemot 36:8 ויעשׂו כל־חכם־לב בעשׂי המלאכה את־המשׁכן עשׂר יריעת שׁשׁ משׁזר ותכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני כרבים מעשׂה חשׁב עשׂה אתם׃
Shemot 36:9 ארך היריעה האחת שׁמנה ועשׂרים באמה ורחב ארבע באמה היריעה האחת מדה אחת לכל־היריעת׃
Shemot 36:10 ויחבר את־חמשׁ היריעת אחת אל־אחת וחמשׁ יריעת חבר אחת אל־אחת׃
Shemot 36:11 ויעשׂ ללאת תכלת על שׂפת היריעה האחת מקצה במחברת כן עשׂה בשׂפת היריעה הקיצונה במחברת השׁנית׃
Shemot 36:12 חמשׁים ללאת עשׂה ביריעה האחת וחמשׁים ללאת עשׂה בקצה היריעה אשׁר במחברת השׁנית מקבילת הללאת אחת אל־אחת׃
Shemot 36:13 ויעשׂ חמשׁים קרסי זהב ויחבר את־היריעת אחת אל־אחת בקרסים ויהי המשׁכן אחד׃
Shemot 36:14 ויעשׂ יריעת עזים לאהל על־המשׁכן עשׁתי־עשׂרה יריעת עשׂה אתם׃
Shemot 36:15 ארך היריעה האחת שׁלשׁים באמה וארבע אמות רחב היריעה האחת מדה אחת לעשׁתי עשׂרה יריעת׃
Shemot 36:16 ויחבר את־חמשׁ היריעת לבד ואת־שׁשׁ היריעת לבד׃
Shemot 36:17 ויעשׂ ללאת חמשׁים על שׂפת היריעה הקיצנה במחברת וחמשׁים ללאת עשׂה על־שׂפת היריעה החברת השׁנית׃
Shemot 36:18 ויעשׂ קרסי נחשׁת חמשׁים לחבר את־האהל להית אחד׃
Shemot 36:19 ויעשׂ מכסה לאהל ערת אילם מאדמים ומכסה ערת תחשׁים מלמעלה׃
Shemot 36:20 ויעשׂ את־הקרשׁים למשׁכן עצי שׁטים עמדים׃
Shemot 36:21 עשׂר אמת ארך הקרשׁ ואמה וחצי האמה רחב הקרשׁ האחד׃
Shemot 36:22 שׁתי ידת לקרשׁ האחד משׁלבת אחת אל־אחת כן עשׂה לכל קרשׁי המשׁכן׃
Shemot 36:23 ויעשׂ את־הקרשׁים למשׁכן עשׂרים קרשׁים לפאת נגב תימנה׃
Shemot 36:24 וארבעים אדני־כסף עשׂה תחת עשׂרים הקרשׁים שׁני אדנים תחת־הקרשׁ האחד לשׁתי ידתיו ושׁני אדנים תחת־הקרשׁ האחד לשׁתי ידתיו׃
Shemot 36:25 ולצלע המשׁכן השׁנית לפאת צפון עשׂה עשׂרים קרשׁים׃
Shemot 36:26 וארבעים אדניהם כסף שׁני אדנים תחת הקרשׁ האחד ושׁני אדנים תחת הקרשׁ האחד׃
Shemot 36:27 ולירכתי המשׁכן ימה עשׂה שׁשׁה קרשׁים׃
Shemot 36:28 ושׁני קרשׁים עשׂה למקצעת המשׁכן בירכתים׃
Shemot 36:29 והיו תואמם מלמטה ויחדו יהיו תמים אל־ראשׁו אל־הטבעת האחת כן עשׂה לשׁניהם לשׁני המקצעת׃
Shemot 36:30 והיו שׁמנה קרשׁים ואדניהם כסף שׁשׁה עשׂר אדנים שׁני אדנים שׁני אדנים תחת הקרשׁ האחד׃
Shemot 36:31 ויעשׂ בריחי עצי שׁטים חמשׁה לקרשׁי צלע־המשׁכן האחת׃
Shemot 36:32 וחמשׁה בריחם לקרשׁי צלע־המשׁכן השׁנית וחמשׁה בריחם לקרשׁי המשׁכן לירכתים ימה׃
Shemot 36:33 ויעשׂ את־הבריח התיכן לברח בתוך הקרשׁים מן־הקצה אל־הקצה׃
Shemot 36:34 ואת־הקרשׁים צפה זהב ואת־טבעתם עשׂה זהב בתים לבריחם ויצף את־הבריחם זהב׃
Shemot 36:35 ויעשׂ את־הפרכת תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר מעשׂה חשׁב עשׂה אתה כרבים׃
Shemot 36:36 ויעשׂ לה ארבעה עמודי שׁטים ויצפם זהב וויהם זהב ויצק להם ארבעה אדני־כסף׃
Shemot 36:37 ויעשׂ מסך לפתח האהל תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר מעשׂה רקם׃
Shemot 36:38 ואת־עמודיו חמשׁה ואת־וויהם וצפה ראשׁיהם וחשׁקיהם זהב ואדניהם חמשׁה נחשׁת׃
Shemot 37:1 ויעשׂ בצלאל את־הארן עצי שׁטים אמתים וחצי ארכו ואמה וחצי רחבו ואמה וחצי קמתו׃
Shemot 37:2 ויצפהו זהב טהור מבית ומחוץ ויעשׂ לו זר זהב סביב׃
Shemot 37:3 ויצק לו ארבע טבעת זהב על ארבע פעמתיו ושׁתי טבעת על־צלעו האחת ושׁתי טבעת על־צלעו השׁנית׃
Shemot 37:4 ויעשׂ בדי עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם זהב׃
Shemot 37:5 ויבא את־הבדים בטבעת על צלעת הארן לשׂאת את־הארן׃
Shemot 37:6 ויעשׂ כפרת זהב טהור אמתים וחצי ארכה ואמה וחצי רחבה׃
Shemot 37:7 ויעשׂ שׁני כרבים זהב מקשׁה עשׂה אתם משׁני קצות הכפרת׃
Shemot 37:8 כרוב־אחד מקצה מזה וכרוב־אחד מקצה מזה מן־הכפרת עשׂה את־הכרבים משׁני קצוותו׃
Shemot 37:9 ויהיו הכרבים פרשׂי כנפים למעלה סככים בכנפיהם על־הכפרת ופניהם אישׁ אל־אחיו אל־הכפרת היו פני הכרבים׃
Shemot 37:10 ויעשׂ את־השׁלחן עצי שׁטים אמתים ארכו ואמה רחבו ואמה וחצי קמתו׃
Shemot 37:11 ויצף אתו זהב טהור ויעשׂ לו זר זהב סביב׃
Shemot 37:12 ויעשׂ לו מסגרת טפח סביב ויעשׂ זר־זהב למסגרתו סביב׃
Shemot 37:13 ויצק לו ארבע טבעת זהב ויתן את־הטבעת על ארבע הפאת אשׁר לארבע רגליו׃
Shemot 37:14 לעמת המסגרת היו הטבעת בתים לבדים לשׂאת את־השׁלחן׃
Shemot 37:15 ויעשׂ את־הבדים עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם זהב לשׂאת את־השׁלחן׃
Shemot 37:16 ויעשׂ את־הכלים אשׁר על־השׁלחן את־קערתיו ואת־כפתיו ואת מנקיתיו ואת־הקשׂות אשׁר יסך בהן זהב טהור׃
Shemot 37:17 ויעשׂ את־המנרה זהב טהור מקשׁה עשׂה את־המנרה ירכה וקנה גביעיה כפתריה ופרחיה ממנה היו׃
Shemot 37:18 ושׁשׁה קנים יצאים מצדיה שׁלשׁה קני מנרה מצדה האחד ושׁלשׁה קני מנרה מצדה השׁני׃
Shemot 37:19 שׁלשׁה גבעים משׁקדים בקנה האחד כפתר ופרח ושׁלשׁה גבעים משׁקדים בקנה אחד כפתר ופרח כן לשׁשׁת הקנים היצאים מן־המנרה׃
Shemot 37:20 ובמנרה ארבעה גבעים משׁקדים כפתריה ופרחיה׃
Shemot 37:21 וכפתר תחת שׁני הקנים ממנה וכפתר תחת שׁני הקנים ממנה וכפתר תחת־שׁני הקנים ממנה לשׁשׁת הקנים היצאים ממנה׃
Shemot 37:22 כפתריהם וקנתם ממנה היו כלה מקשׁה אחת זהב טהור׃
Shemot 37:23 ויעשׂ את־נרתיה שׁבעה ומלקחיה ומחתתיה זהב טהור׃
Shemot 37:24 ככר זהב טהור עשׂה אתה ואת כל־כליה׃
Shemot 37:25 ויעשׂ את־מזבח הקטרת עצי שׁטים אמה ארכו ואמה רחבו רבוע ואמתים קמתו ממנו היו קרנתיו׃
Shemot 37:26 ויצף אתו זהב טהור את־גגו ואת־קירתיו סביב ואת־קרנתיו ויעשׂ לו זר זהב סביב׃
Shemot 37:27 ושׁתי טבעת זהב עשׂה־לו מתחת לזרו על שׁתי צלעתיו על שׁני צדיו לבתים לבדים לשׂאת אתו בהם׃
Shemot 37:28 ויעשׂ את־הבדים עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם זהב׃
Shemot 37:29 ויעשׂ את־שׁמן המשׁחה קדשׁ ואת־קטרת הסמים טהור מעשׂה רקח׃
Shemot 38:1 ויעשׂ את־מזבח העלה עצי שׁטים חמשׁ אמות ארכו וחמשׁ־אמות רחבו רבוע ושׁלשׁ אמות קמתו׃
Shemot 38:2 ויעשׂ קרנתיו על ארבע פנתיו ממנו היו קרנתיו ויצף אתו נחשׁת׃
Shemot 38:3 ויעשׂ את־כל־כלי המזבח את־הסירת ואת־היעים ואת־המזרקת את־המזלגת ואת־המחתת כל־כליו עשׂה נחשׁת׃
Shemot 38:4 ויעשׂ למזבח מכבר מעשׂה רשׁת נחשׁת תחת כרכבו מלמטה עד־חציו׃
Shemot 38:5 ויצק ארבע טבעת בארבע הקצות למכבר הנחשׁת בתים לבדים׃
Shemot 38:6 ויעשׂ את־הבדים עצי שׁטים ויצף אתם נחשׁת׃
Shemot 38:7 ויבא את־הבדים בטבעת על צלעת המזבח לשׂאת אתו בהם נבוב לחת עשׂה אתו׃
Shemot 38:8 ויעשׂ את הכיור נחשׁת ואת כנו נחשׁת במראת הצבאת אשׁר צבאו פתח אהל מועד׃
Shemot 38:9 ויעשׂ את־החצר לפאת נגב תימנה קלעי החצר שׁשׁ משׁזר מאה באמה׃
Shemot 38:10 עמודיהם עשׂרים ואדניהם עשׂרים נחשׁת ווי העמודים וחשׁקיהם כסף׃
Shemot 38:11 ולפאת צפון מאה באמה עמודיהם עשׂרים ואדניהם עשׂרים נחשׁת ווי העמודים וחשׁקיהם כסף׃
Shemot 38:12 ולפאת־ים קלעים חמשׁים באמה עמודיהם עשׂרה ואדניהם עשׂרה ווי העמדים וחשׁוקיהם כסף׃
Shemot 38:13 ולפאת קדמה מזרחה חמשׁים אמה׃
Shemot 38:14 קלעים חמשׁ־עשׂרה אמה אל־הכתף עמודיהם שׁלשׁה ואדניהם שׁלשׁה׃
Shemot 38:15 ולכתף השׁנית מזה ומזה לשׁער החצר קלעים חמשׁ עשׂרה אמה עמדיהם שׁלשׁה ואדניהם שׁלשׁה׃
Shemot 38:16 כל־קלעי החצר סביב שׁשׁ משׁזר׃
Shemot 38:17 והאדנים לעמדים נחשׁת ווי העמודים וחשׁוקיהם כסף וצפוי ראשׁיהם כסף והם מחשׁקים כסף כל עמדי החצר׃
Shemot 38:18 ומסך שׁער החצר מעשׂה רקם תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שׁני ושׁשׁ משׁזר ועשׂרים אמה ארך וקומה ברחב חמשׁ אמות לעמת קלעי החצר׃
Shemot 38:19 ועמדיהם ארבעה ואדניהם ארבעה נחשׁת וויהם כסף וצפוי ראשׁיהם וחשׁקיהם כסף׃

Shemot 35:1 - 38:20
Shemot 35:1 And Moshe assembled all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl, and said to them, “These are the Words which יהוה has commanded you to do:
Shemot 35:2 “Work is done for six days, but on the seventh day it shall be kadosh to you, a Shabbat of rest to יהוה. Anyone doing work on it is put to death.
Shemot 35:3 “Do not kindle a fire in any of your dwellings on the Shabbat.”
Shemot 35:4 And Moshe spoke to all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl, saying, “This is the word which יהוה commanded, saying,
Shemot 35:5 ‘Take from among you a contribution to יהוה. Everyone whose heart so moves him, let him bring it as a contribution to יהוה: gold, and silver, and bronze,
Shemot 35:6 and t’keleth, and purple, and scarlet material, and fine linen, and goats’ hair,
Shemot 35:7 and ram skins dyed red, and fine leather, and acacia wood,
Shemot 35:8 and oil for the light, and spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense,
Shemot 35:9 and shoham stones, and stones to be set in the shoulder garment and in the breastplate.
Shemot 35:10 ‘And let all the wise-hearted among you come and make all that יהוה has commanded:
Shemot 35:11 the Mishkan, its tent and its covering, its hooks and its boards, its bars, its columns, and its sockets,
Shemot 35:12 the aron and its poles, the lid of atonement and the veil of the covering,
Shemot 35:13 the table and its poles, and all its utensils, and the showbread,
Shemot 35:14 and the lampstand for the light, and its utensils, and its lamps, and the oil for the light,
Shemot 35:15 and the incense altar, and its poles, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the covering for the door at the entrance of the Mishkan,
Shemot 35:16 the altar of burnt offering with its bronze grating, its poles, and all its utensils, the basin and its stand,
Shemot 35:17 the screens of the courtyard, its columns, and their sockets, and the covering for the gate of the courtyard,
Shemot 35:18 the pegs of the Mishkan, and the pegs of the courtyard, and their cords,
Shemot 35:19 the woven garments to do service in the kodesh, the kadosh garments for Aharon the kohen and the garments of his sons to serve as kohanim.’ ”
Shemot 35:20 And all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl withdrew from the presence of Moshe.
Shemot 35:21 And everyone whose heart lifted him up and everyone whose spirit moved him came, and they brought the contribution to יהוה for the work of the Ohel Mo’ed, and for all its service, and for the kodesh garments.
Shemot 35:22 And they came, both men and women, all whose hearts moved them, and brought earrings and nose rings, and rings and necklaces, all golden goods, even every one who made a wave offering of gold to יהוה.
Shemot 35:23 And every man, with whom was found t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and fine linen, and goats’ hair, and rams’ skins dyed red, and fine leather, brought them.
Shemot 35:24 Everyone who would make a contribution to יהוה of silver or bronze, brought it. And everyone with whom was found acacia wood for any work of the service, brought it.
Shemot 35:25 And all the wise-hearted women spun yarn with their hands, and brought what they had spun, the t’keleth and the purple, the scarlet material, and the fine linen.
Shemot 35:26 And all the women whose hearts lifted them up in wisdom spun the goats’ hair.
Shemot 35:27 And the rulers brought shoham stones, and the stones to be set in the shoulder garment and in the breastplate,
Shemot 35:28 and the spices and the oil for the light, and for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense.
Shemot 35:29 The children of Yisra’ĕl brought a voluntary offering to יהוה, all the men and women whose hearts moved them to bring all kinds of work which יהוה, by the hand of Moshe, had commanded to be done.
Shemot 35:30 And Moshe said to the children of Yisra’ĕl, “See, יהוה has called by name Betsal’ĕl son of Uri, son of Ḥur, of the tribe of Yehuḏah,
Shemot 35:31 and He has filled him with the Spirit of Elohim, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all work,
Shemot 35:32 to make designs, to work in gold and in silver and in bronze,
Shemot 35:33 and in cutting of stones for setting, and in carving wood, and to work in all workmanship of design.
Shemot 35:34 “And He has put in his heart the ability to teach, in him and Oholiaḇ son of Aḥisamaḵ, of the tribe of Dan.
Shemot 35:35 “He has filled them with skill to do all work of the engraver and the designer and embroiderer, in t’keleth and in purple, in scarlet material, and in fine linen, and a weaver, doing any work, and makers of designs.
Shemot 36:1 “And Betsal’ĕl and Oholiaḇ, and every wise-hearted man in whom יהוה has given wisdom and understanding, to know how to do all work for the service of the kodesh, shall do according to all that יהוה has commanded.”
Shemot 36:2 And Moshe called Betsal’ĕl and Oholiaḇ, and every wise-hearted man in whose heart יהוה had given wisdom, everyone whose heart lifted him up, to come and do the work.
Shemot 36:3 And they received from Moshe all the contribution which the children of Yisra’ĕl had brought for the work of the service of making the kodesh. But they still brought to him voluntary offerings every morning,
Shemot 36:4 so all the craftsmen who were doing all the work of the kodesh came, each from the work he was doing,
Shemot 36:5 and they spoke to Moshe, saying, “The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work which יהוה commanded us to do.”
Shemot 36:6 Then Moshe commanded and they sent this word throughout the camp, saying, “Let neither man nor woman do any more work for the contribution of the kodesh.” And the people were withheld from bringing,
Shemot 36:7 for what they had was enough for all the work to be done, more than enough.
Shemot 36:8 Then all the wise-hearted ones among them who worked on the Mishkan made ten curtains woven of fine linen and t’keleth and purple and scarlet material. They made them with cherubim, the work of a skilled workman.
Shemot 36:9 The length of each curtain was twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits, all the curtains having one measure.
Shemot 36:10 And he joined five curtains, one to another; and the other five curtains he joined, one to another.
Shemot 36:11 And he made loops of t’keleth on the edge of the end curtain of one set, the same he did on the edge of the end curtain of the other set.
Shemot 36:12 Fifty loops he made on one curtain, and fifty loops he made on the edge of the end curtain of the second set; the loops held one curtain to another.
Shemot 36:13 And he made fifty hooks of gold, and joined the curtains to each other with the hooks, and the Mishkan became one.
Shemot 36:14 And he made curtains of goats’ hair for the tent over the Mishkan, he made eleven curtains.
Shemot 36:15 The length of each curtain was thirty cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits, the eleven curtains having one measure.
Shemot 36:16 And he joined five curtains by themselves and six curtains by themselves.
Shemot 36:17 And he made fifty loops on the edge of the end curtain in one set, and fifty loops he made on the edge of the curtain of the second set.
Shemot 36:18 And he made fifty bronze hooks to join the tent, to be one.
Shemot 36:19 And he made a covering for the tent of rams’ skins, dyed red, and a covering of fine leather above that.
Shemot 36:20 And for the Mishkan he made boards of acacia wood, standing up.
Shemot 36:21 The length of each board was ten cubits, and the width of each board a cubit and a half.
Shemot 36:22 Each board had two yad for binding one to another. So he did to all the boards of the Mishkan.
Shemot 36:23 And he made boards for the Mishkan, twenty boards for the south side.
Shemot 36:24 And he made forty sockets of silver to go under the twenty boards, and two sockets under each of the boards for its two yad.
Shemot 36:25 And for the other side of the Mishkan, for the north side, he made twenty boards,
Shemot 36:26 and their forty sockets of silver, two sockets under the one board, and two sockets under the other board.
Shemot 36:27 And he made six boards for the west side of the Mishkan.
Shemot 36:28 And he made two boards for the two back corners of the Mishkan.
Shemot 36:29 And they were double beneath, and similarly they were complete to the top by one ring. So he did to both of them for the two corners.
Shemot 36:30 And there were eight boards, and their silver sockets, sixteen sockets, two sockets under each of the boards.
Shemot 36:31 And he made bars of acacia wood, five for the boards on one side of the Mishkan,
Shemot 36:32 and five bars for the boards on the other side of the Mishkan, and five bars for the boards of the Mishkan at the rear, westward.
Shemot 36:33 And he made the middle bar to pass through the boards from one end to the other.
Shemot 36:34 And he overlaid the boards with gold, and their rings he made of gold to be holders for the bars, and overlaid the bars with gold.
Shemot 36:35 And he made a veil of t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and fine worked linen. It was made with cherubim, the work of a skilled workman.
Shemot 36:36 And he made four columns of acacia wood for it, and overlaid them with gold, with their hooks of gold. And he cast four sockets of silver for them.
Shemot 36:37 And he made a covering for the Tent door of t’keleth and purple and scarlet material and fine woven linen, made by a weaver,
Shemot 36:38 and its five columns with their hooks. And he overlaid their tops and their rings with gold, but their five sockets were of bronze.
Shemot 37:1 And Betsal’ĕl made the aron of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, and a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high.
Shemot 37:2 And he overlaid it with clean gold inside and outside, and made a molding of gold all around it.
Shemot 37:3 And he cast four rings of gold for it, for its four feet, two rings on its one side, and two rings on its other side.
Shemot 37:4 And he made poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold.
Shemot 37:5 And he put the poles into the rings at the sides of the aron, to lift the aron.
Shemot 37:6 And he made a lid of atonement of clean gold, two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide.
Shemot 37:7 And he made two cherubim of beaten gold. He made them from the two ends of the lid of atonement,
Shemot 37:8 one cheruḇ at one end on this side, and the other cheruḇ at the other end on that side. He made the cherubim from the lid of atonement, from the two ends.
Shemot 37:9 And the cherubim spread out their wings above, and covered the lid of atonement with their wings, with their faces toward each other, the faces of the cherubim were turned toward the lid of atonement.
Shemot 37:10 And he made the table of acacia wood, two cubits long, and a cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high.
Shemot 37:11 And he overlaid it with clean gold, and made a molding of gold all around it.
Shemot 37:12 And he made a rim of a handbreadth all around it, and made a molding of gold for the rim all around it.
Shemot 37:13 And he cast four rings of gold for it, and put the rings on the four corners that were at its four legs.
Shemot 37:14 The rings were next to the rim, as holders for the poles to lift the table.
Shemot 37:15 And he made the poles of acacia wood to lift the table, and overlaid them with gold.
Shemot 37:16 And he made the utensils which were on the table, its dishes, and its cups, and its bowls, and its jars for pouring, of clean gold.
Shemot 37:17 And he made the lampstand of clean gold. He made the lampstand of beaten work, its base, and its shaft, its cups, its ornamental knobs, and its blossoms were from it.
Shemot 37:18 And six branches came out of its sides: three branches of the lampstand out of one side, and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side.
Shemot 37:19 There were three cups like almond flowers on one branch, with ornamental knob and blossom, and three cups like almond flowers on the other branch, a knob and a blossom – so for the six branches coming out of the lampstand.
Shemot 37:20 And on the lampstand were four cups like almond flowers, its knobs and blossoms,
Shemot 37:21 and a knob under the first two branches of the same, and a knob under the second two branches of the same, and a knob under the third two branches of the same, for the six branches coming out of it.
Shemot 37:22 Their knobs and their branches were of it, all of it was one beaten work of clean gold.
Shemot 37:23 And he made its seven lamps, and its snuffers, and its trays, of clean gold.
Shemot 37:24 He made it of a talent of clean gold, and all its utensils.
Shemot 37:25 And he made the incense altar of acacia wood, a cubit long and a cubit wide, square, and two cubits high. Its horns were of it.
Shemot 37:26 And he overlaid it with clean gold, its top and its sides all around, and its horns. And he made a molding for it of gold all around it.
Shemot 37:27 And he made two rings of gold for it under its molding, at its two corners on both sides, as holders for the poles with which to lift it.
Shemot 37:28 And he made the poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold.
Shemot 37:29 And he made the set-apart anointing oil and the clean incense of sweet spices, according to the work of the perfumer.
Shemot 38:1 And he made the altar of burnt offering of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide, square, and three cubits high.
Shemot 38:2 And he made its horns on its four corners, the horns were of it. And he overlaid it with bronze.
Shemot 38:3 And he made all the utensils for the altar: the pots, and the shovels, and the basins, and the forks, and the fire holders. He made all its utensils of bronze.
Shemot 38:4 And he made a grating for the altar, a bronze network, under its rim, midway from the bottom.
Shemot 38:5 And he cast four rings for the four corners of the bronze grating, as holders for the poles.
Shemot 38:6 And he made the poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with bronze.
Shemot 38:7 And he put the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar, with which to lift it. He made the altar hollow with boards.
Shemot 38:8 And he made the basin of bronze and its stand of bronze, from the bronze mirrors of the serving women who did service at the door of the Ohel Mo’ed.
Shemot 38:9 And he made the courtyard: for the south side the screens of the courtyard were of fine woven linen, one hundred cubits long,
Shemot 38:10 their twenty columns and their twenty sockets, of bronze. The hooks of the columns and their bands were of silver.
Shemot 38:11 And for the north side the screens were one hundred cubits long, their twenty columns and their twenty sockets, of bronze. The hooks of the columns and their bands were of silver.
Shemot 38:12 And for the west side there were screens of fifty cubits, their ten columns and their ten sockets. The hooks of the columns and their bands were of silver.
Shemot 38:13 And for the east side eastward, fifty cubits:
Shemot 38:14 fifteen cubits of screens on the one side, with their three columns and their three sockets,
Shemot 38:15 and fifteen cubits of screens the other side of the courtyard gate, on this side and that side, with their three columns and their three sockets.
Shemot 38:16 All the screens of the courtyard all around were of fine woven linen.
Shemot 38:17 And the sockets for the columns were of bronze, the hooks of the columns and their bands were of silver, and the overlay of their tops was of silver. And all the columns of the courtyard had bands of silver.
Shemot 38:18 And the covering for the gate of the courtyard was the work of an embroiderer, of t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and of fine woven linen, and twenty cubits long, and the height along its width was five cubits, corresponding to the screens of the courtyard.
Shemot 38:19 And the columns were four, and their sockets of bronze four, their hooks were of silver, and the overlay of their tops and their bands was of silver.
Shemot 38:20 And all the pegs of the Mishkan, and of the courtyard all around, were of bronze.
Shemot 35:1 And Moshe assembled all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl, and said to them, “These are the Words which יהוה has commanded you to do:
Shemot 35:2 “Work is done for six days, but on the seventh day it shall be kadosh to you, a Shabbat of rest to יהוה. Anyone doing work on it is put to death.
Shemot 35:3 “Do not kindle a fire in any of your dwellings on the Shabbat.”
Shemot 35:4 And Moshe spoke to all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl, saying, “This is the word which יהוה commanded, saying,
Shemot 35:5 ‘Take from among you a contribution to יהוה. Everyone whose heart so moves him, let him bring it as a contribution to יהוה: gold, and silver, and bronze,
Shemot 35:6 and t’keleth, and purple, and scarlet material, and fine linen, and goats’ hair,
Shemot 35:7 and ram skins dyed red, and fine leather, and acacia wood,
Shemot 35:8 and oil for the light, and spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense,
Shemot 35:9 and shoham stones, and stones to be set in the shoulder garment and in the breastplate.
Shemot 35:10 ‘And let all the wise-hearted among you come and make all that יהוה has commanded:
Shemot 35:11 the Mishkan, its tent and its covering, its hooks and its boards, its bars, its columns, and its sockets,
Shemot 35:12 the aron and its poles, the lid of atonement and the veil of the covering,
Shemot 35:13 the table and its poles, and all its utensils, and the showbread,
Shemot 35:14 and the lampstand for the light, and its utensils, and its lamps, and the oil for the light,
Shemot 35:15 and the incense altar, and its poles, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the covering for the door at the entrance of the Mishkan,
Shemot 35:16 the altar of burnt offering with its bronze grating, its poles, and all its utensils, the basin and its stand,
Shemot 35:17 the screens of the courtyard, its columns, and their sockets, and the covering for the gate of the courtyard,
Shemot 35:18 the pegs of the Mishkan, and the pegs of the courtyard, and their cords,
Shemot 35:19 the woven garments to do service in the kodesh, the kadosh garments for Aharon the kohen and the garments of his sons to serve as kohanim.’ ”
Shemot 35:20 And all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl withdrew from the presence of Moshe.
Shemot 35:21 And everyone whose heart lifted him up and everyone whose spirit moved him came, and they brought the contribution to יהוה for the work of the Ohel Mo’ed, and for all its service, and for the kodesh garments.
Shemot 35:22 And they came, both men and women, all whose hearts moved them, and brought earrings and nose rings, and rings and necklaces, all golden goods, even every one who made a wave offering of gold to יהוה.
Shemot 35:23 And every man, with whom was found t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and fine linen, and goats’ hair, and rams’ skins dyed red, and fine leather, brought them.
Shemot 35:24 Everyone who would make a contribution to יהוה of silver or bronze, brought it. And everyone with whom was found acacia wood for any work of the service, brought it.
Shemot 35:25 And all the wise-hearted women spun yarn with their hands, and brought what they had spun, the t’keleth and the purple, the scarlet material, and the fine linen.
Shemot 35:26 And all the women whose hearts lifted them up in wisdom spun the goats’ hair.
Shemot 35:27 And the rulers brought shoham stones, and the stones to be set in the shoulder garment and in the breastplate,
Shemot 35:28 and the spices and the oil for the light, and for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense.
Shemot 35:29 The children of Yisra’ĕl brought a voluntary offering to יהוה, all the men and women whose hearts moved them to bring all kinds of work which יהוה, by the hand of Moshe, had commanded to be done.
Shemot 35:30 And Moshe said to the children of Yisra’ĕl, “See, יהוה has called by name Betsal’ĕl son of Uri, son of Ḥur, of the tribe of Yehuḏah,
Shemot 35:31 and He has filled him with the Spirit of Elohim, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all work,
Shemot 35:32 to make designs, to work in gold and in silver and in bronze,
Shemot 35:33 and in cutting of stones for setting, and in carving wood, and to work in all workmanship of design.
Shemot 35:34 “And He has put in his heart the ability to teach, in him and Oholiaḇ son of Aḥisamaḵ, of the tribe of Dan.
Shemot 35:35 “He has filled them with skill to do all work of the engraver and the designer and embroiderer, in t’keleth and in purple, in scarlet material, and in fine linen, and a weaver, doing any work, and makers of designs.
Shemot 36:1 “And Betsal’ĕl and Oholiaḇ, and every wise-hearted man in whom יהוה has given wisdom and understanding, to know how to do all work for the service of the kodesh, shall do according to all that יהוה has commanded.”
Shemot 36:2 And Moshe called Betsal’ĕl and Oholiaḇ, and every wise-hearted man in whose heart יהוה had given wisdom, everyone whose heart lifted him up, to come and do the work.
Shemot 36:3 And they received from Moshe all the contribution which the children of Yisra’ĕl had brought for the work of the service of making the kodesh. But they still brought to him voluntary offerings every morning,
Shemot 36:4 so all the craftsmen who were doing all the work of the kodesh came, each from the work he was doing,
Shemot 36:5 and they spoke to Moshe, saying, “The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work which יהוה commanded us to do.”
Shemot 36:6 Then Moshe commanded and they sent this word throughout the camp, saying, “Let neither man nor woman do any more work for the contribution of the kodesh.” And the people were withheld from bringing,
Shemot 36:7 for what they had was enough for all the work to be done, more than enough.
Shemot 36:8 Then all the wise-hearted ones among them who worked on the Mishkan made ten curtains woven of fine linen and t’keleth and purple and scarlet material. They made them with cherubim, the work of a skilled workman.
Shemot 36:9 The length of each curtain was twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits, all the curtains having one measure.
Shemot 36:10 And he joined five curtains, one to another; and the other five curtains he joined, one to another.
Shemot 36:11 And he made loops of t’keleth on the edge of the end curtain of one set, the same he did on the edge of the end curtain of the other set.
Shemot 36:12 Fifty loops he made on one curtain, and fifty loops he made on the edge of the end curtain of the second set; the loops held one curtain to another.
Shemot 36:13 And he made fifty hooks of gold, and joined the curtains to each other with the hooks, and the Mishkan became one.
Shemot 36:14 And he made curtains of goats’ hair for the tent over the Mishkan, he made eleven curtains.
Shemot 36:15 The length of each curtain was thirty cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits, the eleven curtains having one measure.
Shemot 36:16 And he joined five curtains by themselves and six curtains by themselves.
Shemot 36:17 And he made fifty loops on the edge of the end curtain in one set, and fifty loops he made on the edge of the curtain of the second set.
Shemot 36:18 And he made fifty bronze hooks to join the tent, to be one.
Shemot 36:19 And he made a covering for the tent of rams’ skins, dyed red, and a covering of fine leather above that.
Shemot 36:20 And for the Mishkan he made boards of acacia wood, standing up.
Shemot 36:21 The length of each board was ten cubits, and the width of each board a cubit and a half.
Shemot 36:22 Each board had two yad for binding one to another. So he did to all the boards of the Mishkan.
Shemot 36:23 And he made boards for the Mishkan, twenty boards for the south side.
Shemot 36:24 And he made forty sockets of silver to go under the twenty boards, and two sockets under each of the boards for its two yad.
Shemot 36:25 And for the other side of the Mishkan, for the north side, he made twenty boards,
Shemot 36:26 and their forty sockets of silver, two sockets under the one board, and two sockets under the other board.
Shemot 36:27 And he made six boards for the west side of the Mishkan.
Shemot 36:28 And he made two boards for the two back corners of the Mishkan.
Shemot 36:29 And they were double beneath, and similarly they were complete to the top by one ring. So he did to both of them for the two corners.
Shemot 36:30 And there were eight boards, and their silver sockets, sixteen sockets, two sockets under each of the boards.
Shemot 36:31 And he made bars of acacia wood, five for the boards on one side of the Mishkan,
Shemot 36:32 and five bars for the boards on the other side of the Mishkan, and five bars for the boards of the Mishkan at the rear, westward.
Shemot 36:33 And he made the middle bar to pass through the boards from one end to the other.
Shemot 36:34 And he overlaid the boards with gold, and their rings he made of gold to be holders for the bars, and overlaid the bars with gold.
Shemot 36:35 And he made a veil of t’keleth and purple and scarlet material, and fine worked linen. It was made with cherubim, the work of a skilled workman.
Shemot 36:36 And he made four columns of acacia wood for it, and overlaid them with gold, with their hooks of gold. And he cast four sockets of silver for them.
Shemot 36:37 And he made a covering for the Tent door of t’keleth and purple and scarlet material and fine woven linen, made by a weaver,
Shemot 36:38 and its five columns with their hooks. And he overlaid their tops and their rings with gold, but their five sockets were of bronze.
Shemot 37:1 And Betsal’ĕl made the aron of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, and a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high.
Shemot 37:2 And he overlaid it with clean gold inside and outside, and made a molding of gold all around it.
Shemot 37:3 And he cast four rings of gold for it, for its four feet, two rings on its one side, and two rings on its other side.
Shemot 37:4 And he made poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold.
Shemot 37:5 And he put the poles into the rings at the sides of the aron, to lift the aron.
Shemot 37:6 And he made a lid of atonement of clean gold, two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide.
Shemot 37:7 And he made two cherubim of beaten gold. He made them from the two ends of the lid of atonement,
Shemot 37:8 one cheruḇ at one end on this side, and the other cheruḇ at the other end on that side. He made the cherubim from the lid of atonement, from the two ends.
Shemot 37:9 And the cherubim spread out their wings above, and covered the lid of atonement with their wings, with their faces toward each other, the faces of the cherubim were turned toward the lid of atonement.
Shemot 37:10 And he made the table of acacia wood, two cubits long, and a cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high.
Shemot 37:11 And he overlaid it with clean gold, and made a molding of gold all around it.
Shemot 37:12 And he made a rim of a handbreadth all around it, and made a molding of gold for the rim all around it.
Shemot 37:13 And he cast four rings of gold for it, and put the rings on the four corners that were at its four legs.
Shemot 37:14 The rings were next to the rim, as holders for the poles to lift the table.
Shemot 37:15 And he made the poles of acacia wood to lift the table, and overlaid them with gold.
Shemot 37:16 And he made the utensils which were on the table, its dishes, and its cups, and its bowls, and its jars for pouring, of clean gold.
