Yochanan 15-17

Yochannan 15-17
Yochanan 15:1 "I am the real vine, and my Father is the gardener.
Yochanan 15:2 Every branch which is part of me but fails to bear fruit, he cuts off; and every branch that does bear fruit, he prunes, so that it may bear more fruit.
Yochanan 15:3 Right now, because of the word which I have spoken to you, you are pruned.
Yochanan 15:4 Stay united with me, as I will with you — for just as the branch can't put forth fruit by itself apart from the vine, so you can't bear fruit apart from me.
Yochanan 15:5 "I am the vine and you are the branches. Those who stay united with me, and I with them, are the ones who bear much fruit; because apart from me you can't do a thing.
Yochanan 15:6 Unless a person remains united with me, he is thrown away like a branch and dries up. Such branches are gathered and thrown into the fire, where they are burned up.
Yochanan 15:7 "If you remain united with me, and my words with you, then ask whatever you want, and it will happen for you.
Yochanan 15:8 This is how my Father is esteemed — in your bearing much fruit; this is how you will prove to be my talmidim.
Yochanan 15:9 "Just as my Father has loved me, I too have loved you; so stay in my love.
Yochanan 15:10 If you keep my commands, you will stay in my love — just as I have kept my Father's commands and stay in his love.
Yochanan 15:11 I have said this to you so that my joy may be in you, and your joy be complete.
Yochanan 15:12 "This is my command: that you keep on loving each other just as I have loved you.
Yochanan 15:13 No one has greater love than a person who lays down his life for his friends.
Yochanan 15:14 You are my friends, if you do what I command you.
Yochanan 15:15 I no longer call you slaves, because a slave doesn't know what his master is about; but I have called you friends, because everything I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
Yochanan 15:16 You did not choose me, I chose you; and I have commissioned you to go and bear fruit, fruit that will last; so that whatever you ask from the Father in my name he may give you.
Yochanan 15:17 This is what I command you: keep loving each other!
Yochanan 15:18 "If the world hates you, understand that it hated me first.
Yochanan 15:19 If you belonged to the world, the world would have loved its own. But because you do not belong to the world — on the contrary, I have picked you out of the world — therefore the world hates you.
Yochanan 15:20 Remember what I told you, 'A slave is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you too; if they kept my word, they will keep yours too.
Yochanan 15:21 But they will do all this to you on my account, because they don't know the One who sent me.
Yochanan 15:22 "If I had not come and spoken to them, they wouldn't be guilty of sin; but now, they have no excuse for their sin.
Yochanan 15:23 Whoever hates me hates my Father also.
Yochanan 15:24 If I had not done in their presence works which no one else ever did, they would not be guilty of sin; but now, they have seen them and have hated both me and my Father.
Yochanan 15:25 But this has happened in order to fulfill the words in their Torah which read, 'They hated me for no reason at all.'
Yochanan 15:26 "When the Counselor comes, whom I will send you from the Father — the Spirit of Truth, who keeps going out from the Father — he will testify on my behalf.
Yochanan 15:27 And you testify too, because you have been with me from the outset.
Yochanan 16:1 "I have told you these things so that you won't be caught by surprise.
Yochanan 16:2 They will ban you from the synagogue; in fact, the time will come when anyone who kills you will think he is serving Elohim!
Yochanan 16:3 They will do these things because they have understood neither the Father nor me.
Yochanan 16:4 But I have told you this, so that when the time comes for it to happen, you will remember that I told you. I didn't tell you this at first, because I was with you.
Yochanan 16:5 But now I am going to the One who sent me. "Not one of you is asking me, 'Where are you going?'
Yochanan 16:6 Instead, because I have said these things to you, you are overcome with grief.
Yochanan 16:7 But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I don't go away, the comforting Counselor will not come to you. However, if I do go, I will send him to you.
Yochanan 16:8 "When he comes, he will show that the world is wrong about sin, about righteousness and about judgment —
Yochanan 16:9 about sin, in that people don't put their trust in me;
Yochanan 16:10 about righteousness, in that I am going to the Father and you will no longer see me;
Yochanan 16:11 about judgment, in that the ruler of this world has been judged.
Yochanan 16:12 "I still have many things to tell you, but you can't bear them now.
Yochanan 16:13 However, when the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own initiative but will say only what he hears. He will also announce to you the events of the future.
Yochanan 16:14 He will glorify me, because he will receive from what is mine and announce it to you.
Yochanan 16:15 Everything the Father has is mine; this is why I said that he receives from what is mine and will announce it to you.
Yochanan 16:16 "In a little while, you will see me no more; then, a little while later, you will see me."
Yochanan 16:17 At this, some of the talmidim said to one another, "What is this that he's telling us, 'In a little while, you won't see me; then, a little while later, you will see me'? and, 'I am going to the Father'?"
Yochanan 16:18 They went on saying, "What is this 'little while'? We don't understand what he's talking about."
Yochanan 16:19 Yahshua knew that they wanted to ask him, so he said to them, "Are you asking each other what I meant by saying, 'In a little while, you won't see me; and then, a little while later, you will see me'?
Yochanan 16:20 Yes, it's true. I tell you that you will sob and mourn, and the world will rejoice; you will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.
Yochanan 16:21 When a woman is giving birth, she is in pain; because her time has come. But when the baby is born, she forgets her suffering out of joy that a child has come into the world.
Yochanan 16:22 So you do indeed feel grief now, but I am going to see you again. Then your hearts will be full of joy, and no one will take your joy away from you.
Yochanan 16:23 "When that day comes, you won't ask anything of me! Yes, indeed! I tell you that whatever you ask from the Father, he will give you in my name.
Yochanan 16:24 Till now you haven't asked for anything in my name. Keep asking, and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete.
Yochanan 16:25 "I have said these things to you with the help of illustrations; however, a time is coming when I will no longer speak indirectly but will talk about the Father in plain language.
Yochanan 16:26 When that day comes, you will ask in my name. I am not telling you that I will pray to the Father on your behalf,
Yochanan 16:27 for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me and have believed that I came from Elohim.
Yochanan 16:28 "I came from the Father and have come into the world; again, I am leaving the world and returning to the Father."
Yochanan 16:29 The talmidim said to him, "Look, you're talking plainly right now, you're not speaking indirectly at all.
Yochanan 16:30 Now we know that you know everything, and that you don't need to have people put their questions into words. This makes us believe that you came from Elohim."
Yochanan 16:31 Yahshua answered, "Now you do believe.
Yochanan 16:32 But a time is coming — indeed it has come already — when you will be scattered, each one looking out for himself; and you will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone; because the Father is with me.
Yochanan 16:33 "I have said these things to you so that, united with me, you may have shalom. In the world, you have tsuris. But be brave! I have conquered the world!"
Yochanan 17:1 After Yahshua had said these things, he looked up toward heaven and said, "Father, the time has come. Esteem your Son, so that the Son may esteem you —
Yochanan 17:2 just as you gave him authority over all mankind, so that he might give eternal life to all those whom you have given him.
Yochanan 17:3 And eternal life is this: to know you, the one true Elohim, and him whom you sent, Yahshua HaMashiach.
Yochanan 17:4 "I esteemed you on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do.
Yochanan 17:5 Now, Father, esteem me alongside yourself. Give me the same esteem I had with you before the world existed.
Yochanan 17:6 "I made your name known to the people you gave me out of the world. They were yours, you gave them to me, and they have kept your word.
Yochanan 17:7 Now they know that everything you have given me is from you,
Yochanan 17:8 because the words you gave me I have given to them, and they have received them. They have really come to know that I came from you, and they have come to trust that you sent me.
Yochanan 17:9 "I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given to me, because they are yours.
Yochanan 17:10 Indeed, all I have is yours, and all you have is mine, and in them I have been esteemed.
Yochanan 17:11 Now I am no longer in the world. They are in the world, but I am coming to you. Kadosh Father, guard them by the power of your name, which you have given to me, so that they may be one, just as we are.
Yochanan 17:12 When I was with them, I guarded them by the power of your name, which you have given to me; yes, I kept watch over them; and not one of them was destroyed (except the one meant for destruction, so that the Tanakh might be fulfilled).
Yochanan 17:13 But now, I am coming to you; and I say these things while I am still in the world so that they may have my joy made complete in themselves.
Yochanan 17:14 "I have given them your word, and the world hated them, because they do not belong to the world — just as I myself do not belong to the world.
Yochanan 17:15 I don't ask you to take them out of the world, but to protect them from the Evil One.
Yochanan 17:16 They do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world.
Yochanan 17:17 Set them apart for kadoshness by means of the truth — your word is truth.
Yochanan 17:18 Just as you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world.
Yochanan 17:19 On their behalf I am setting myself apart for kadoshness, so that they too may be set apart for kadoshness by means of the truth.
Yochanan 17:20 "I pray not only for these, but also for those who will trust in me because of their word,
Yochanan 17:21 that they may all be one. Just as you, Father, are united with me and I with you, I pray that they may be united with us, so that the world may believe that you sent me.
Yochanan 17:22 The esteem which you have given to me, I have given to them; so that they may be one, just as we are one —
Yochanan 17:23 I united with them and you with me, so that they may be completely one, and the world thus realize that you sent me, and that you have loved them just as you have loved me.
Yochanan 17:24 "Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am; so that they may see my esteem, which you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.
Yochanan 17:25 Righteous Father, the world has not known you, but I have known you, and these people have known that you sent me.
Yochanan 17:26 I made your name known to them, and I will continue to make it known; so that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I myself may be united with them."
Yochanan 15:1 "I am the real vine, and my Father is the gardener.
Yochanan 15:2 Every branch which is part of me but fails to bear fruit, he cuts off; and every branch that does bear fruit, he prunes, so that it may bear more fruit.

Pinchas Haftarah
Melachim Alef 18:46-19:21
1Ki 18:46 The hand of YHVH was on Eliyahu; he tucked up his clothing and ran ahead of Ach'av to the entrance of Yizre`el.
1Ki 19:1 Ach'av told Izevel everything Eliyahu had done and how he had put all the prophets to the sword.
1Ki 19:2 Then Izevel sent a messenger to say to Eliyahu, "May the gods do terrible things to me and worse ones besides if by this time tomorrow I haven't taken your life, just as you took theirs!"
1Ki 19:3 On seeing that, he got up and fled for his life. When he arrived in Be'er-Sheva, in Y'hudah, he left his servant there;
1Ki 19:4 but he himself went a day farther into the desert, until he came to a broom tree. He sat down under it and prayed for his own death. "Enough!" he said. "Now, YHVH, take my life. I'm no better than my ancestors."
1Ki 19:5 Then he lay down under the broom tree and went to sleep. Suddenly, an malachei touched him and said to him, "Get up and eat!"
1Ki 19:6 He looked, and there by his head was a cake baked on the hot stones and a jug of water. He ate and drank, then lay down again.
1Ki 19:7 The malachei came again, a second time, touched him and said, "Get up and eat, or the journey will be too much for you."
1Ki 19:8 He got up, ate and drank, and, on the strength of that meal, traveled forty days and nights until he reached Horev the mountain of Elohim.
1Ki 19:9 There he went into a cave and spent the night. Then the word of YHVH came to him; he said to him, "What are you doing here, Eliyahu?"
1Ki 19:10 He answered, "I have been very zealous for YHVH the Elohim of armies, because the people of Yisra'el have abandoned your covenant, broken down your altars and killed your prophets with the sword. Now I'm the only one left, and they're coming after me to kill me too."
1Ki 19:11 He said, "Go outside, and stand on the mountain before YHVH"; and right then and there, YHVH went past. A mighty blast of wind tore the mountains apart and broke the rocks in pieces before YHVH, but YHVH was not in the wind. After the wind came an earthquake, but YHVH was not in the earthquake.
1Ki 19:12 After the earthquake, fire broke out; but YHVH was not in the fire. And after the fire came a quiet, subdued voice.
1Ki 19:13 When Eliyahu heard it, he covered his face with his cloak, stepped out and stood at the entrance to the cave. Then a voice came to him and said, "What are you doing here, Eliyahu?"
1Ki 19:14 He answered, "I have been very zealous for YHVH the Elohim of armies; because the people of Yisra'el have abandoned your covenant, broken down your altars and killed your prophets with the sword. Now I'm the only one left, and they're after me to kill me too."
1Ki 19:15 YHVH said to him, "Go back by way of the Dammesek Desert. When you get there, anoint Haza'el to be king over Aram.
1Ki 19:16 Also anoint Yehu the son of Nimshi to be king over Yisra’el, and anoint Elisha the son of Shafat of Avel-M'cholah to be prophet after you.
1Ki 19:17 Yehu will kill whoever escapes the sword of Haza'el, and Elisha will kill whoever escapes the sword of Yehu.
1Ki 19:18 Still, I will spare seven thousand in Yisra’el, every knee that hasn't bent down before Ba`al and every mouth that has not kissed him."
1Ki 19:19 So he left and found Elisha the son of Shafat. He was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen; he himself was behind the twelfth. Eliyahu went over to him and threw his cloak on him.
1Ki 19:20 He left the oxen, ran after Eliyahu and said, "Please let me kiss my father and mother good-bye; then I will follow you." He answered, "Go; but return, because of what I did to you."
1Ki 19:21 Elisha stopped following him. Then he took the yoke of oxen, slaughtered them, cooked their meat over the wooden yokes of the oxen and gave it to the people to eat. Then he got up, went after Eliyahu and became his servant.
1Ki 18:46 The hand of YHVH was on Eliyahu; he tucked up his clothing and ran ahead of Ach'av to the entrance of Yizre`el.

Num 29:40 (30:1) ויאמר משׁה אל־בני ישׂראל ככל אשׁר־צוה יהוה את־משׁה׃
Pinchas
B'midbar 25:10-30:1 (29:40)
Num 25:10 YHVH said to Moshe,
Num 25:11 "Pinchas the son of El`azar, the son of Aharon the kohen, has deflected my anger from the people of Yisra’el by being as zealous as I am, so that I didn't destroy them in my own zeal.
Num 25:12 Therefore say, 'I am giving him my covenant of shalom,
Num 25:13 making a covenant with him and his descendants after him that the office of kohen will be theirs forever.' This is because he was zealous on behalf of his Elohim and made atonement for the people of Yisra’el."
Num 25:14 The name of the man from Yisra’el who was killed, put to death with the woman from Midyan, was Zimri the son of Salu, leader of one of the clans from the tribe of Shim`on.
Num 25:15 The name of the woman from Midyan who was killed was Kozbi the daughter of Tzur, and he was head of the people in one of the clans of Midyan.
Num 25:16 YHVH said to Moshe,
Num 25:17 "Treat the Midyanim as enemies and attack them;
Num 25:18 because they are treating you as enemies by the trickery they used to deceive you in the P`or incident and in the affair of their sister Kozbi, the daughter of the leader from Midyan, the woman who was killed on the day of the plague in the P`or incident."
Num 26:1 (25:19) After the plague, (26:1) YHVH said to Moshe and El`azar, the son of Aharon the kohen,
Num 26:2 "Take a census of the entire assembly of the people of Yisra’el twenty years old and over, by their ancestral clans, all who are subject to military service in Yisra’el."
Num 26:3 Moshe and El`azar the kohen spoke with them on the plains of Mo'av by the Yarden across from Yericho, explaining,
Num 26:4 "Those twenty years old and over who came out of the land of Mitsrayim, as YHVH ordered Moshe and the people of Yisra’el."

Num 26:10 and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up together with Korach when that group died, and the fire consumed 250 men, and they became a warning sign.

Num 26:40 The sons of Bela were Ard and Na`aman; [of Ard,] the family of the Ardi; and of Na`aman, the family of the Na`ami.
Num 26:41 These were the descendants of Binyamin, by their families; of them were counted 45,600.
Num 26:42 The descendants of Dan, by their families, were: of Shucham, the family of the Shuchami. These are the families of Dan, by their families.
Num 26:43 All the families of the Shuchami, according to those of them that were counted, were 64,400.

Num 26:51 Thus those who were counted of the people of Yisra’el numbered 601,730.
Num 26:52 YHVH said to Moshe,
Num 26:53 "The land is to be parceled out among these as a possession to be inherited, according to the number of names.
Num 26:54 To those families with more persons you are to give a greater inheritance, and to those with fewer you are to give a smaller inheritance — each family's inheritance is to be given according to the number counted in it.
Num 26:55 However, the land is to be awarded by lot. They will inherit according to the names of the tribes of their ancestors,
Num 26:56 but the inheritance is to be parceled out by lot between the families with more and those with fewer."
Num 26:57 Those counted among the Levi, by their families, were: of Gershon, the family of the Gershuni, of K'hat, the family of the K'hati; and of M'rari, the family of the M'rari.
Num 26:58 These are the families of Levi: the family of the Livni, the family of the Hevroni, the family of the Machli, the family of the Mushi and the family of the Korchi. K'hat was the father of `Amram.
Num 26:59 The name of `Amram's wife was Yokheved the daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Mitsrayim; and she bore to `Amram Aharon, Moshe and their sister Miryam.
Num 26:60 To Aharon were born Nadav, Avihu, El`azar and Itamar;
Num 26:61 but Nadav and Avihu died when they offered unauthorized fire before YHVH.
Num 26:62 Those males one month old or more counted of the Levi were 23,000. These were not included in the census of the people of Yisra’el, because no land for inheritance was given to them among the people of Yisra’el.
Num 26:63 These are the ones counted by Moshe and El`azar the kohen, who took a census of the people of Yisra’el in the plains of Mo'av by the Yarden across from Yericho.
Num 26:64 But there was not a man among them who had also been included in the census of Moshe and Aharon the kohen when they enumerated the people of Yisra’el in the Sinai Desert;
Num 26:65 because YHVH had said of them, "They will surely die in the desert." So there was not left even one of them, except Kalev the son of Y'funeh and Y'hoshua the son of Nun.
Num 27:1 Then the daughters of Tz'lof'chad the son of Hefer, the son of Gil`ad, the son of Machir, the son of M'nasheh, of the families of M'nasheh, the son of Yosef, approached. These were the names of his daughters: Machlah, No`ah, Hoglah, Milkah and Tirtzah.
Num 27:2 They stood in front of Moshe, El`azar the kohen, the leaders and the whole community at the entrance to the tent of meeting and said,
Num 27:3 "Our father died in the desert. He wasn't part of the group who assembled themselves to rebel against YHVH in Korach's group, but he died in his own sin, and he had no sons.
Num 27:4 Why should the name of our father be eliminated from his family just because he didn't have a son? Give us property to possess along with the brothers of our father."
Num 27:5 Moshe brought their cause before YHVH.
Num 27:6 YHVH answered Moshe,
Num 27:7 "The daughters of Tz'lof'chad are right in what they say. You must give them property to be inherited along with that of their father's brothers; have what their father would have inherited pass to them.
Num 27:8 Moreover, say to the people of Yisra’el, 'If a man dies and does not have a son, you are to have his inheritance pass to his daughter.
Num 27:9 If he doesn't have a daughter, give his inheritance to his brothers.
Num 27:10 If he has no brothers, give his inheritance to his father's brothers.
Num 27:11 If his father doesn't have brothers, give his inheritance to the closest relative in his family, and he will possess it. This will be the standard for judgment to be used by the people of Yisra’el, as YHVH ordered Moshe.' "
Num 27:12 YHVH said to Moshe, "Climb this mountain in the `Avarim Range, and look out at the land which I have given the people of Yisra’el.
Num 27:13 After you have seen it, you too will be gathered to your people, just as Aharon your brother was gathered;
Num 27:14 because in the Tzin Desert, when the community was disputing with me, you rebelled against my order to uphold my set-apartness by means of the water, with them looking on." (This was M'rivat-Kadesh Spring, in the Tzin Desert.)
Num 27:15 Moshe said to YHVH,
Num 27:16 "Let YHVH, El of the spirits of all human beings, appoint a man to be over the community,
Num 27:17 to go out and come in ahead of them, to lead them out and bring them in, so that YHVH's community will not be like sheep without a shepherd."
Num 27:18 YHVH said to Moshe, "Take Y'hoshua the son of Nun, a spiritual man, and lay your hand on him.
Num 27:19 Put him in front of El`azar the kohen and the whole community, and commission him in their sight.
Num 27:20 Delegate to him some of your authority, so that the entire community of Yisra’el will obey him.
Num 27:21 He is to present himself to El`azar the kohen, who is to find out by means of the urim what YHVH's will is for Y'hoshua's decisions. Then, at his word they will go out, and at his word they will come in, both he and all the people of Yisra’el with him, the whole community."
Num 27:22 Moshe did as YHVH had ordered him. He took Y'hoshua, put him before El`azar the kohen and the whole community,
Num 27:23 laid his hands on him, and commissioned him, as YHVH had said through Moshe.
Num 28:1 YHVH said to Moshe,
Num 28:2 "Give an order to the people of Yisra’el. Tell them, 'You are to take care to offer me at the proper time the food presented to me as offerings made by fire, providing a fragrant aroma for me.'
Num 28:3 Tell them, 'This is the offering made by fire that you are to bring to YHVH: male lambs in their first year and without defect, two daily as a regular burnt offering.
Num 28:4 Offer the one lamb in the morning and the other lamb at dusk,
Num 28:5 along with two quarts of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with one quart of oil from pressed olives.
Num 28:6 It is the regular burnt offering, the same as was offered on Mount Sinai to give a fragrant aroma, an offering made by fire for YHVH.
Num 28:7 Its drink offering is to be one-quarter hin for one lamb; in the Kadosh Place you are to pour out a drink offering of intoxicating liquor to YHVH.
Num 28:8 The other lamb you are to present at dusk; present it with the same kind of grain offering and drink offering as in the morning; it is an offering made by fire, with a fragrant aroma for YHVH.

Num 29:4 and two quarts for each of the seven lambs —
Num 29:5 also one male goat as a sin offering to make atonement for you.
Num 29:6 This is to be in addition to the burnt offering for Rosh-Chodesh with its grain offering, the regular burnt offering with its grain offering, and their drink offerings, according to the rule for them; this will be a fragrant aroma, an offering made by fire to YHVH.
Num 29:7 " 'On the tenth day of this seventh month you are to have a kadosh mikrah. You are to deny yourselves, and you are not to do any kind of work;

Num 26:64 But there was not a man among them who had also been included in the census of Moshe and Aharon the kohen when they enumerated the people of Yisra’el in the Sinai Desert;
Num 27:13 After you have seen it, you too will be gathered to your people, just as Aharon your brother was gathered;
Num 28:9 " 'On Shabbat offer two male lambs in their first year and without defect, with one gallon of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with olive oil, and its drink offering.
Num 28:10 This is the burnt offering for every Shabbat, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.
Num 28:11 " 'At each Rosh-Chodesh of yours, you are to present a burnt offering to YHVH consisting of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs in their first year and without defect;
Num 28:12 with six quarts of fine flour mixed with olive oil as a grain offering for each bull, four quarts of fine flour mixed with olive oil as a grain offering for the one ram,
Num 28:13 and two quarts of fine flour mixed with olive oil as a grain offering for each lamb. This will be the burnt offering giving a fragrant aroma, an offering made by fire for YHVH.
Num 28:14 Their drink offerings will be two quarts of wine for a bull, one-and-one-third quarts for the ram, and one quart for each lamb. This is the burnt offering for every Rosh-Chodesh throughout the months of the year.
Num 28:15 Also a male goat is to be offered as a sin offering to YHVH, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.
Num 28:16 " 'In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, is YHVH's Pesach.
Num 28:17 On the fifteenth day of the month is to be a feast. Matzah is to be eaten for seven days.
Num 28:18 The first day is to be a kadosh mikrah: do not do any kind of ordinary work;
Num 28:19 but present an offering made by fire, a burnt offering, to YHVH, consisting of two young bulls, one ram, and seven male lambs in their first year (they are to be without defect for you)
Num 28:20 with their grain offering, fine flour mixed with olive oil. Offer six quarts for a bull, four quarts for the ram,
Num 28:21 and two quarts for each of the seven lambs;
Num 28:22 also a male goat as a sin offering, to make atonement for you.
Num 28:23 You are to offer these in addition to the morning burnt offering, which is the regular burnt offering.
Num 28:24 In this fashion you are to offer daily, for seven days, the food of the offering made by fire, making a fragrant aroma for YHVH ; it is to be offered in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.
Num 28:25 On the seventh day you are to have a kadosh mikrah; do not do any kind of ordinary work.
Num 28:26 " 'On the day of the firstfruits, when you bring a new grain offering to YHVH in your feast of Shavu`ot, you are to have a kadosh mikrah; do not do any kind of ordinary work;
Num 28:27 but present a burnt offering as a fragrant aroma for YHVH, consisting of two young bulls, one ram, seven male lambs in their first year,
Num 28:28 and their grain offering — fine flour mixed with olive oil, six quarts for each bull, four quarts for the one ram,
Num 28:29 and two quarts for each of the seven lambs —
Num 28:30 plus a male goat to make atonement for you.
Num 28:31 You are to offer these in addition to the regular burnt offering and its grain offering (they are to be without defect for you), with their drink offerings.
Num 29:1 " 'In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you are to have a kadosh mikrah; do not do any kind of ordinary work; it is a day of blowing the shofar for you.
Num 29:2 Prepare a burnt offering to make a fragrant aroma for YHVH — one young bull, one ram and seven male lambs in their first year and without defect —
Num 29:3 with their grain offering, consisting of fine flour mixed with olive oil — six quarts for the bull, four quarts for the ram,
Num 29:4 and two quarts for each of the seven lambs —
